I don’t even know how to describe the experience we had here. It was great. Servers knew everything and had great recommendations. Drinks were amazing. I even had one that I didn’t like due to my own personal tastes, but it was still an amazing drink. That’s how good they are!!

Nice place for drink after visiting Paramount and late night snacks. Cool option to have Caribbean food. We enjoy fresh fried plantains but didn’t come out hot as we would have like, and the tacos were good but like any other tacos. Staff was great and place had a neat vibe, but note we don’t go out to bars often, at all but when there is food option, makes it enjoyable!

I didn't have food, just a few cocktails with a friend. The bar staff were great, the cider was delicious, but my mixed drinks were a bit strong and tasted like they were not made with good quality alcohol. I'm not sure if this is a one-off case because it was my first visit. The place seems pretty cool for a get together .

For 2 years I had been looking forward to experiencing the island vibes in Cap Hill at Rumba and it was an overall underwhelming experience. The biggest highlight is their rum flights and pure rum selection. Any rum fan can and will appreciate that experience.
As for food, while good, it's far from the quality you can get from places like Pam's Kitchen and not worth the price premium.
Regarding mixed drinks, stay away from them imo. One of the poorest price-to-quality ratios we've ever experienced. Find your piña coloadas and Mai Tais elsewhere friends

We came here for a night out with friends. Incredible food and drinks. Phenomenal rum selection. The service could be improved, but the environment was charming and comfortable. We'll be back here next time we visit Seattle!

Amazing time here! The aesthetics and atmosphere was to DIE for!! Pirates of the Caribbean meets 1950s tropical meets moody upscale. The mocktail “for the halabas” was incredible. I didn’t feel like I was just drinking a sugary juice like most mocktails. It was elevated and even had a hint of alcohol taste due to the alcohol free sparkling wine. It was so refreshing. The staff was also extremely knowledgeable when helping us out with choosing rums for a flight that we hadn’t familiarized ourselves with. Their food menu is quite extensive as well and although we didn’t order any food, the patrons around us who had items delivered left us drooling and wishing we hadn’t eaten dinner before coming!! 10/10 I will absolutely be back again!

Phenomenal little spot! Inside Passage is an awesome Tiki getaway without the expensive airfare. The Spam Sliders were just as I hoped! Drinks are well crafted and delicious.
