The customer service is trash. The workers are so rude. When my family and I ate the lady kept grilling us when we asked to order more food. My uncle grabbed another menu to fill out and she yelled at him to stop wasting another menu. Meanwhile they never gave back the old one to let us order more.
This barbecue restaurant was probably the best bbq restaurants I’ve ever been to, I’ve gone here a few years ago and it didn’t taste too good but was however still pretty good and a few weeks ago I just ate there and the food is absolutely amazing. It also had improved a ton and the workers there are pretty nice. I would definitely recommend this restaurant! It is amazing and unique and I love it so much. I come here at least once a week now and I am so glad I did. Always one of my favorite cravings. Chefs kiss
Good place to go with friends in the middle of the night. Food is average compared to other similar Chinese BBQ place. Price is alright. Service is good. Hard to find a spot to park.
Best Chinese BBQ Skewer in Flushing! The price is fairly cheap compared to the other places I’ve been to in Manhattan or Brooklyn. I see a lot of people give bad reviews because they food was cold or it took too long. This is a BBQ Skewer restaurant, you’re suppose to eat it fresh and NOT get it to go. It’s like ordering Ice cream for delivery and complaining that it’s melted by the time it gets delivered. You’re suppose to eat it on the spot to get the full experience. I do have to agree though that the service is nonexistent but that’s standard for those type of family runned restaurants. It also opens late at night so you can come and grab a late night snack if you’re hungry.
Ordered take out from this place and was expecting a good authentic Beijing bbq but this place let me down. Every thing bad very bland and burnt. The rice cake have no flavor it’s like they literally just steam the rice cake on the grill. The beef was very tough and hard to chew and I had to spit it out afterwards. When I call in to complain the lady in the front was very rude and handle the the situation very badly. Definitely would not recommend this place!!!!😡😡
Wanted BBQ and found this near the house so we gave it a try but it was HORRIBLE!!! First of all, the customer service was not good as the lady was literally yelling at us and acted like they don’t want to take our order. When we got our order, it was disgusting. The rice cake was hard and no flavor at all, super bland. The corn was burnt and when we called in to ask about it, they said that “it is suppose to be dark, charcoal burnt corn.” It was not edible and the rest of the food was nasty too. Would not recommend it to anyone…
I am very happy and lucky to come here b/c their food is relatively cheaper compare to other Chinese BBQ restaurants, and with a very good taste too. The skewer is just $1.5, as low as even the street food cart. But the taste is so good and authentic.
The place is kind of small, but the boss is quite nice and I can see he has pretty good skills for the BBQ. We love their dumplings as well and the meat is very fresh so you can feel that.
Overall, very good place and recommend people to go.
