It pains me to give this review because there are so few specialty tea shops and the tea and cakes are genuinely lovely.
The service, however, leaves a lot to be desired. On three separate occasions I was treated to unfriendly experiences from the servers. To be fair, one of them was quite nice, but the majority weren’t, which ruined the mood and left me wishing I hadn’t come.
Sadly, I was expecting more than this.

The teas were nice but the cakes were dry and barely edible which was very disappointing since we came here for breakfast.
I have tried Matcha latte, the matcha quality was good but I didn't like the fact they they put honey in it without asking since I usually prefer my matcha with no sugar/sweetener.
We sat in a table facing the toilets and there was a bad smell coming out of it.

This is the place which can turn a coffee lover to a tea lover. Such warm and cozy setting, absolutely beautiful. I am glad I decided to just give it a try. As I am completely new to the tea area I asked for a recommendation from one of the servers and she suggested me cococha. God that tea is delicious. 😂
Absolutely loved it. Would definitely love to try other options on the next visit.
Also, an extra star for being Vegan🎉

Really nice choice of teas of all kind.
I would definitely recommend to go here for take out drink or buy something.
The staff is nice.
However, sitting inside is not so nice, too tiny and tight, no space. Also there are 2 rooms and in one of them the entrance door keeps opening all time, so we were very cold and had to change the seats, but as it is so small place, not much choice.

As others have put it, we are absolutely lucky to have this place in Munich.

Such an amazing place to try a variety of tea from around the world. The owners try to get organic tea, and to build a relationship with these tea grower and handlers. Such a rarity these days, but it is clear to taste in the teas.

I found the interior absolutely lovely and cozy. If you are looking for an amazing activity on a rainy day, or cold winter day, this is the place to warm up your soul.

We had a recommended green tea that gave you a reminder of childhood memories of playing on grass and bbqing. The second was a spice chai latte with almond milk. Which gave you a world wind of complexities.

Finally, we had a matcha cake with nuts. It was a lovely additions to add on to the teas characters.

Feeling very lucky I found this teahouse. Offering a wide selection of high-quality teas from Taiwan, China and Japan, they have the right tea for everyone and make sure to help making your choice. In addition, they offer some very nice cake and food options. The atmosphere is nice and welcoming although it can get quite packed and noisy. Sadly, I found the choice of glass teaware a bit unfitting and would have preferred some clay teapot. On the other hand, considering the very reasonable price for one session, it's a compromise I can accept. A must-go for any tea drinker!

The interior is really nice, full of woods, tea and tea cups. It is very cosy and all the staff are friendly.
They have so many different types of tea to choose from, so this place is a perfect place to come drink tea if you are a tea fanatic.
The cakes however are very dry, so I would not recommend anyone to expect high quality Japanese cakes or so from this place.
