We took our 1st-4th graders for a field trip and loved it. It was our first time to visit, and the staff was so kind and patient with us. We will definitely be back!

If you want a genuine picture of how life was before and at the turn of the century, THIS place will supply it. It's setup as a small town, with various businesses that would have been there around 1880+... It also does a nice job showing how the gin mill AND subsequent harvesting machine changed the landscape forever. It shows how better roads led to increasing business, and how trains and autos doomed horsedrawn vehicles. Very nice to see an accurate portrayal of how things used to be. Well laid out. 👍👍👍

Our school traveled here as part of their yearly field trip..This was my first venture here with my daughter and her classmates.. I was very impressed on this facilities reach on history and past economics and even just how the past once was..some things seemed so simple yet some things seemed kind of barbaric..however the MS Agricultural Museum had very informative information on many many topics...Kudos guys..keep up the good work

My 2yr old son and I had a blast. We learned a lot about Mississippis history. There were animals and lots of interactive things to jeep him content. The price of admission was well worth it.

It was very nice to go back in time to the 1800s-1900s. There was a lot of interesting stuff to look at. We sure did learn a lot and it was so much fun. The staff there was very friendly. There is a general store where you can purchase items and such if you need snacks and drinks you can find it there. This place is really nice to visit.

Such a super cute place to bring your family and learn some history of the state. We had a great time adventuring around and exploring. I recommend going in the morning to give yourself plenty of time to read everything because it is very educational.

Worth every penny of the admission price. Be sure and drink a coke on the front porch of the general store after you tour. And make sure you see the Fitzgerald collection!
