The food here is actually good but the owners should know their workers are actively ignoring and declining calls. I tried to make a takeaway order today and called multiple times between 5:30 to 6. They always let it ring and go to voicemail before just going straight to voicemail. Eventually I went into store to order and asked if their phone isn't working because I've been calling, the two girls were flustered, one wouldn't look at me and just mumbled 'sorry' before running off.
Overall great food. Got value for money with pretty large portion sizes.
Cold service, the waitress was like hopeless and no smile at all.

Visited the restaurant for late lunch on 13/5/23 around 2pm. Ordered karaage bowl and found disgusting short and curly hair in my food. I raised my hand to call staff, one of staff saw me but asked me to come to the cashier with a hand gesture. I raised my hand again and she did the same thing.
I went to the counter and told her that i found hair in my food. She quickly took it to the chef. She came out and printed the receipt and asked me what i ordered. I said karaage bowl.
She went to the kitchen again and came out. Asked me “Do you want a refund or ?” I said yes please. She refunded it to me without any apology. She was so rude. She treated me like i needed money desperately. All i needed was an apology.
I’ve been to this place a couple of times but I’ll NEVER go back again.

Super safe venue for good Japanese food. Prices aren’t the cheapest but you do get what you pay for in terms of quality.
Been coming here for nearly a decade now and it’s always a spot where I can get Japanese food of reliable quality and decent price! Most of the items on the menu are great and there is a large variety of items! Love their cold udon special, katsu curry and beef teppanyaki. Probably don’t expect Akashi levels of flavour and complexity but that’s not what they’re going for anyway. Portions are good for the price.
Venue is at a popular shopping centre so it’s usually quite full for lunch, most of the times Ive come by though Ive been able to find a spot for two. If you want a larger party then you may have to wait or book. Parking is plentiful because of the shops, and the staff are nice enough although usually they’re so busy they won’t have time for extra pleasantries.
All in all it’s a decent Japanese restaurant that has good food. There aren’t many good Japanese restaurants in the area - so I’m grateful this is here!

This is a very popular Japanese restaurant, been there a few times, always enjoyed their sushi 🍣 and salad, but service wasn't very good, I think they were short of staff.
Great place for japanese dinner. Amazing food as always. Their sushi rolls are huge.
Great place to get your fix if you are craving decent and affordable Japanese cuisine. Not the most traditional, authentic or best quality Japanese fare you'll taste but the service is good, the food arrives fast and the standard of the food is always consistent. It's good value for money and there's always plenty of parking available. There might be a short wait when it gets busy so it's best to book ahead.
