The staff was magnificent in getting my son's expired passport rushed through the red tape. I think the staff member's name was Mario. Thank you so much. Completely organized and professional in every way.

I must say in his defense, he takes the punches and keeps on going. I have emailed him with long and angry emails and he responds. I have emailed him with concerns, he addresses them also. My point is Mr. Duncan will address your concerns and I believe he holds true to Conservative Values of which he was elected to!

Representatives of this office have come to me. And, Communication has exceeded to the DC office as well. Must reviews be judgmental when four fingers are pointing back at one's-self. Measuring our owns morality and practices enough to change ourselves will make this world better than just one man your pointing at. Self responsibilty lies closer to our own front porch like it or not.

Mr. Duncan is a Hippocrate, riding into office with tea party wave all about reduced spending. Now that he is there hi is just a rubber stamp. They have ballooned the deficit and now want to spend money we don’t have on a wall we don’t need.
