I order food for delivery and some showed up so i called and they said they cant send it out unless i order something else small on skip the dishes and they would send the rest of my order with that one . I said no then she hung up on me and refused to talk to me .. why should I pay for 2 delivery charges to get my complete order. I called back and The women I was speaking to was very rude and ignorant and hung up on me again
Will never recommend this place as they do not know anything about customer service and think they have the right to not send ur order and charge u twice even though you spend an average $100+ every time u order

Bought 4 orders of Tuesday special. The chicken smelled rotten. The spicy chicken especially had a very bad smell. Only took one bite and i could tell the chicken had gone bad. Ended up not eating.
We went to Great Lakes Farm for apple picking and on our way back home to London, we decided to eat first at Popeyes St. Thomas downtown. I must say, the service was really good. Special thanks to Aman who assisted us. Great service, keep up the good work! Thank you again ..
I have been to Popeyes in other locations and liked the food and the facilities. So when I was on a trip thru St Thomas I had no concerns stopping for lunch. Food was ok, I have had better. The place looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. And the smell in the washroom was awful. Washrooms were filthy.
The St Thomas staff are some of the best for service and the food is always great and you always feel you get good portions for your dollar.
Tastey food, but a bit planning on flavor varieties. They do fried, breaded, mildly spiced well, but that's the only flavor they have. It makes for a very heavy meal. I could see going back, but it would be a rare revisit rather than a regular choice.
I think they might benefit from a bit hotter frier to help so all the food from being quite so oily.
Edit: called the number provided, they had no idea who asked me to call or why. There apparently is a major lack of communication too. Lowered the review accordingly.

My latest experience at this Popeyes was far different from previous ones. The portion sizes are far better and the employees are much friendlier than I remember.
I ordered a mild chicken sandwich and it was fresher then I expected. Usually, white meat is overcooked and juicy at quick-eats spot. This one was cooked to perfection.
