Restaurant was exactly what you'd expect in a tourist center. American menu, average food, higher prices, including 5 euro cover charge per person.

Expensive garbage. Do not eat here.

I had a pizza with green Olives that still had the pits in them. Almost cracked a tooth.

Very Nice, lovely decoration, and tasty food.
Prices are correct if you take in account the location in the historic center. But 10% extra is charged on the bill, I thought it was the logical 10% service for the staff. After discussing with the waiter i found out THE OWNER keeps the 10% for himself and any extra tip must be handed over to him , wich he also keeps. SHAME on him

Stay away from this restaurant. Classic "fleece the tourists" operation. Had a small lunch here-menu showed standard prices- but they add a ton of secret surcharges to your bill without warning. Our simple lunch of three plates/4 people cost us over 80 euros! 5 euro " cover charge" per person just to seat you plus a 15% "service charge" on the top made for an obscenely expensive lunch. Cute little cafe, Food was OK and the sullen staff provided adequate service but nothing came close to being worth 80 bucks! Beware.

Comically bad. Criminal prices and staff. If you want to be scammed look no further! 35 euro for 2 espressos and a salad which consisted of JUST lettuce. It was quite funny. These scammers make the city look very bad. Don’t eat ANYWHERE near the domo until the authorities can clean up this mess of an area.

The food was ok, not great but not terrible, but the prices are high so I was expecting more. The soda is fountain soda with a price of canned soda and was pretty bad, there was no fizz to it. The breakfast options are limited: either italian breakfast (coffee+croissant+orange juice) or american breakfast (coffee+ham+eggs) and that is about 10-12€.
The staff wasn't too friendly and when the bill came, we paid both copperto (5€ for 2 persons) and an extra maggiorazzione of 15% of our bill which we were not informed of and wasn't mentioned in the menu in a visible place like it is supposed to be. It's the only place in Firenze where we paid both fees and it ended up being 11€ just in taxes/tips for a meal of 25€ which was a bit absurd. I would not return

As all previous reviews read, should have read the reviews before popping in here. 10 euro for a simple gin and soda, 15% extra on top that they don't tell you about and water also very expensive.
