Good place and not flooded. It is walking distance to Gmall and Closer to the establishments.

Good spacious and good accomodations friendly space and VERY GOOD FOR THOSE PEOPLE WHO WANTS TO HAVE A QUITE SURROUNDING GOOD FOR CALL CENTER AGENTS AND FOR STUDENT WHO ARE TAKING REVIEW ... ITS A GOOD PLACE
The owners will require you to use the aircon so they can get a percentage from your electric bill. Nice ang security pero hindi ang management.
For budget travelers who are not even going to stay in the hotel except to sleep, this place is good enough. However, no towels or cups are provided. There is free drinking water and the manager is kind enough to lend us cups. Also, the bathroom is shared. It is a few minute walk away from public transport, good food, convenience stores and a mall.
