Adam Hawa Cafe

We tried all sorts of stuff here. We came on a Tuesday night. It wasn't crowded. There was actually no one but us and then a few people dropped in 20 mins later. The area we sat had a lot of mosquitoes. Tried to find seats with no bugs but it wasn't easy. That made our dining experience abit uncomfortable.

Things we tried

Ikan bakar was okay. Good but still not the best still I'd still give it a 7/10

Nasi goreng kampung was abit spicy for me. Love the crackers. 6/10

Nasi goreng udang or prawn. I expected it to be as spicy as the kampung but it wasn't. 6/10 nothing special.

Rangka ayam. At first I thought it was chicken but a quick Google search says that rangka means skeleton. So it was bones coated in flour. I would give that a try again as I wasn't sure how to eat it but some people are saying you can eat the whole thing. Would love to give that a try.

Thai tea and Thai milk tea was abit too sweet for my liking. If it was less sweet with the ice cream combination it would make it more enjoyable. 5/10

The food & price for equivalents. Food was good but can be improved in terms of taste. The service quite perhaps shortage staff during my visit. But after all it’s all okay.

Sept.9 2023 serve me ikan pari not fresh smell stink already even came back to me say the smell is normal please check before you cook or practice fifo method and waitress not attentive always seat down just gave menu and set again if you want to seat please seat where all customer is visible to you and pay attention. Btw other food is nice

place to go whenever reach JB..this time i had a gigantic beef and crispy chicken burger..couldnt fit my mouth at all..good price and ambience..recommended

We called if they are still open as its close to their closing time, they waited for us and serve us all th8e way though we are the only table there!

Western Food is sedaplicious and the service is superd!! The drink is so refreshing and clears your taste buds.. really Amazing!

Thankfully I was staying at a hotel nearby as I noticed people were parking on the curb to dine in so it must be of good stature. The food selection is wide and the ambiance is chill. Open roof concept with fairy lights hanging from one end to the other.
I ordered their ikan pari bakar and nasi ayam bakar. Delicious. I had them in the hotel and it was good wow imagine dining in. Their kit chai longan drink was refreshing and goes well with the spicy meal.
8/10 to have your dinner at a chill place not a lot would know about. Cheers

Ok. Asam pedas was very spicy. Parking scarce. Saw one rat on the floor near customers.

Service was a tad slow as expected from the reviews but there weren't many options at that hour near Attrus hostel. Nasi lemak was OK but the fried chicken was soaked in oil too. The chicken burger was a huge portion but it was super oily. It felt like the oil was recycled multiple times to fry various items . The flavour of the wedges was nice but the oil kinda made the potatoes soak up the oil.The place was airy to dine in . They do accept credit / debit cards.
