Dr. Nardos is a wonderful doctor. Very gentle, caring and excellent in her work. I have been a patient of hers for 2 years. She recently performed a deep clean for me which was performed beautifully and with as little pain as possible. Her staff are also wonderful. Sylvia and the other lady who helped the doctor for whom I do know her name. Thank you so much. See you next year.

Dr. Ketsela is fantastic. I had not been to a dentist in a VERY long time due to unpleasant experiences at other dentists, including multiple dentists refusing to accept me as patient because of my crooked front teeth. A former coworker recommended Dr. Ketsela so I decided to give it one last try, and she has been a lifesaver from the start. She is friendly and compassionate no matter what your dental issues might be, and my cleanings are always thorough. She always takes great care to ensure my procedures are as painless as possible. Her staff is very friendly, and they have gone out of their way to work with my insurance to get me the best possible coverage. I would recommend Dr. Ketsela to anyone.

The doctor is always in a hurry, the resins have made me horrible, also they are always higher and many times she does not check what happens with dental floss. leaving high resins generate pain and cause teeth to move!! Worst of all, he made me a dental crown, which he left higher and separated from the neighboring tooth, during the 2 weeks I suffered pain, then it passed and after 3 months the crown moved, which caused food to accumulate Inside the gum in the space that was left, I had a terrible infection, and their solution was to make another crown on the other tooth that does not need a crown! I am outraged with everything I pay, I do not recommend it! I'm still upset and scared and I still have a crown problem looking for a dentist who wants to do that job well! NOW EVERY DAY I FEEL SENSITIVITY AND IT KEEPS ACCUMULATING FOOD IN MY GUMS! causes pain and inflammation! when before I had nothing! TERRIBLE

I set the bar high when it comes to finding the right dental practice, I used to drive 70 miles to my previous one because how exceptional they are. I am happy to share that I now found a good one nearby - Dr. Kestela and her staff are wonderful, kind, and professional. She has great bedside manner, very thorough with her work and caring for her patients, to the point that she does the routine cleaning herself! How precious is that. I brought my son in also, and he enjoyed his cleaning appointment as well. I would highly suggest Dr Kestela for anyone who look for family dental practice.

I have pretty high expectation for dental care and Bethesda Dental Smiles exceeded in all. Friendly and professional staff, no long wait time, Dr. Kestela office has been a refreshing change of pace from other dentist experiences. She takes the time to explain recommended and upcoming procedures in clear detail with empathy for the patient. She explains it to you in such a way that makes you feel comfortable in her expertise and that you are getting the right care. I highly recommend Dr. Kestela to anyone who is looking for a new dentist!!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Ketsela for about 4 years now. She’s the best dentist you could ever ask for. Fantastic bedside manner, always professional, excellent communication, and most importantly - highly skilled in caring for my teeth. An added bonus is that she maintains a wonderful staff. Even as some staff of hers have come and gone over the years - everyone has always been great. As a professional and as a student, she and her staff have always been flexible with my scheduling and billing related issues. Other benefits are her email updates and texting communication to confirm and remind you of appointments. She very recently changed offices - it’s absolutely beautiful and certainly makes for an even more impressive experience. It may sound strange to say - but I’ve enjoyed Dr. Ketsela and her team so much, that these days I almost look forward to going to the dentist no matter what I’m getting done LOL...I highly recommend Dr. Ketsela!

I was met with a very professional and friendly staff. The office is well prepared to handle the precautions necessary for keeping their patients safe. They only take a patient at a time which makes it safer. The dentist was amazing to the the least. She was through, explained everything in detail. I was extremely happy with what she did and would encourage anyone who wants to have a professional, friendly and thorough dentist to come to Bethesda Dental Smiles. PS they also have a nice parking lot.
