Don't expect high-class rooms. Wear and tear shows everywhere. But I didn't find any property that beat the price.

Best stays, neat and clean rooms

There is no proper front desk for smooth checkin and checkout. The room wasn't properly cleaned except for fresh linens. Rock hard bed and mattress; even the washroom door was in poor condition and we could barely lock it. There was a water purifier but it wasn't filtered water. More importantly,there was no dustbin.

This place should not be called a hotel. I had booked the hotel from the booking.com by seeing its misleading good reviews and the room pictures.
It was filthy AF. I had to even sleep on the sofa as the bed and pillows were filled with disgusting fungus stains. The apartment entrance was covered with trashes, beer bottles, and their cleaning equipments which were not removed even after requesting to them, as their reply to it was that the rent was just for the apartment, not the corridor.
I had to spend money on 2 bottles of sanitizer sprays just to even sit or touch anything in the room.

Also, it was later that I realized that the corridor section of my apartment had no lights working.

I would not recommend this trash hotel to any families or even bachelors as this hotel does not follow any covid guidelines by the government.

Horrible experience. Never going to recommend this stay to anyone. Beer bottles & garbage piled up outside the room. Dirty corridors, staff and service. Photos shown are misleading. PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE IF YOU CARE FOR HYGIENE. Horrendous and rude staff.

A monumental disappointment is one word to put things in short!! I have booked this apartment for a week from Dec 17 till 23 after previously communicating for a precautionary quarantine. The unit was not clean, broken showers, clogged drainage, unclean utensils, linen provided with brown stains (could be blood). The sofa is dilapidated and moreover a washing machine which is so dirty that forget washing you will need sanitisation if used (This was replaced after 3 days and hours of talks). Amount was taken in advance and no responsiveness to complaints. Please do not get misguided by the good looking pictures they give in Booking.com and other sites. This facility is very poorly managed. 1 star is given and there is no option for a lesser rating.

This service apartment worth for the rent they charge. A decent apartment to stay for couple of days. Basic amenities including refrigerator is there. All apartments having balcony. Ample parking space is there. A small store is inside the apartment building.
