It was a fun little experience.
- Concessions can be purchased before riding and consumed during the ride (popcorn, snacks and even alcohol)
- Great view of the surrounding area and a fun way to see where you are if you're new to the area.
We visited the wheel on Thursday night and timed it to get some great sunset views. Our daughter and her friends visited on a Friday night and had a similar experience. The pods are large and can accommodate a big party. They are air conditioned and have large viewing windows. Be sure to check discount sites like Groupon for tickets before arriving.

I'm scared of heights, but I've do it again. It was so much fun going up to scary part but once you're to the top and coming down is not bad worth doing
Before visiting, it is better to check the opening hours on the website, since we were not able to enjoy the attraction the first time. We bought tickets online, there was no queue at the time of our visit, we scanned the QR code at the entrance. The view is gorgeous, you won’t regret it.
Went to The Wheel during rainy weather on sunday they close at 10. Jumped on the ride minutes before closing. Had a wonderful time and they have a bluetooth speaker. around a 20 minute round ride. would come back!
Make sure you check if the wheel is open before you buy your $75 tickets online. We bought the tickets, went to have a quick bite to eat at Brother Jimmy's BBQ and arrived at the wheel at 9:11 pm to find out that it closed at 9 pm on Friday and would reopen the following day at noon. We were flying out at 7:55 am the next morning. The available customer service was null and void regarding a refund...instead we were handed a card to call a number on Monday.
Amazing area to explore. One of my favorite. Attention to details is outstanding. You actually feel like you are stepping inside the movies. Just wonderful. One the most popular areas in the park so is always busy here. Well worth it. The ride inside the castle is pretty good and original as well.
Fun for family or couple or even singles. It's a collection of about a dozen attractions. Huge Ferris wheel, aquarium, wax museum, carousel, restaurants and on. Sure, it's priced for "people on vacation budgets" but it's a range of offerings and activities. We bought annual passes to the Eye and had a romantic evening riding and watching the sunset and lights ... and even a rocket launch. We'll be back.

Enjoyed our time at the Wheel at Icon Park. While it's on the pricey side, the kids had a blast. A fun experience, but be prepared for the cost.
This has ignited my desire to move to Florida even more. Beautiful night view with my closest friends. Definitely recommend at night!
The wheel is 400 ft tall and takes 20 minutes to go around. It has beautiful views of the city all the way around. If you have issues with heights, I don't recommend.

Absolutely amazing! Very pricey to go from one park to another to get the experience and if you want the express pass to the rides the price was ridiculous! It's why I give it 4 star.

Amazing experience!! It was magical to watch the light show on the outside of the castle! As you walk through the inside, every twist and turn there is more interaction, which makes the line go by so fast! We really enjoyed this at the park!

Sky coaster is a lot of fun and the lady behind the desk with black/brown hair was really friendly and lovely to chat to. It’s a shame the other employees were busy talking amongst themselves and not really telling us things. As we begin the process to go up in the wire, it sounded like something “unclipped” but no one said anything until we mentioned it. They then replied - without looking at us - “that’s a good sound” and that was it! Bit unprofessional. The $30 dollar etc for the “photos” and video is a pointless! The videos and photos are at poor angle. Not worth the additional cost!
This was just ok! In need of major renovations! The ride was broken down for 15 mins so we waited. Once on my kid thought it was okay. But definitely not worth the price but should be much cheaper.

We loved this ride ..went on it at least 4 times in 4 days we were there. It's a blast and they personal video record u too which y can purchase additionally to the ride of course but it's fun to look at and there's usually a crowd around the ride watching people get on it. I guess maybe the ones that might not be brave enough to actually venture on to it. It's a little pricey tho. 35$ a ride. I feel like they should sell package deals at least or something buy one get one half off or something . Cuz it's fun and I could have gotten on it a bunch more times but not at the price will break ur wallet quick. Anyways definitely check it out.
What a crazy ride. I would never do it but people really seem to be enjoying it. You can just stand there and watch them shoot people basically into space and it is quite amazing. I could not imagine what the feeling is when you get to the top and your waitlist and you come flying back down. Like I run into. Things seem to know what he was doing and the pictures from it are crazy. You can sit there and watch live video of the people in the ride as they go up so it's quite amusing to just sit there and watch that.
The DNA part was my favorite! Though the fossil wall was pretty cool too. If you like Jurassic Park or dinosaurs at all take a visit when in the area for sure.
It's costly for a very slow ferris wheel. Get an entry with park topper pass for $20 if you have visited other qualifying park withing last 30 days. We combined it with museum of illusion. Both for $38.
You can connect your Bluetooth and play your songs from phone inside the cabin.
Beware that it can be closed when it's raining. It was closed on first evening we went, so we had to go ok next day.

Structure is beautiful. Get beautiful view of city. Overall ok experience.

I have been a wizard from the first moment I read the first book, now 20 years or so ago. Coming to universal for the first time, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Overall I’m not impressed with universal I am however blown away by the recreation of hogwarts. They did hogwarts justice and they did Harry Potter justice. The experience was magic I’m so many ways. A must visit. A butter bear is also a must experience. It tastes sweet like butter scotch with a foam on top. Try the frosted version to balance the Florida heat.

This is daunting, everything in your mind tells you not to but your logic tells you thousands go on it without issue. Once you've launched your fears subside and before you know it you are super high, higher than the wheel. Very much worth it!

We were filled with excitement as we approached The Wheel at ICON Park, eager to take in the breathtaking views and enjoy a thrilling ride. While the experience itself was decent, we couldn't help but be disappointed by the steep price.

The Wheel itself is impressive, offering panoramic views of the surrounding area. The cabins are spacious and comfortable, allowing for a relaxed and enjoyable ride. We appreciated the informative audio commentary that provided interesting facts about the city and landmarks.

However, the cost of the ride left us feeling slightly underwhelmed. The prices were on the higher side, making it a splurge for our budget. For the length of the experience, we had expected a greater value for the price paid.

Furthermore, the ticketing process could have been smoother. The lines were long, resulting in a significant wait time before we were able to board. It would have been helpful to have better crowd management and an expedited ticketing system to enhance the overall experience.

While The Wheel at ICON Park does provide a decent experience with its stunning views and comfortable cabins, we would caution potential visitors to take into consideration the high price tag. If you're willing to splurge for a memorable experience, then The Wheel is worth a visit. However, if budget is a concern, it may be worthwhile to explore other attractions that offer better value for your money
It's super cool and definitely worth riding. It is fun and exhilarating, especially realizing how high up you go! My wife and I enjoyed it a lot.
We visited on a weekday and purchased our tickets upon arrival. We chose the single ride option, which is available when you plan to take 2, 3, or 4 rides. Both my 9-year-old and 4-year-old had a great time. Please note that there is a height restriction of 3 feet 4 inches

Should be on top 10 things to do in Orlando! It was awesome and I don't like heights but it was definitely worth the experience. We were able to see Epcot ball from it too. We stumbled upon it after dinner and would have never known this existed at all.

Only concern we had was that guys didn't come and make sure we were locked in. That's a BIG thing to improve on.
Great for any Jurassic park fan, can get very heavy foot fall so I tend to avoid the eatery inside. Interactive area on the bottom floor with informative cast members are fun to see/talk to. Worth visiting and located next to Velocicoaster. Banners up to celebrate the 30th celebrations.

My experience was smooth and pretty fast. I enjoyed the sling shot ride and would recommend.
This is definitely something you should do. It’s a little bit expensive, but most things on Idrive are .

Similar experience, taking a helicopter tour while being so much safer .

This wheel is soooooo hard to miss from anywhere around the area . One of those things that everyone asked you if you’ve been on.

It’s an 18 mins experience, the allow you to listen to your own music in Bluetooth during that time .

The cars don’t rock or move . It’s extremely comfortable

The views are breathtaking and it’s a romantic experience overall.

I don’t know if I would come here with small children but it’s definitely a good experience overall

I would recommend my friends and family

The slingshot is fun, but it's what's after that made me give it a one star rating. They put me online when I was never asked if I wanted it uploaded, although the woman I was with said she didn't mind. If there's two people riding, they should ask both if they consent to having the video uploaded on all platforms. I'm never going back on it if they keep it up.
The Orlando StarFlyer at ICON Park is a thrilling experience. It is the "world’s tallest swing ride". You need to buy a ticket to ride. It offers amazing views of Orlando while moving up and down, swinging freely at speeds up to 45mph and screaming with joy.

The color-changing lights at night create a mesmerizing spectacle. If you are afraid of heights, I would not recommend this.
Super fun for the family. The fast and furious ride was great. Awesome water ride definitely cools you down.
This area was more than just a shop, it had different areas for the kids to feel like they were scientists where they could analyze eggs, see what their own genetic makeup would create if they were a dinosaur and more.

I got yelled at for taking photos of the ride, I’m a 16 yr old kid just taking photos of the ride because it looks cool! So why was I getting yelled at?
Pteranodon Flyers is one of my kids favorite rides at Island of Adventures but because of the height restrictions, we have to take turns with my youngest to ride it. It's a fun ride for everyone.

The kids love this place. Well worth taking the younger kids here. They can play all day and have so much fun. When you need a break, come here to relax while your kids have a lot of fun on the themed playground. So many nice people in here too. Worth the sit, needs more seats.
Fun ride. Relatively easy on the heart. Need to be able to swim as it involves a 6' drop into the pool on emerging from the slide. Moderate wait time.

We went on the slingshot. Absolutely amazing ride/experience! My only recommendation is to watch the weather especially if you're on a time crunch. If there is any lightning within a 10 mile radius, they will pause the rides and it's hard to determine when they will reopen. Rule of thumb in the summer is you will generally get those afternoon rainstorms and thunderstorms. So plan accordingly. Plenty of restaurants, games and shops to keep you busy in the meantime. You can visit other attractions within walking distance on International Drive as well
The teenagers liked it and there was a bar inside next to where you purchased tickets. However, tickets are cheaper on Groupon.
This place was really cool for kids and adults to play. The only struggle is that there isn’t a bathroom inside the play area. If you need a bathroom you need to find your way out of the maze play area and then make your way out of the general area to find a bathroom. But beyond the bathroom issue, this area is REALLY cool for all ages.
Step back in time and get up close and personal with the dinosaurs at the Jurassic Park Discovery Center in Universal Studios, Orlando. A prehistoric adventure awaits you!" 🦕🦖🌴 #JurassicParkDiscoveryCenter #UniversalStudiosOrlando #PrehistoricAdventure #Dinosaurs #TravelGoals

The center is located in the Islands of Adventure section of Universal Studios and is designed to look like a research facility from the Jurassic Park movies. The center is filled with interactive exhibits and displays that allow visitors to learn about the dinosaurs that lived millions of years ago.

One of the highlights of the Jurassic Park Discovery Center is the interactive Dino-Soar ride. This ride takes visitors on a virtual flight over the island of Isla Nublar, where they can see dinosaurs up close and personal. The ride is very well done and is sure to thrill both children and adults. Another popular attraction at the center is the Raptor Encounter, where visitors can meet a life-sized Velociraptor and take pictures with it. This attraction is very popular, so be prepared to wait in line.

In addition to the rides and encounters, the Jurassic Park Discovery Center also has a number of informative exhibits that teach visitors about the dinosaurs that once lived on Earth. There is a fossil dig site where visitors can dig for fossils, as well as a DNA sequencing exhibit that explains how scientists are able to learn about dinosaurs from their DNA. There is also a section of the center dedicated to the making of the Jurassic Park movies, which is sure to be a hit with film buffs.

Overall, the Jurassic Park Discovery Center at Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida is a fantastic attraction that is well worth a visit. Whether you are a fan of the Jurassic Park movies or just love dinosaurs, this center has something for everyone. The interactive exhibits, rides, and encounters are sure to keep visitors entertained for hours. Be sure to plan your visit in advance and arrive early to avoid the crowds!

So glad we did the slingshot. I always wanted to!! Can't wait to see our video up on their pages. Carrie & Natalie. The person who helped us was so kind and informative. Even the fella who helped us in the seat of the ride was great. Thank you for making our experience memorable 💖
I can't stress enough, how AWESOME this ride is. Seriously.. it is the smoothest ride I have ever been on. The views are amazing. I felt safe and secure in my swing, the employee double checked my bar and the seat belt. I loved the whole atmosphere, the music, lights etc. It is worth every penny of the $15 you pay to ride it.
Man fühlt sich in den Film versetzt, weiss genau, welche Szenen sich hier abgespielt haben. Im oberen Teil ein Restaurant, im unteren Bereich ein grosser Souvenirshop.
We waited for this area to be open and the only reason we went to Universal was for Jurassic Park, but was a bit disappointed. We did enjoy the little hatching show that they had at the center, but I DO NOT recommend eating there. You wait way too long for dry over cooked food.
A fun place to learn about Dinosaurs and do a little shopping (in the A/C). There are several interactive displays/games that are fun, and also a good way for those not brave enough to ride Velocicoaster to spend some time while waiting for riders. :)
Its awesome I can meet my favorite character
The best ride I’ve ever done. First time was in 2019 in LosAngeles, enjoyed it that time and this time in Orlando, truly enjoyed it again. Having said that, I’m not a Harry Potter fan or even interested in the story more than anything regular in my life but the reason I loved the ride was the quality of the animations, moves, reality of the pictures, 4th dimension effects and all those tricks which makes a ride as enjoyable as possible.

Also the design of the castle 🏰 itself is amazing both inside and outside, which the ride takes place. Everything was nicely designed depicting everything in Harry Potter books and movies with a great craftsmanship.

Upon arriving at the ride, the worker asked if we had a return time even though the ride status was 'ride now'. The worker kept asking for a return time. After she realized it was in ride now status, we had to go back and take our water shirts off. After all that, we came back again and scanned in only to then be told they were closing due to inclement weather. Rode the ride in the past, and it was awesome, but the service today was not that great.
I came here on the way to airport, time matters for me. I bought all 3 games at 1:01pm , was told wait 30 minutes. I waited in line for 32 minutes with two groups behind us, but the guy employee pulled two girls behind me to join the group in front us, and said we were the last group despite physically we weren’t,means we had to wait another 30m. The explanation given was he didn’t write down what game I plan to play, so let the groups with same game go together, but I play all games, can join with any groups , I should be able to get in much earlier. After the supervisor girl came and explained to him, we two players were able to get in right next round. I hope it was just the guy employee lack of common sense or training instead of discrimination.
Kids favorite. Our toddlers loved playing in the play area with all the fun stuff including the aerial roller-coaster. It was cool to see how innovative and fun this place was!

💫 Nothing Short of Magical 💫

While the inside is *even more* breath-taking than the outside, the Hogwarts Castle is an absolute must-see during any visit to the Orlando theme parks. A combination of scale and clever perception tricks make it look simply massive as it towers overhead and you enter through its iconic gates, guarded by winged boars.

At night, the castle transforms into a see-it-to-believe-it projection show display of lights and sounds. The show changes a bit, depending on the season (Christmas has its own spectacular), but all of them are worth seeing. All four Houses get represented on the castle, and the dark sky alights with lasers as the face of the castle transforms into flitting, familiar shapes.
Here we were adults and loved this area!!! BEST time is at night work all the multi- colored lights glowing in the caves and tunnels! Even a couple of swinging bridges. It's such a large area with so many places to run, play, and explore you could get lost from one another. Water blasters too. We wished we could've adopted a little kid to take on the pterodactyl ride!

My family loves going to Volcano Bay! The Ohyea and Ohno drop slides are great. They're like a typical water slide until the end, where it drops you a few feet into a deep pool. You should be a decent swimmer for this one...
Good overall you get the moving tilted seats and wind to enhance the experience but you still use the 3d glasses no head set. We did the carnival ride and were happy.

Great ride. Did the larger drop. Very fun drop into 10foot pool.
Absolutely loved this experience! We bought the pass, so we went on this twice… would not have liked paying $12.00 each but with the pass we could go on everything! The carnival clowns were better than the zombies, in my opinion, but do both if you get the pass!
At last! The old, annoying kiddie music show is GONE! Dreamworks rocks!
Loved this experience! I go every time I visit Universal Studios Florida! Character rotation is easy to understand, and they continuously rotate a whole bunch of characters. I love coming here to see my favorite character, King Julien. Would definitely recommend checking this out

Cool area! Less populated with a cool cave area to explore and the pterodactyl flying ride is specifically for kids between a certain height maybe typical 6-10yr olds and 1 adult only so sorry 2nd parent you gotta wait but again not a bad wait and a good place to chill a little.
Great way to see lots of Characters and rest in the A/C.
I just had to leave a review. I have a autistic 3.5 year old and he had the time of his LIFE!!!! The cast went above and beyond to make him feel included and so happy. I cannot say praise enough about this attraction!! They danced, they hugged, they had a blast. (In the AC, Hallelujah!) All of the characters even crouched with my son because he wanted them all to sit with him and “talk”. We came back multiple times. He was starstruck. Thank you for making our Universal trip and providing a safe inclusive space for my son!

Unlike its scenic kissimme counterpart, you get an ugly view half the time (skyline is nice but after you drop all you see is an ugly concrete wasteland). Went with a friend and both of us were very uncomfortable and the restraints felt weird. We had to hold arms the entire time and our arms hurt after. The Kissimmee one is so much better, please go there instead.
We LOVED this attraction! My kids are 4 and 1, they danced while we relaxed a bit. The characters rotate frequently and the dancers all came over and danced with each of my kids, they just loved the extra attention. We went multiple times on our trip. The employees there are out of this world energetic enough for all ages and clearly enjoy their job.
They say it's 250' but I just don't believe it is. The ride up is very short and the moment you pull the cord you're planing out. The 300' Sky Coaster at Fun Spot Kissimmee is way more bang for your buck.
Absolutely awesome!!!! Loved it, we have so much fun and great for all ages.
Great ride for thrill seekers. Youre dragged up on a cable and dropped from high up over a small pond, the view is amazing.

The lifeguards yelled at me for waiting for my kid at the end even though I was out of the pool and there was no one else on the slide.

Just making sure she was safe since there is a four foot drop at the end. What an immature moron who hasn't reproduced yet and has yet to realize the importance of being a good parent and protecting your child.

Equal parts thrilling and terrifying. Pulling the cord yourself from over 250 feet in the air is already heart-pounding, but so was the later realization that I was so high up that my park buddy couldn't hear me screaming. Imagine a giant swing explicitly designed to make you feel like you're flying, and for a low price, too. An incredible experience, and after the initial fall, getting to swing back and forth high in the sky was a treat.

Ohno is one of the most fun slides at Volcano bay, at least if you're a strong swimmer. It's a fun and fast body slide with a high cannonball at the end. If you're not as strong of a swimmer, I recommend trying Ohyah instead.
This is well worth it! The staff are brilliant and friendly and the actual ride is thrilling and worth it as you can see a lot from up high. It’s also only $15 for a t-shirt and video.

It’s the front-face ride of this park. Being the first thing at the entrance, it draws quite a good amount of people attention and long line consequently. The ride is not as advertised, but still an interesting one. The really interesting byproduct feature of this ride is seeing people go through the dolphin pool from the loggerhead lane. It’s like seeing an aquarium with dolphin and people.
Hub and I really enjoyed this! We are huge Zombie lovers so we picked the Zombie 🧟‍♀️ Experience of course. It was super fun and a little hard if you have issues shooting moving targets. The game is very immersive and I would say the price is not bad. It’s a 5 min ride but to us completely worth it and a must do if your spending a day or two in Orlando around I Drive. It’s right near the Orlando I, and there are several things to to do in the building like Madam Tousoes, An Aquarium, The Orlando I Ride, an Arcade and more! I just wish we could have spent more time in that one plaza because there is a ton to do, eat and shop!!
Highly recommend 7D Video Game/Ride Adventure :)
