Kam auf die glorreiche Idee einen PC komplett selbst zusammenzubauen ohne Erfahrung. Nach Blut, Tränen und Schweiß funktionierte er leider nicht. Da ich keinen Nerv und keine Expertise hatte, woran es liegen könnte, wandte ich mich an Comfox. Und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht.
Der Kontakt war unkompliziert und freundlich.
Nach akribischer Suche und einigem Aufwand löste er das Problem und ich konnte meinen Computer nach ein paar Tagen funktionierend nach Hause mitnehmen.
Und das beste: Zu einem sehr vernünftigen Preis! Es gab einen Kostenvoranschlag und daran wurde sich auch gehalten. Wegen des höheren Aufwands wurde ein minimaler Aufschlag erhoben. War sehr fair und hat mir ne Menge Nerven gespart.

Vielen Dank dafür und wenn ich wieder Probleme habe, würde ich jederzeit wieder dorthin gehen!

Sehr sehr nett, und professionelle Leute. Top und sehr zufriedenstellende Leistung. 😇👍🏽 Ich habe da Batterie wechseln lassen. Erstmal hat das nur 2 Monat gelaufen, bis ein Problem aufgetreten ist. Sie haben die Batterie kostenlos nochmal ersetzt, weil sie auch Garantie anbieten. Die Kollegen kann man mit Augen zu vertrauen.

Kurzes Feedback: Da kann man nicht sitzen und warten. Für kleine Reparatur, wäre es super, wenn man in Büro einfach abwarten könnte.

Bei meinem Macbook war das Motherboard kaputt und Apple hatte mir einen horrenden Kostenvoranschlag gemacht. Hier wurde es super schnell und definitiv günstiger repariert. Der Kontakt war freundlich und unkompliziert.

Super freundlich, faire Preise und richtig schnell. Kann ich absolut empfehlen. Hatte meinen Rechner zur inneren Reinigung gebracht, doch nachdem er keinerlei Reinigung benötigt hat, musste ich nichts für den Service zahlen. Stattdessen hat er mir den defekten Akku für einen fairen Preis getauscht und ich konnte das Gerät nur einen Tag später abholen als geplant. Guten Ratschlag habe ich auch noch erhalten. Die Reparatur von meinem Laptop hat nicht einmal 24 Stunden gedauert.
Herr Seidel war so nett und hat mir noch von dem Potenzial erzählt, womit er das Gerät noch leistungsfähiger machen könnte.

Ich wollte einen neuen Laptop inkl. Service vor Ort bzgl. Einrichtung, Datenübertragung vom alten Laptop usw.
Mit Hr. Seidel von CONODI habe ich den passenden Profi gefunden: Kurze Beratung zum Gerät, sofortige Bestellung und nach zwei Tagen Installation, Einrichtung, Datenübernahme und Abholung des neuen Gerätes.
Als Selbständiger war es mir wichtig, dass ich auf dem neuen Laptop 1:1 so weiter arbeiten kann wie vorher, nur viel schneller und komfortabler und genau so ist es eingetroffen!

Heyy . I spilled coffee on my pc (like a looot of coffee) and it seeped in came in contact with the motherboard apparently so he tought it was damaged and i had to replace it but then he told me that he ll clean it and maybe it will work (so i dont have to buy a new one which i wasnt going to do because its pretty expensive so the repair costs would buy me a new pc (he also recommended i dont ) ) and i lucked out and it worked . The price was 120 euros which is a bit expensive but honestly what s important is that i got my pc fixed (so if you re in a similar situation tou have hope )

Mein PC wurde leider nicht mehr repariert, da es sich Wirtschaftlich (fast Neupreis) für mich nicht mehr lohnte. Dennoch ist Herr Seidel super kompetent und ich habe mich zu jederzeit gut beraten gefühlt. Wer seinen PC, Notebook etc. reparieren lassen will, ist hier definitiv richtig.

Mac ist u bleibt der beste Reperatur Service den es gibt.
Wer ein Problem mit seinen PC tablett u.s.w hat.geht bitte zu Mac.
Die können wirklich alles.wieder heile machen.

Ich hatte ein Notfall mit meinem MacBook und brauchte umgehend eine professionelle Einschätzung der Sachlage. Aufgrund der äußerst positiven Rezensionen habe ich mich für mTechnik entschieden.

Ich wurde nicht enttäuscht! Ich habe sofort einen Termin bekommen und wurde sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Gerät wurde umgehend untersucht und es wirkte alles sehr seriös. Darüber hinaus finde ich den Preis für die Dienstleistung sehr gut.

Ich bin happy und kann Pc Mac Reparatur nur weiterempfehlen.

Habe meinen Laptop ohne Termin vorbeigebracht und mir wurde trotzdem sehr schnell geholfen. Das Problem wurde schnell erkannt und ehrlicherweise von einer Reparatur abgeraten. Alles ging zügig und sehr unkompliziert.

If you are a foreigner who doesn't speak German. And what if your precious computer breaks down? This is the difficulty I encountered last week. Amhaimar accepts my computer during atypical working hours. He also uses WhatsApp to keep in touch with me all the time, I always know what he is doing, I know what he ordered, what he found, what is going on, everything is fast and intuitive. Problem solved simply and effectively - I thought I would lose my entire desktop computer. Very fair price, could have charged more for such superb repair skills! Thanks to him, my 3080ti is back!！

I took my laptop here once because it had a boot problem. They didn´t give me any information about it unless I called several times. They said they couldn´t do anything because they didn´t get the error message, even though I had a photo of it.
Then I got it back and seemed to work properly, but after some time it had the same problem. I took it back here with the error message on screen and the same dynamic took place. I only got it back after calling several times. This time, my device was there for 4 weeks and, the following day of the pick up, it had the exactly same boot error. The only information I received after all was that the OS was working and they didn´t have to reinstall it. I had to reinstall it myself just to find out that the problem was not the OS.
In total, my laptot was there for about 6 weeks and I spent more than 100€, all for it to be exactly at the same conditions as the day I took it here for the first time.

Very fast service, they fixed my MacBook in 24 hours. The people there are professional and explain things clearly to the customer. Prices are reasonable for Munich.

Absolut vorbehaltlos zu empfehlen professionell, unkompliziert und nett. Die Batterie in meinem MacBook Air war defekt, habe den Laden morgens per E-Mail kontaktiert und innerhalb von Minuten eine Rückmeldung erhalten, dann mittags das Gerät vorbeigebracht, um 15h - wie vereinbart -
war der Mac abholbereit (zum fairen Preis, betr. Akkuwechsel plus Reinigung).

Ich habe mein Laptop im November 2022 für die Reparatur abgegeben, man hat leider nach wochenlang nicht hingekriegt, den Laptop vernünftig zum Laufen zu bringen, und die Daten wurden auch nicht wiederhergestellt, dennoch wurde mir über 100 EUR für den Aufwand verrechnet, um die Daten zu retten. In den letzten 5 Monaten habe ich 2 nagelneuen Festplatten dafür zur Verfügung gestellt, muss nach ein halbes Jahr (nochmals) leider feststellen, dass keine Daten gerettet und zu lesen sind. Lange Rede kürzer Sinn, es was zum letzten Mal, dass ich diesen Laden besuchte!!!

Mr. Amhaimar was friendly and polite. He checked my laptop but unfortunately the motherboard was gone and thus he suggested to buy new laptop instead. He also helped to retrieve the data. Overall, really good service.

Details of my case:

I called for an appointment at 10:30 on Tuesday, and dropped my laptop (Asus ROG STRIX II GL504GS) for cleaning at 12:00

By 16:00 the work was already done on the same day.

All the problems were fixed (cleaning noisy fans, changing thermal paste) and the price was adjusted to account for easy work (less then initially estimated)

10/10 would be back again and would recommend to friends.

Make sure to have a call to get an appointment before visiting.

Also there is another department marked on the map near Sendlinger Tor, but check the address carefully. The store is now near Westpark!

Eine "mehr als gute" Adresse, wenn eine Reperatur notwendig am PC ist. Eine freundliche und fachkundige Beratung, wenn es um PC oder Iphon geht. Der Batteriewechsel wurde innerhalb von 2 Tagen gemacht. Hilfestellungen beim Einrichten eines Fingerabdruckes als kostenneutrale Service-Leistung. Ich kann nur sagen: "vielen Dank, ich werde wieder kommen"

Ich war jetzt zum zweiten Mal bei comfox. Beim ersten Mal war meine ext. Festplatte kaputt auf der ALLE meine Bilder waren. Ich war schon total verzweifelt - aber zum Glück wurden die Daten gerettet :-) Jetzt war mein Laptop "tot" - auch das wurde wieder super schnell und unkompliziert behoben. Und das alles zu einem echt guten Preis-Leist.-Verh. Und der Besitzer ist auch richtig nett. Falls mal wieder was kaputt ist, stehe ich wieder auf der Matte :-) Vielen Dank!!!

Habe mein Laptop mit einem kaputten Displayscharnier abgegeben. Nach kurzer Diagnose wurden drei verschiedene Reparaturmöglichkeiten in unterschiedlichen Preisklassen zur Auswahl gestellt.
Zusätzlich wurde nach kuriosem Problem nach der Reparatur gemeinsam auf Kulanz nach dem Fehler gesucht und erfolgreich behoben.

Sehr freundlicher Service, aber mit freundlich kann ich mir leider nix kaufen. :)

Reparatur wird outsourced (zumindest für Laptops), was die Wartezeit für Hardware-Fixes sehr erhöht (z.B. waren es bei mir einmal zirka 6 Wochen für einen Laptop-Lüftertausch).

Bin leider sehr enttäuscht worden, als mein Betriebssystem für ein Tastatur Problem (trat direkt nach dem Lüftertausch auf - kann ja Mal passieren, Laptops sind bekanntlich fragil) neu installiert wurde - war dann plötzlich Win 10 statt Win 11 und Partitionierung wurde ohne vorherige Rücksprache mit mir neu erfunden. (Das es darüber hinaus nicht geholfen hat, nehme ich dem Laden nicht übel, es war IMO absolut ein Versuch wert. Sauer war ich an dem Tag trotzdem.)

Bin ein großer Freund von zweiten Chancen, aber beide Male war es leider nicht gut für mich. Das kann trotzdem insgesamt ein Einzelfall sein, aber erst Mal gibt es leider keine Empfehlung von mir. Habe mein Laptop Tastatur Problem am Ende woanders gefixt (allerdings nicht in München; bits & more in 22880 Wedel) und bin glücklich geworden.

I was there last week after my iPhone X suddenly shut down and didn't work at all. Their diagnosis: your iPhone cannot be turned on anymore (thanks, that's why I came). No interest into finding a solution... Two days after this, I contacted a tech guy I remembered from last year and the day after I had my phone back working with all my data untouched and even the apps I had running when the breakdown happened were open the same way.

He answered all my questions about the quota from the repair of my monitor! Also spoke english and via WhatsApp. Really good service!

My laptop had been giving me problems for a while, however I was a bit reluctant to take it to repair, as my German isn't very good. I phoned comfox, and not only were they able to help me in English, they took in my laptop on the same day, tested it and fixed it really quickly (it was ready on the following day). It has not given me any issues since, so all in all I'm very happy. Prices are also quite affordable for Munich. Thank you!

Two weeks after I came to Munich my Laptop display started malfunctioning. I knew nobody and panicked a lot. But thankfully I came across Anhaimer IT service. He is very friendly, understands english and is extremely helpful. He suggested me that my laptop is under warranty and helped me send it to the workshop. Poor service, they spent close to a month and couldn't even diagnose the problem in my laptop, I had lost hope and had to take it back without any further troubleshooting.
It was Wastage of my time to take their service.

I actually had VERY BAD experience with this firm. Firstly I brought my laptop there because I read these comments that they repair quickly and not that expensive.
I had a problem with hardware, it couldn’t close properly. Then after a while they said that, not only this is the problem, but also my wifi antenna is broken (even though I had no problem with wifi before) and suggested me the option which costed half of my laptop price. I agreed with that option just because I had a pressure of time and wanted to get my laptop as soon as possible. However, I waited 3 months and after all this time decided to call them myself and ask what is taking so long. They said that they are still waiting for parts and they do not know when it will be delivered. And suddenly after 1 day I get a call from them which informs that my laptop is fixed because they have found another solution which would be even cheaper. When I asked them why form the beginning they have not suggested me this “cheaper and quicker” option they started to figure out various excuses. When I asked them for discount because I waited so long, they threw me back that I get anyways the lower price as originally, so I should be happy, but when I argued that that originally the price was so high because of “new parts” which they needed to be delived, and now the price is smaller just because they used “old parts”, they didn’t even want to listen, so they didn’t provide me the discount for waiting so long. In general in the shop, when I expressed my complains and asked for discount, they shouted and started to complain that they have no time to argue and I just waste their time.
So to summarize, I assume that originally they proposed me the most expensive option in order to get more money from me, plus the 3 months they did not do anything and just when after these 3 months I called and started to complain that I need to wait that long they decided to finally repair it with the quick and cheaper option because I would have took back the laptop and search for another repair shop. Moreover, they treated me really bad when I expressed my complaints. So I would really NOT RECOMMEND to go there. Maybe they treat you nice when you don't express your complaints, but when you are brave enough, then you get treated like a rubbish.

There was a scratch on the screen of my macbook pro, caused by space button located a bit higher than other buttons. Since they are apple authorized repair store, I thought it would be okay to repair it here.

I explicitly mentioned that there is nothing wrong going on with the screen, but it is all about the keyboard and need to be fixed. They completely ignored my comment and changed the screen and not even touched the keyboard. After getting the macbook back, i have stated that it would happen again since there is nothing changed with keyboard. They were like "we repaired what was broken". Guess what?! The scratch is back on the screen and I need to repair my macbook again.
