Absolutely excellent service, above and beyond the usual expectations of effort. A tricky and time-consuming problem must have wasted hours of the guys’ time as tried they hard to diagnose it. They were honest and transparent and very reasonable on price.

Digital PC is my first go to tech, they cater for plethora of tech.
If you need a repair they will advise if it's actually financially viable to do and not rip you off like some retailers tend to do with unnessasary work on the make.

All stock items are more than reasonably priced, and if you purchase something by mistake that didn't do the job - No quibble returns.

Good job done replacing screen but charged an extra tenner over the agreed price.

My wife's phone had got worn out, poor phone, so we went to the O2 shop for a new phone. The shop was busy so we booked a slot in half an hour. Went for a coffee at Rosies. Returned to O2 where a lovely lady helped us choose a new phone. My wife couldn't remember her passwords so the lady worked around that. She sorted out the new phone always with a pleasent smile. I would have been exasperated myself. Very helpful and offered to complete the set up once we had the passwords. (I set it up at home). Very pleased with the service and the price of the new phone that did not break the bank. An excellent shop.

Really friendly staff in here and since I've moved to o2 a good few years ago I haven't had any problems or found a cheaper deal. They supported me helping me choose a laptop for when I start university that's really popular which I could pay monthly for with my phone contract.

The staff are always really nice and extremely helpful.

This guy charged me £70 for a new phone screen for a Samsung Galaxy A22 5G and promised to put a glass screen protector on, telling me that I would just need to replace the glass screen protector for £10 should it happen again. He also said he would throw in a silicone phone cover if he was feeling generous. He said it would be ready the next day, but it wasn't so I had to go back. When I turned up the shop was busy so he just came outside and handed me the phone with no phone cover, but I assumed it had the screen protector on, as agreed. However, within a month my son knocked my phone off the arm of the sofa hitting the fireplace hearth, cracking the screen again. When I took it back to him he confirmed there was no screen protector on it, but wouldn't accept that he had failed to do what I had paid for and even tried to claim that one of my kids must have taken it off! Unbelievable!

Uncle bought 6 gameboy games from here for me turned out to be all fake went back to get money back on them and was arguing the toss with us got our money back in the end with threatening with trading standards to which i have reported them for selling fake products

Pushing phones as they do one might expect them to have a telephone answering service. Enduring long waits for attention proves worthwhile in the end though.

The gentleman at this shop fixed my damaged phone against all the odds. I had water damage on my iPhone and it was looking like I would have to replace it (and what a nightmare that would be), but he is a real expert and he managed to get it working again. Great service. I definitely recommend this place - and next time anything goes wrong with my phone, this is the place I'll be going to. It cost £80 for the new screen etc and was well worth it.

Honest review.Awful asked for a deal as I'm on sim only , offered a new phone that I wasn't sure about and a contract I was unsure of so before I agreed to the deal,
Asked for a different type of phone to be told this store had limited stock _OK fair enough (also the conversation from the customer service guy was very blarsai I appreciate its probably a 9-5 Monday job hence why I was polite and would never be rude like some people can be , all I ask is for good customer service )
Anyway When asking can I get the store to order for myself from a bigger store or online o2 that stocked one I was told I needed to do it myself > Why? Your o2
I then asked could the customer service guy help with my O2 sign in as it keeps saying error he said sorry I can't I have a blank screen on my computer you need to call up , (come on its because you didn't get the sale and now I'm just seen as a waste of time in your eyes)
.... this is were the customer service fell down and I chose to buy the phone wanted outright from another store. Your loss.

could see another sales advisor helping helping an elderly gentleman with his phone even though he wasn't o2 fair play but my experience was dreadful and the reason I'm writing this review is I also herd the comment from the customer service advisor to another saying idiot just because i wanted help- I won't use the word you used.

Disgusting behaviour really I should of made a complaint but I'll say you was having a bad day at the office I've got class.

before I went to the repair shop my phone was water damaged, the screen was flashing, the camera lens was condensated and the fingerprint scanner didnt work, I told them all that. they told me to come the next day, I did and he told me to come the next day after that, I did and I finally got my phone. got home and realised they only fixed the lens problem, my phone keeps flashing and the fingerprint scanner still doesn't work.

giving 2 stars because the guy seems nice and it was only £25. but for waiting 2 days without my phone just to have the same problems, I am not satisfied.

I went to this store. problem with my phone. I don't know the person who helped me. He was very patient and helped me. very satisfied.

Charged £50 to fix a camera lens, the guy replaced the lens but broke the actual camera. Then broke the screen and had to replace this which then broke the speaker on the phone. When asked to repair his mistakes was told the only way to fix my speaker was to not be able to use faceID. Went back to the store and was offered to buy my broken phone for £30. Also said the man who ‘fixed’ my phone no longer worked there so there was nothing they could do.

Ok price is fair I asked for glass repair whent to a nother shop quoted me a price65 said no to expensiqve whent to repair shop they quated me 55 could not get repaired because l only got 30 on me but i. Learnt it was=10 cheaper it pays to shop a round

The shop is quite literally NEVER open, every time I’ve tried to go and collect my device, the shop has been closed. The opening times online are all wrong and misleading, I’ve called the shop over 50 times for the past 3 days and not once was my call answered. HORRIBLE SERVICE, DON’T COME HERE IF YOU DON’T WABT TO BE SCAMMED

I came into the shop around a week ago now, with the issue being that a previous repair from another shop had not sealed up the phone properly, allowing dust to gather inside and blur the front facing camera, along with the ultrawide on the back (Samsung Galaxy S21), which I was charged £40 for.

After good service, only taking around 3 hours before recieving the phone back, I found that there was still a noticeable amount of dust underneath the front facing camera [see image 1]. I asked about this, and was told that "You only asked me to clean the lens of the phone, not the camera" (whatever that means), but I accepted it because I was just glad to have use of the camera at all.

He also told me that he had replace the "lens of the ultrawide camera" (by this he meant the glass cover, not the camera lens) and I didn't question it, despite the fact that this replacement was completely uncessesary and there is a simple way to remove the cover and clean the lens of the camera.

Additionally, I had asked them to ensure that the phone was properly sealed after putting it back together so that no more dust would gather inside. However, after looking more closely at the phone after the repair had taken place, I saw that there are significant gaps between the back panel and the frame of the phone where it is clearly not sealed, so I'm currently waiting until those gaps inevitably let dust in and mess up the camera, so I can claim the warranty they provide for the repair. [see image 2 & 3] The glue holding the new glass cover on the camera was also very messily applied and not cleaned up properly, leaving traces on the back of the phone [see image 4], and a small but deep scratch on the back [see image 3] which was not there previously.

Overall, I would certainly not recommend this shop for those looking for anything more than a very simple repair or part replacement (if that), as it seems they rush their job and do not seem to be experts in their fields, considering that I, a tech hobbyist, would be more able to complete the repair I asked for.

Only 1 star because i couldn't put 0, no time management, no contact to say if your item has been fixed or not. 3 weeks wait for something they'd said they can do in 2 days and still unfixed. Don't go here.

Quick edit, took my console to another store to have a look at and they said mess that was made inside from them trying to fix it (intentional or not) was the worst he'd ever seen and doesn't know if its fixable anymore. This may have just cost me a brand new xbox. They didn't five a full refund either, paid £60 for the services but only gave me £50 back...

Very happy to write a review to let as many people know as possible to have no dealings what so ever with this store if they want to receive money for their recycled phones and have a hassle free life. Unfortunately this is not the case for my husband and me the shop took our old phones said we would get £265.00 for each one on 30th October and not seen any money. Apparently the store sent the phones to be repaired and not recycled. My husband has been in contact Paul Taylor at the store who was under the impression that it had been sorted to which we told him it was far from sorted. Now going through their complaints procedure and have an email for the CEO of o2.

I would avoid, they charge for original parts but the use cheap ones from ebay.
After 1 day the back of the phone was coming out because was not glued properly, went back they glued it back, after few days it was coming loose again.
Phone lasted 1 week till .
Time and money lost as I had to go to a different place to fix it properly.

Absolutely excellent service. We wandered in at 6pm on a Thursday with an iPhone SE with a shattered screen. 25 minutes and £30 later we had a pristine fully repaired phone. Really helpful and friendly service. We would highly recommend this shop.

Incompetent and dishonest. DO NOT GO HERE. I went in to get a charging port fixed for a laptop retailing at around £600. I thought it would be a simple job. They have broken my laptop beyond repair. I have spoken to an expert about how they have broken it, after they denied causing the damage. When I told them they were going to give them a poor review I was threatened over the phone the owner said "I will cause harm to you". I went in to the shop today to complain, and they alleged I swore at them on the phone, which I did not although clearly I was upset at the damage they have caused, and phoned them to seek payment for the damage caused, or at least an apology. I am going to take them to the small claims court to sue them. If the owner responds to this review asking for evidence, I have posted this below. and I have a voicemail clearly showing that they had my laptop for repair. The expert is prepared to testify against them and felt that they should not be allowed to fix others computers as they are clearly not competent. They have essentially melted my motherboard using a heat gun incompetently. They should not be allowed to fix other peoples computers.

The owner also claims that replacement parts such as screens are Apple products, which they clearly are not, as he is not licensed to sell them. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

I am grateful for the response from the owner below, I will also investigate the truthfulness of this claim, I find it doubtful that parts for a Huawei computer are not available in this country, and speak to the expert I consulted about this, as this may form part of my legal claim, looking at the honesty of the owners.

I have just looked into this further, and it is possible to purchase the part that would have been needed for £15 from advancedrepair.co.uk. I will upload the picture below.
