It's was cool but it's not as fun as I remember when I was growing up. There were many sample areas to try equipment and try game systems not working or in disrepair it took away from the enjoyment. Best buy was a playground back in the day like the commercial says but far cry from what it was.

Per the recommendation of a staff member here, we purchased a cord for my son’s new graphics card. It was the only cord the store had in stock and the store associate assured us it would fit. The pin configuration wasn’t the correct one, so the cord wouldn’t work for us. Since it was their only option, we bought the correct cord on Amazon. Fast forward 44 days, I just attempted to return the packaged cord with the receipt. They wouldn’t refund the purchase ($22 and change I believe), nor would they offer store credit. No flexibility and no discussion, just a “no.” As it’s unusable to me, I gave it to the cashier to trash. Let’s see if they end up selling it as an “open item.”
Do your tech shopping online or at another Best Buy location, as this store isn’t concerned with leaving customers with a great experience.

Do NOT buy open box. I ordered a laptop online on a sale and got an open box one. It was stated as EXCELLENT and was $20 off. The touchpad didn’t work at all. Save yourself the hassle and just buy the new one. The associates at this store were very kind and helpful. They were able to replace the laptop at the sale price. Jay was very helpful and kind.

Great Best Buy experience at the Town Center store. Took forever to order it online for instore pickup. But my order was ready in less time than it took to drive to the store, and I was inside less than 10 min. All in all it took longer to charge my new drone than to buy it. Great job Best Buy...

We're getting married in a couple weeks and were dreading the sign-making and printing process as we assumed it'd be difficult to explain and a lot of work. Thanks to Tik (Tig?) the process was painless. It's hard to find good service these days but he was awesome and made our experience a pleasant one.

The four stars are because I did ask x help to two salespeople who didn't pay attention & a 3rd told me to go to customer service. I did and finally got a very nice guy, I think his name is JB. He was very patient & did explain and answer all my questions. Because of him being so detailed on everything, I got a new TV.

Was waiting in line to make a purchase. There were two associates there and neither acknowledged my presence. When a white couple walked up they immediately started ringing them up.

This is the worst customer service in any Office Max I have visited. I was trying to copy from my email and it would not return a code to proceed. There also was a gentlemen trying to do the same thing who had obvious mobility problems. Not one staff member came to ask if he needed extra assistance so I approached one of the staff who was waaay in the back of the store and asked if it was possible to “reboot” the printers. He responded with “it won’t make any difference because the server is ancient and they won’t replace it so there is nothing I can do” needless to say I left but the gentleman was still trying and no one bothered! Very sad…

Needed legal paper to print 3 pages. All they had was a monster pack for &24.99 I think. The guy in the print shop was nice enough to pull 5 sheets out of the printer and sold for $0.38 and now I'm not stuck with 100 years worth of legal paper!

I just went to this office. I speak Spanish only a little bit of English. The people in front left us at the printer and gave us a card with the steps to follow in Spanish to work with said printer. Before printing I put in my card, they charge me $5 but nothing comes out of my documents. They did the same thing and they charged me $5 again and my documents did not appear. I ask the managers for help but they made no effort to help me. In the end I paid $10 and got nothing. I will not return to this office.

This is a great store in a great location. They have an amazing number of flat screen TVs. If you want ut, it's there. And the prices are very competitive because I checked online. But because I bought a tv at the store I can go there in five minutes if anything goes wrong. But I don't expect that to happen. They seem to be understaffed like every other store post-covid. But they have enough information to shop without help. We were in and out in thirty minutes.

I’ve been coming to this OfficeMax, almost since it was opened years and years ago and I am sad to say I am just leaving a review now.
I have always been met with friendly, helpful staff, and 100% of the time when I walk in with a small job, they do it right then and there and have me out, in about 6 to 7 minutes.
So today when I was downtown, trying to take care of some business in Building & Zoning and I needed some printing did I went to the closest shop downtown as a matter fact I want to several.
And I was raised if you can’t say something nice don’t say anything at all, so I’m not gonna mention the names of the other three.BIG BIG box stores that do copying commercially, but not for me today I was met with no no no no no.
So I knew in my heart on the way home from work at 7 o’clock after everybody else is cut off for the day and won’t take any more jobs, and I knew if I walked into the counter, I’d be met with a smile and the answer “No Problem” to my request.
I would like to personally thank Ryder, Virginia and Dominic.

I have a project for art and I have naturally shakey hands. I was up against the task of free handing cutting one big poster board into 4 EQUAL size pieces. I knew this was the impossible for me to achieve so I took it to OfficeMax in hopes that I could pay someone to ACCURATELY do it for me. NOPE! She cut my papers extremely crooked, I could even do better than this for free. I will most likely get a bad grade on my project now. Thank you OfficeMax.

I have been buying computers for my office for years and years. I bet 10 or so over the last 15 years.
This was my first time ever buying a home appliance from them.
My wife picked out a side by side and thought she would love it.
Upon delivery and set up dread set in as she realized the new unit would not even come close to holding everything she had just emptied out of the old unit.
Ouch
But she pressed on and tried to love it. Long story short, the unit was just too small.
As promised, before the 15 days were up she went in and picked out a larger capacity unit, paid the difference and with in a few days Best Buy picked up the original refrigerator and unpacked and set up the new one.
It was truly an amazing experience.
Customer service was excellent and this store policy made me a customer for life.
