The food was fantastic, I didn't notice many other servers and as a result I think our server had more tables than she should have so I get her taking a while to get to us with drinks and checks. But she was very nice. All in all I would recommend them for sure. They seem to really be set up for tables of 4 or less.

I go here every day on my lunch as a proud user of the Sip Club (and an avid broccoli and cheddar soup lover) and it's one of the best parts of my day. Tiffany and Matt are always SO helpful and welcoming. The entire staff here always have positive vibes and are a joy to interact with. Highly recommend this location as a lunch date when downtown if you want great customer service and quality food

Biscuit Love Gulch exceeded my expectations! We were lucky to arrive at a time when the wait was short, which was a pleasant surprise given its popularity. Once seated, we were treated to an incredible breakfast that truly lived up to the hype. The biscuits were fluffy and delicious, and the portions were hearty enough to keep us satisfied throughout the day.

I tried their famous "Bonuts," and they were a perfect mix of sweet and savory—definitely a must-try! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a great spot to start your day. The staff was friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. If you’re in Nashville, don’t miss out on Biscuit Love Gulch; it’s worth every bit of the hype! I had food delivered from this Panera and I could not believe that baguette I got smaller than my hand and hard as a rock! Is this how Panera is doing baguettes now? Also, please look at the bread on my sandwich. It is never looked like this and this is not the bread I typically get with this. Hard as a rock as well so sad and avocado was all brown.

The one good note - my mac & cheese was great

When we first arrived, the line was out the door. It didn't take too long to get in. Once on the inside, you order your food and then be seated. We opted to sit outside. The staff was friendly. Clean environment. Food came fast & hot. Great place if you're visiting. Lots of other places around to walk to after brunch.

The cons first, tables were really close and the food was warm but not hot. With that being said, the biscuits and sausage were really yummy, flaky and creamy sauce on top. Bonus was the fresh squeezed juice. I added cheese to my eggs. Purchased a biscuit pullover too. Worth the price, good food near my hotel. Will return.

Our last meal in Nashville was at Another Broken Egg Cafe! They had a gluten friendly menu, the staff was knowledgeable (told us the hashbrowns were in a shared fryer) and the portions were generous!

This by FAR was the best omelette I’ve ever had in my life! The crunchy chorizo and creamy cream cheese was incredible!!

Mary was our server and she was so great, she also made sure we left with coffee which was so thoughtful!
The food was pretty good, minus my biscuit. I'm just not a fan of chewier biscuits but I could see the appeal. The gravy was smokey and was nice after I added some extra pepper.
The place was really clean and seemed well cared for.
Overall a good place for breakfast. I'm just regretting not getting the waffle 😅 but the bacon did help make up for that.

I’ve visited Nashville twice, and the first time I wanted to eat here, the line was around the block. They usually have a line, but this time we went after 1 pm, and the wait was only about 10-15 minutes. They have a great system to move people in and out quickly. You order at the counter, and then they seat you.
I was excited for the biscuits, but they weren’t my favorite—kind of dense. However, I still devoured them and even finished my husband’s leftovers. The chicken was outstanding—crispy and juicy. The sausage gravy was excellent; I wish they gave me a huge bowl of it! My husband loved the cheesy grits, and they were generous with the cheese. No disappointment there.
I’m glad I finally got to try it! Be patient because the line moves quickly. The decor is great inside too! Such a cute place.

We arrived early, around 8:30 on a Saturday and it was fairly empty, but by the time we left there was a line almost out the door! Food was great, fast and lots of delicious sounding options. I had the lobster hash Benedict, and my wife had the Tiramisu French Toast. We also tried the 1/2 order of Biscuit Beignets which were delicious. They are crispier and a little more dense than a traditional beignets, but tasty.

Great service! Very attentive waitstaff even during a very busy Sunday brunch. The waitlist took about 30 minutes and was within the estimate.

Food was good, especially the smoked salmon benny. Would certainly be back. We were visiting from out of town and love to find a local spot that is well managed.

An absolute must do breakfast spot if you’re in Nashville! The biscuits are deliciously crispy and freshly made! The staff are attentive and very nice! Clean restaurant and bathroom. Love the atmosphere. Definitely will be coming back!

When our party walked in, we were expecting a hibachi set up where the cooks put on a show, but it wasn't like that. When our order was being taken, the server took half of our orders and then just left the table bc 1 person wasn't ready. He obviously came back, but then soon after, he brought the first half of our orders to the table...while the other half had to sit there while others ate. Idk it just wasn't what we expected. If this was the "best sushi and hibachi in nashville", we'll just go to Goodlettsville or Lebanon next time.

Google reviews brought me here and it did not disappoint. Line to get inside moved quickly on the day I went. The host came out to offer menus and water as we waited to get inside. I thought that was a nice touch. You’ll order, pay and then be seated, not necessarily a fan of paying gratuity before my meal has even started but still …. Atmosphere is casual but nice. Food came out quickly. Tried the bonuts, shrimp & grits, Bloody Mary all good.

I’m not a proponent of hot or spicy foods but I could not come to Nashville and not try their infamous “hot chicken”.

I popped in here on my way back to the airport and ordered the popular “Princess Biscuit” chicken dish with a side of scrambled eggs w/cheese. I chose to sit outside on the back patio and it was a cool morning, not hot at all.

I let the hostess know that I was new and from out of town, she explained the order of operations to me, I ordered and was seated. Food came out pretty quickly, I did have an Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk with my meal. The chicken surprisingly was not too hot, which worked for me. Pretty good, the eggs were super yummy and way better than I expected. My visit here was good, I’d definitely recommend and definitely come back to try more items when I’m back in town.

The worst experience ever they employ was very rude and she was doing my salad without wearing a gloves and when I asked her to wear a gloves and do me another salad because she was touching her hair and continued doing my salad she got mad and start talking bad and she didn’t give me my order in full she didn’t put the salad in the bag

The first experiences weren't the best. Showing up with no cars at all. Walking into a completely dead restaurant, including zero employees. We ordered. Had a good selection. After we ordered. There was a huge water bug walking across the floor. But the food came. And it was actually really good. Well prepared and pretty quickly. All our food was delicious. Water and tea tasted bad. But that's not uncommon, I've noticed. They did quit a few to go orders while we were there. The food was good enough I'd visit again

Without a doubt, one of the best brunch places in Nashville. Lots of great choices available on the menu. I had the Princess, which had spicy chicken, a biscuit, and an over-easy egg. All of it was fresh and delicious. I washed it down with fresh squeezed orange juice which was perfect. Service was friendly and very efficient, as the food came moments after we were seated. Definitely recommend while in Nashville.

We absolutely love this place. The food is fantastic, not to mention the staff whom are also wonderful and work so hard to take care of their tables. A few of the reviews in here complain about the service, I’ve never had an issue. The fact of the matter is that the restaurant is low on staff and they have a huge platform on delivery services like Uber Eats. If you pay attention, there are constantly people at the pick up window. We’ve been coming here weekly for so long. Sometimes even two times a week if we feel like it. So, maybe just have a little grace in your reviews and remember that they define a business.

Stopped by based on reviews and was not disappointed! It was very busy when I came around noon. There was an hour wait, but since I was flying solo that day, they actually got me in almost immediately. 1 may be the loneliest number, but it's definitely faster, I guess. Lol
Staff was to the point, but they were definitely not rude. They were obviously busy and turning over a lot of tables. My waiter did provide recommendations, which was nice. I ended up getting the cinnamon roll French toast with sides of eggs and sausage. The eggs didn't have much seasoning, which is fine because I prefer I add my own salt and pepper anyway. The sausage was very tasty but did have quite a bit of gristle. I enjoyed the flavor but wasn't able to finish them due to a slight texture aversion. Not a big deal.
The main course was absolutely decadent. I savored every bite and the flavors of the French toast, toppings, and syrup were all distinct, yet very complimentary. I highly recommend it. But be warned, it is dessert and breakfast in one meal and quite rich.
Overall, it was a very pleasant and delightful experience. I'm glad I stumbled upon it while visiting for the weekend.

Food was great. Especially the shrimp and grits. They were willing to make it without cheese. Not everyone does this. They had Kahlua for my coffee. That was huge. Service started out slow but once our server made it to us, she was great. They were having a lot of fun working, which is great, but they could keep up more with the cleaning of tables and providing more immediate service after being seated.

Will never ordered delivery from here again. Delivered to wrong apartment, no sides, no utensils, no cookie, and salad missing chicken. Called restaurant and the associate was very friendly anf willing to assist me. Would eat here if I were to pickup myself.

Cozy brunch restaurant. It quite the hot spot so making a reservation or getting in line online is recommended. The menu has plenty of options. Although it isn’t listed on the menu online, I’m glad they had chicken sausage. We ordered the cinnamon roll French toast and it was FINGER LICKING GOOD. The blueberry lemon pancakes were tasty as well. Now the scrambled eggs tasted like a substitute or something. The texture and taste were a little off. This is my second time at this location, and whenever I’m in town I’ll always come to visit.

Strawberry Poppyseed Chicken Salad is phenomenal and reasonably priced. Romaine, moist tender tasty chicken, mandarin oranges, blueberries, strawberries, pecans and poppyseed dressing.

Amazing service. Food is so delicious. We ordered hibachi, Steak, chicken, and salmon. Must go see.

Mango rolls were average tasting. Although I liked strip of mango on sushi..roll itself lacked flavor. Bento box was tasty. Beef strips had a nice flavor. To go order.

My recent dining experience at Ichiban was utterly disappointing. From the moment I took a sip of the soup, it was clear that something was amiss. The broth lacked depth and flavor, leaving me thoroughly unimpressed.

As for the chicken dish I ordered, it was a complete letdown. The meat was inexplicably chewy, making it nearly impossible to enjoy. I found myself struggling through each bite, hoping it would improve, but alas, it did not.

Overall, I would strongly advise against dining at Ichiban at all costs. With subpar soup and chewy chicken, it's safe to say that this establishment failed to meet even the most basic standards of Japanese cuisine. Save yourself the disappointment and seek out a better dining option elsewhere.

Fresh! That's what matters most at a sushi restaurant and this one hit the mark. I definitely recommend the lunch special if you want tasty sushi for a good price.

We stayed at the Comfort Inn Downtown Nashville and could walk to this place for lunch. We loved it so much the first time, we ate here 3/4 days we vacationed in Nashville. The food is absolutely DELICIOUS and we LOVED how friendly the staff was. Not to mention, every single aspect of the restaurant was impeccably clean. If we ever return, we will 100% be back to grab a bite! 😊

I was in a bad mood today, so I was able to have lunch here and change my mood. I ordered the Wild Wild Wasabi Roll and the California Roll. I originally hate crab meat, but it seems to have changed since today. Both of these dishes had crab meat in them, but they were so delicious. This store has been a turning point in my life, and I will come again next time. The servers kindly explained and created a good atmosphere so that we could eat comfortably. The inside of the store was also very clean and nice. There were many kinds of alcohol, but I was a student so I couldn't try it. Next time I grow a little bit, I'll definitely eat it.

This Chinese sushi restaurant is clean, well laid out, and the staff was very attentive. They no longer have all you can eat sushi. The beef and vegetables were well made and tasted great. The vegetables were freash, and the carrots had that unmistakable taste where you know it was not processed and frozen.

This place was overall okay. Nothing special but a decent meal. I will say it’s very expensive - it was over 80$ for two people. The edamame was cup size and 8$. For meals we had the chicken teriyaki and Kim’s Roll, the spicy tuna roll and white tuna nigiri. Nothing really stood out for those prices.

The food was amazing. The service was amazing. The sushi was probably the freshest we've had in quite some time. The waitress was amazing and the service was quick. Parking is a bit rough if you have a larger vehicle. It's all parking meter spaces out front or a lot across the street. We will definitely be making this a regular stop.

Food and service were good. Good location next to the JW Marriott. After tip, food came out to $100. That included an appetizer, sushi roll, and two meals. Well worth the price paid and will be sure to stop there again the next time I’m at the JW Marriott.

Employees were not very friendly, the place was empty & they seemed as if they were very busy.
We ordered the special which comes with the choice of 2 rolls from their special. Sushi rolls weren't very good & the has a very dry texture. The Wasabi was also dry & the salad wasn't anything special.
My friends rice & chicken dish was very plain & didn't have any vegetables.
I wouldn't stop there again nor would I recommend it.

I ordered through the app and left a note for the delivery person to call when they arrived to my job. Instead of calling, he continuously rung the office bell until someone opened the door. When I approached the delivery guy I told him that I requested a call so I could let him in. He said his phone was messing up and he didn’t have my number. Then he said that he did have my number.
It was embarrassing and unprofessional.

****UPDATE: Gave them another try and they delivered a burnt sandwich. Had to leave work to go get it remade.***

Selective Service, go to another Panera Store. I got a half Italian sandwich and it was too salty so I went back the next day to exchange it for another sandwich (I even brought back the physical sandwich so it's clear that I really bought a sandwich). I explained the situation, and the cashier say exchanging it wouldn't be a problem. When she then spoke to the manager, Chris, about it, Chris looked to see who was asking to swap out a sandwich, saw it was me, then said they wouldn't exchange the sandwich unless I had a receipt. Who holds on to quick service restaurant receipts? I don't; if I get a receipt at all. I had the physical sandwich, in the Panera Bread bag with me...but you need a receipt? I believe if I had been someone else, I would have been able to exchange my sandwich.

This place was very clean and methodical , the ordering process was simple and easy using the kiosk, the food perperation and delivery was smooth. The quality of food was very good. The ambience was great.
