My food never showed up.. they told me 4 time that it would be with us within half an hour. Absolute robbery mate. Angin scammers. Don’t order from here.
I have read a post recommended this shop. Honestly, I have a question about their sense of taste. I have ordered chicken burgers and spicy chicken wings. Just normal fried chicken. Far from taste good. To be fair, the portion and the price are valuable. But it’s not worth waiting an hour for that. “Fist time and the last time.” The guy waiting in front of me said.

One of the few places that really lives up to the hype. The burgers are 10/10 and are not only huge, but really tasty, crispy, and great value for money. Me and my kids love it, and it's not hard to see why.

Food was so pathetic and totally waste of money, first time been there, had chicken donner on nan bread, naan bread was burnt on some places and undercooked on some places, donner was little in quantity and it was had and very thin , infact there was hardly meat, definitely wouldn't go ever or never refer to anyone, very very disappointed, was very hungry now regretting

I had went to the shop and had ordered food for my family of over £30.00 pounds . It's not the first time I had dealt with staff wearing cap and glasses on front . He has great skills to be rude and atrocious with customer ,but this time it had went beyond comprehension.

Felt as if I had come to a foreign country then he started speaking in foreign language to other friends as if I had asked him something very unusual .
He had hurriedly in insulting way took order and said it will be 20 minutes when restaurant was not even busy . Eventually I got food and requested for sauces to which he demanded more money on order worth 30 pounds and this time card machine was working perfectly. It was absolutely degrading and unacceptable service .
Worst part is when I got home ,the same gentleman who prepared my order totally messed it up by giving less items .

I ordered food off Uber eats and because they had run out of pizza they cancelled my whole order so I rang up and asked for my money back it has been well over a week and my money still hasn’t come through whatever you do don’t shop here becuase they will rob and scam you it’s a Pisstake this is how people end up with a smashed up shop.

What a shame of the food quality is not meet the level of great food due to the busy of demand. Waited for nearly an hour, We were quite disappointed. The chicken burger are soggy and mushy. The chicken wings and chicken pieces are soggy and not crispy at all. Totally let down. The sizes is big and taste is good and not salty. I won't be back. Hope they keep the quality to the crispy on the chicken will be better. The quality doesn't match on the Best spicy chicken burger in the country!

They have an amazing deal going on, offering half peri peri chicken, rice, chips and fries for 7£. This deal is a steal. The chicken is tasteful and the rice are cooked to perfection. Definitely recommended.
There are better restaurants in Chinatown I recommend over this one. They did have genuine baiju for only £15 a bottle. Too little rice for the food we ordered, we had to order another portion. The main came served in a fruit ball cooked ok and not too spicy. The bill was a tad high there are places where you can get better quality food, service and atmosphere at a lower price. We went on a Saturday night and there were only a couple of other tables in. Says it in.

Yes, they don't accept card payments but that keeps the prices lower (and they are very low) so it's a bit of a trade-off.

Arguably the best Spicy Chicken Burger in the UK. Without a doubt. Nothing comes close to this. Not Shakebee’s nor Roccos or any of these other wannabe’s. No one does it like Miami Crispy. Unlike the rest. The Miami spicy sauce actually has flavour and isn’t just pure spice. Their wings are so succulent they fall of the bone. Must try. Don’t forget cash. Miami Crispy is strictly cash only. No card.
I tried turkey ham & mushroom pizza and beef pizza. Worst pizzas I had ever ☹️ ... the crusts were very very hard and toppings were not tasty. I don't know what I ate. Ordered from here as it's a halal shop but it was very very disappointing. They should improve their food quality.

VILE. i was repeatedly throwing up and my friend had a constant stomach ache which lasted for 4 days after eating the pizzas from smokies. hard bits of meat were in my pizza and the crust didn’t taste cooked. do not eat here
Great place! The spicy chicken burger meal is fantastic, and the spicy wings are a hit! Be prepared for a queue, I recommend waiting outside to avoid the stuffy atmosphere inside the shop. Remember to bring cash since they are cash-only. Worth it for the delicious spicy chicken burger, even with new competition around!
Me and a couple of mates visited here yesterday for the first time and ordered double chicken burgers half spicy and couldn't believe how fresh and nice the food tasted. We all agreed it was the best chicken burger we have had in a long time, and highly rate the food. Will definitely be returning!

This place is terrible. Just for a bit of context me and my pregnant fience ordered from this place as it looked good. We ordered the food on the menu with nothing extra in terms of special changes to the food and it got canceled because they couldn't cater to the special requests again of which are non. Never go here.
I'm going to give this place a 3 star as the spicy chicken burger is only spicy and had no real flavour, I've had others which consisted of both, but it wasn't bad. Parking available on side roads, service was quick and effecient 👍🏻

You know what I was a little hesitant to give this place a try after seeing the bad reviews but actually it was pretty decent, I got a milkshake too and it was quite nice. The guy that served me told me he was the bosses brother and he was a cool guy 😊

The food was absolutely amazing and it wasn't too spicy but they only accept crash and I suggest to use card and cash to do both payments. The atmosphere is just you're just in a shop there with a black walls and their food on the walls and the service was pretty good.

I've just been into Krispy Chicken again tonight and the manager recognised me from the other night. Ok look, a few people have been saying unjust things about him in some of their reviews. I found him interactive, polite, friendly and respectful. When I went in I had to wait a while as they were snowed under. The manager explained this to me. Now, if you feel that you don't want to wait then there are plenty of other eateries on the Road. It was busy tonight which gave me a chance to watch his people skills. Tbh he was great with customers who he knew and those who he didn't know. Sure, if you go bouncing in with an attitude he doesn't look like the kind of character who will take that kind of disrespect. But then would you if you were in his place? Be honest. So yeah. Some of the reviews on here have been quite personal towards the manager. If you have a problem with the food, which myself and lots of others don't, then it's you right to complain. But forget the character assassination as I was in there a while tonight and the other night and didn't see that. Anyway I just wanted to add that. Go in, check the food out because Krispy Chicken is definitely worth checking out 👍

Hands down best pizza place in Manchester. Asian spicy with stuffed crust and fries with peri salt 😍. Also the fillet o fire is a very tasty burger 💯 recommend this place to everyone.

I’ve ordered food on the website the money was deducted from my account,and the food was one minute away, according to the delivery app. The food never arrived after 2 hours of waiting, the shop was closed. I contacted the manager the next day to discuss the matter; he was extremely rude and had awful customer service; he never apologised and simply stated that there was a technical issue and that the business was closed. I still haven’t received my refund two weeks later.

This is the most dirtiest restaurant I've been to in Manchester the food is disgusting, greasy and I realised when they cook they don't wash their hands and the kitchen is never cleaned properly despite bacteria in the food. And they don't care if your happy with their food pizzas are nasty and oily only a bit of toppings and where they make the pizzas they make looks very unclean the veggies look like they've been out for 2 or 3 days I don't reccomend this place to anyone I had the biggest stomache ache i had to vomit it all out be Careful dont eat their food

It's my third time trying Miami's spicy chicken burger and honestly i have never been let down. The double spicy burger was enormous, spicy and crispy. Single burger is a very good size also. The wings were amazing, full of flavour and fall off the bone. Miami Crispy is truly "The King of All Spicy Dipped Burgers!!!"
Food was cold. The salad and sauces smelled and tasted so bad. Forgot my rice and the delivery driver seemed to have an attitude. The kebabs were alright but not worth the money. Never ordering again.

I also appreciated that they gave me a mix of tomato and mynose sauce for free. For £4.70, I received a drink, fries, and a Big Fillet burger, which was a great deal.

Very good pizza. The staff is really corporative while taking the order and serving the food. Ali bhaiya makes sure the order placed for collection is prepared on time as per the instructions.
Fantastic pizzas, I always buy the indian style with stuffed crust. Never dissapoints. Along with great customer service. Highly recommended

I visit this chicken shop daily for their amazing pizzas! Even though it's primarily a chicken shop, their pizzas are some of the best in Manchester. If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by for a slice. The quality of the food is consistently great, and the staff are always friendly and provide excellent service. Overall, it's a hidden gem in the city and a must-visit if you're a pizza lover like me.

Whilst visiting Manchester we decided to go for a Chinese meal in China Town on a Thursday night.
We weren't really sure of what to expect, just walking past many places I saw the menu and it had a good selection of vegan options so decided to take the plunge and popped in.
The lady serving us was very friendly and opted for the chilli tofu with plain rice and my wife went for crispy aubergine.
The kids ordered chicken chow mein (standard).
It didn't take too long and became the highlight of my Manchester visit. Both the vegan dishes were sooo delicious I couldn't stop thinking about it days after ha.

It didn't take too long and became the highlight of my Manchester visit. Both the vegan dishes were sooo delicious I couldn't stop thinking about it days after ha.
Best spicy chicken burger in Manchester! It’s huge and just the right hit when you get a double fillet, one spicy and one normal filet. Chips were crunchy and seasoned, wings were nice with soft spicy batter (not crunchy if that’s what you prefer). They always cook things fresh. Highly recommended.
Visited again recently, food is still awesome however, they need to add fried chicken pieces to the menu. They do chicken hot wings, strips and burgers but not chicken pieces which seems odd for a chicken shop.

Last minute dash in after street food was closed. Tbh wasn't sure what to expect as v mixed reviews over the past few years but much better this year.

Had a spicy chicken burger meal, £5, plus £1.50 for the worst chicken gravy sauce I have ever tasted from a chicken shop. The burger itself was nice, chips good too, nice chili n mayo combo sauce, but honestly this chicken sauce even smelt so bad it was making me sick so I covered it up. Cmon boys decent burger but you letting the side down with this disgusting gravy.
Really disappointing. It was the only place without a massive queue and that says it all really. Quite expensive for the amount of food and the quality wasn't the best either. It was just quite bland. Not only that but the food came out so quickly apart from one dish. I was waiting about 10-15nins before I said something and then about 10 mins before the dish came out. Noone explained why it was so much later than the rest of the food. The staff were really nice but I don't intend on going back

I ordered a food at 1:35 and was tracking it and the expected delivery was between 2:20 and 2:40, the tracking was updating, however by 2:50 the food has not arrived. I called them and they reassured me that the food will arrive soon. At 3:07 they cancelled the order. Absolute joke. Never gonna order from them again.

Burger was dry. Not edible. The box was okay. The chips was the only thing that was decent. Price was not bad. But Donner meat was like rubber. The wings were not edible either. Dry and looked overage. Won’t be ordering again. The place has awesome potential.

I Call for a delivery, they told like about 40 min and after 1 h and half waiting we call again because my toddler was crying hungry and they said to me that the food was going, so I wait another 20 min when they said that the driver already left and we are about 6 min from the shop, so finally I cancel and went to McDonalds. Really bad service because the normal thing is even if you cancel to send the food but even better that they don’t send it for free because after reading the reviews now maybe we could all get sick.
Shocking service. Tuesday night and 2 hours to deliver a pizza after giving a 10%tip - never bother ordering from here. We were even regular customers. Well they can sod off from now on. Double pepperoni and cheese. Where? It’s never seen cheese let alone double and spot the pepperoni if you can. I couldn’t

Average taste and food quality
Ordered food from there today, the chicken burger was bone dry, when i say dry i mean it could not have been any dryer. No one in the kitchen had the common sense to put salad, mayonnaise, sauce, cheese or anything on the burger. The chicken was not even a fillet it was one of them frozen patties that you get from the supermarket. Furthermore i am certain that the seekh kebabs were microwaved as they were wrinkly and sloppy in nature. I would not serve the food these lunatics provided to my worst enemy.
To put the icing on the cake, when i phoned them to query what had gone wrong? Rather than an apology or any form of compassion i was told that it was indeed my fault as i had not specified what i wanted on my burger. I would give this place 0 stars but as this is not an option i have no choice but to give it a 1 star review.

It’s really nice place which is just opened recently and food was delicious cooked well and staff was friendly with great service I would recommend to anyone 10/10

Would not recommend. Had a large order which never arrived. Called the restaurant and they claimed that the driver left it outside my door five minutes earlier. Had clear view of the driveway so I’ll be able to see anyone who came by. I told them that I didn’t receive it they insisted that it was delivered.. I asked them to double check with the driver and asked them for the description of the door so we would truly know if the driver had actually delivered it to the correct address. They Didn’t contact the driver and instead said that maybe someone stole it. If the driver was still five minutes away they could have told the driver to go back whilst I was still on the line but they didn’t. They then just hung up on me. Still haven’t received my food and I have not received any compensation.
This place knows how to marinate their food,, this mixed tikka sizzla is on another level

Nice meal after a gig
food was a congealed, cold, mess. The only average thing was the subpar chicken burger, which had enough mayo in it to feed the 5 thousand. The chicken wings had a pungent smell as soon as I opened the box and tasted weird. Doubt there was anything fresh. Delivery took over and hour and 15 minutes to come. The best best part was the can of pepsi which came with most of the mayo from the burger smeared all over it, at least they provided some napkins 👍🏾. 1/5 will not be ordering again.

So i left work late they where an hour pacsed closed and still cooked up A LAMB CHOPS DINNER for me... Fully appreciated... Have been before and It's the best place and the only place I would go for lamb chops for sure ...
