Stopped in for a quick bite and were very surprised with the quality and service after reading previous reviews. The sushi is excellent and the staff were very friendly. Two sushi rolls came out within 5 minutes or so. Tables were very clean and overall everything was great!
My experience was overall negative. The mandatory app is awful. It forced me to spend the whole dinner looking at my phone instead of enjoying my meal, and I spent quite some minutes without eating nor having the possibility to order, just waiting for time to pass. Since you can only order 4 dishes every 10 mins, the system drives you to prioritize "large dishes" (such as noodles). I wanted the sushi but one dish is literally ONE nigiri. So you can technically order 4 nigiri dishes, but you will get only 4 nigiri and you will need to wait 10 mins to order more food. In addition, the quality of the fish was extremely low, so I just gave up the sushi for cooked dishes. I heard other clients in the restaurant complaining about the taste of the fish. Water costs like 6-7€ so at the end the minimum is 45€ per for a dinner, which is way too much imho to eat a few low-quality nigiri and a lot of vegetables/noodles. Some plates (e.g. sashimi) are charged extra, as well as sweets and all the drinks. On the other side, pleasant ambient and kind waiters.
I had the Crispy box with the strawberry tea boba and it was delicious and filling! Definitely worth it!
Best banh mi in Rotterdam. They have different options i.e. chicken, pork and beef. You can customise the sandwich based on the spiciness and if you would like any cilantro.

We went here before, and we enjoyed food, so we wanted to visit again. But this time we were “greeted” by a waitress who did not want to deal with us. We did not reserve a table and asked if it was possible to dine in, as half of the restaurant was empty. She said that’s not possible and then waived to me as if I should have waited. She seemed kind of busy with two other customers, so I waited. Then she looked at me astonished and asked what I was still doing there.
We left really disappointed. The same information could have been communicated in a much more friendly way.

Tasty sandwiches, interesting to try out but I don't think I will return. It was not exceptional and it's not very big considering the price of 7/8 euros per sandwich. The guys at the desk are very nice and friendly though and the Vietnamese coffee was a nice discovery
Very tasty kapsalon - we tried with lamb and with chicken and both meats were tender and flavorful. Good garlic sauce too and friendly service. Glad we ordered the large size!
Very good food and fast service. The premises are neat and there is a nice atmosphere. One server was a bit rude and rushing us to get some drinks, but other than that the service was good. Buffet is 20€ but you have to take a drink so keep that in mind. I will go again
Not that the locals (Dutch) would care/know, but the bread is finally proper Vietnamese baguette, i.e., made with 50% rice flour so it’s lighter and chewier. The fillings could have more flavour- is it to accommodate the local palate? They’re still tastier than any broodje though, and good effort, plus the staff is quite pleasant and friendly. If you’ve never had banh mi before from a proper food town then it’s more than adequate.
Ed. The bubble teas have improved since the last time I ordered them. They don’t use that horrible, tasteless powder so popular at Wah Nam Hong and other non-Taiwanese shops that locals thoughtlessly buy.

really good all you can eat restaurant, the quality of the food is worth it for the price you pay. the desserts section is nice too, maybe add some mochi’s or cheesecakes. the rib eye is quite tasty and the variety of sushi is great. i will return!

My partner and I ordered a vegetarian pho dish with chicken broth alongside a vegetarian order of 2 egg rolls. I am Vietnamese and could order in viet which in my opinion is a huge plus — I could tell from the server’s accent that she was indeed from Ha Noi (north of Vietnam). She was very friendly, accommodating, attentive, and the meal was delicious with lots of veggies. Overall I would absolutely recommend this spot for pho! 💯
When i was in rotterdam, found this small viet restaurant near the rotterdam docking. My favorite noodle is Phò. I order beef phò and shrimp viet spring roll. The taste so flavour, rich and good portion. The chili oil is the winner, so spicy. Phò so good. And for the price is very friendly for your walet 😊. Recommended place to try vietnamese food specialy phò.
The server was really nice and friendly. The food was my favourite in Europe. Reminded me of the food my Vietnamese family would make 😄

Good price and service. I order BBQ sandwich and taro milk tea. However, I cannot taste Vietnamese favour in the sandwich. The milk tea taste is at average. Therefore, I will vote this restaurant 3 stars because it couldn’t deliver the Vietnamese taste to me, although the food is named as Vietnamese banh mi.

OK bánh mì, not really authentic,considering the đồ chua being cut too thin, plus not sour enough and bánh mì đặc biệt did not have that much Vietnamese sausage in it. But still nice to have a Vietnamese place to visit :) the staffs were quite sweet 😋

A fantastic place that you should visit if you are looking for yummy Vietnamese food. I highly recommend the pho, summer spring rolls and pork rice noodles. The beef was so juicy, the broth was so flavory but not very fatty. Every ingredient are combined very well and create a special taste for all of the food here. The summer spring rolls were so fresh, yummy and the most unqiue point here was the sauce going with the rolls. The sauce was sweet, a bit salty and had a special flavor. The owner was super friendly and amiable. Everything is so perfect in this restaurant 🥹
It's a fantastic place to fully enjoy Vietnamese cuisine. I went there with my friends and I have to say everything belongs to this restaurant is uniquely perfect. All the food were delicious, the vibe was extraotrdinarily warm. Additionally, the owner was splendidly nice and friendly. I have to say this restaurant has the best service I have ever experienced. The pho that I ordered has a very special taste which I believe the owner has used her recipe to create a very unique flavor which is the same with the taste in the pho in Ha Noi. The fact is that Ha Noi is the place where Pho was originated, so the taste of Ha Noi Pho is always the standard to evaluate a good pho. I definitely will come here again. The freshness of the summer spring rolls, the juicy texture of the beef and the deliciousness of the soup still lingers in my mind until now.
Me and my friends hit the gold with this restaurant. The Pho is so good, broth is very savory not too heavy. The beef tho, its very tasty like legit beef 🥩 ✨. Lumpia is crunchy on the outside and fresh on the inside we love it so much, oh also the sauce compliment well with the lumpia.

The atmosphere was fine ig. Its a pretty regular restaurant and the costumer service is pretty good- but i didn't like the food.
I got tropical chicken and i'm pretty sure the amount of readymade sauce they use is to cover up for the fact that the food's just not good on its own

It’s the most convenient sushi place next to my home. I often go to pick up the sushi myself and then eat at home. There is a particularly rude lady serving there, the one older than the rest of staff. I am a regular customer, she forgets to put soya sauce on my sushi box and when I ask for it she charged me 80 cents for it!!!
So I have made a habit that if I see her when I go to the door of the restaurant I go away and go get sushi in Albert Heijn instead. She might be the owner because she is grumpy with the staff as well. However the staff is kind, polite and helpful. The sushi is average quality, Albert Heijn sushi is better, I just feel lazy to walk 4-5 minutes more sometimes.

A great lunch with a good price. Nice selection too that isn’t overwhelming. I had the pork special baguette with spring rolls and an vietnamese iced coffee. Everything delicious.
We ordered at 12 so right before the lunch rush at 12:30 and everything was ready quite quick.

I used to like the macadamia but chicken noodles here very much. Ir was deliciously sweet. But now they changed the recipe for its sauce. Its no longer sweet. It tastes really bad now. Recommend not trying it.
We ordered so I can not say anything about the restaurant's atmosphere, but the food was very bad, one meal was undercooked, another overcooked. Overall not good food at all. Would not recommend.

Halal food restaurant in the middle of Rotterdam city very convenient for tourists and city folks. Tasty Asian dishes with lots of options to choose from, including chicken, beef, shrimp, and fish dishes. You can hear the metal wok sound while waiting. Highly recommended. Best halal place in Rotterdam so far.
This is an all-you-can-eat restaurant with a variety of foods to choose from. I have always enjoyed it. I have mainly visited the Rotterdam branch, which is located in the center of the city, a bit away from the shopping center (not far). The people are friendly and quick. Compared to other similar restaurants, I think it is expensive but okay. Prepare yourself for an extended food party and enjoy.
The tables had oily foodstains from earlier customers. When asked for assistance to clean the tables where me and my lady were sitting: the guy behind the counter blaitantly ignored me at first. Very rude behaviour this. Me, thinking Im about to spend hard earned money here, at least the tables should be descent right? So, I politely walked up to the counter, made clear eye to eye contact with this gentleman, and asked if the table where me and my lady were sitting could be cleaned before we got served food on them… Well, well well… this guy started muddering and cussing in a brabbeling manner, while he angrily abliged to my polite request and was damn near nearly stamping towards our table….with the sanitizer spray. Sprayed the table in such an agressive manner while my lady is still sitting at the table….totally not caring that the spray was also now landing on my lady and her bag and stuff….

Very nice place! The location is great with beautiful views of Rdam landscape. The interior is very spacious and well designed. I took the vegetarian menu and it was very good (full of taste, generous quantities, healthy…). I totally recommend and I will come back

Friendly workers, but quite bad “sushi” that led to a fair amount of disappointment. The rice was too sweet, the ingredients definitely not fresh. The tuna (if it even was tuna) looked anemic. The fish-to-rice ratio was quite poor (I have pictures if needed). The only good thing was that the sushi somehow was not foul-smelling, which bad sushi does tend to be. One star for that. Now it was cheap, but it was not cheap enough for Iyumi to be able to get away with quality this bad.

Food is excellent here specially if you are vegetarian. Lot of variety in substitute meat. Portions as well as taste was good.
I had a metal wire in my chilli sauce yesterday. chicken or duck soup is just noodles and water served with Chinese cabbage and meat on a plate next to it. Unfortunately, I've had stomach problems since I ate it
I had a family dinner after my sister’s wedding in The Hague. This place has great tasty foods! The service was friendly and nice.
The food here is to diieee for. Whenever we don't feel like cooking we come here, it's easy accessible since there's a metro station, bus station and tram stations close by.
Really enjoyed our time here. Big Riverside outdoor terrace. Inside it's beautiful. Many veggie options. Beautiful views. Easy parking. Only negative was the beer which was a bit warm.
Food is here is always 100% on point and delicious. Never had a negative experience at this restaurant. Always greeted with a friendly smile and made to feel welcome. Vegetarian and vegan options are simply delicious and food presentation is perfect. Extensive menu that delivers on flavour and guaranteed to satisfy. 🙏

Loved the crispy pork belly (Geroosterd spek) sandwich and Curry Chicken (Zwarte bonen kip) sandwich both we took with sambal which was spicy and tasty! We also ordered the Wan Tan soup🍲🥟 filled with pork and shrimp dumplings. It was simple and just heart warming.❤️ Really loved the food and would definitely recommend this place if you just wanna eat outside but don't wanna spend too much.😁
The sushi here is not only delicious but also reasonably priced. Our first experience with takeout was so satisfying that we returned for a dine-in dinner. The service was truly exceptional, making it an all-around fantastic dining choice.
Not the best Shabu Shabu, or ayce restaurant in the city. But food was decent, service was decent and the place could be cleaner.

Unfortunately so good that I even travel 25 minutes to get their sushi. The store in west Rotterdam closed. My all time favorite are the fried salmon crispy rolls.
Price absolutely fair, you can order for pickup or delivery if in range. Normally I order in advance and pick up or just simply go there and order for takeaway. That can take up to 20 minutes which are worth every second. So far only good experience.
You get also chopsticks, soya sauce (a very good amount!), wasabi (good spice) and ginger. Safely packed in a paper bag.
My all time favorite are the fried crispy salmon rolls. If you don’t finish the sushi you can easily fry them in a pan with some soya sauce or sesame oil!

Still lots of options besides sushi’s, like cold and warm pokebowl’s, as well bento boxes. Prices have increased a bit, but the quality and quantity have gone down as well the service. They used to have friendly staff, but they don’t greet you anymore and even looked annoyed that a customer has come in. I don’t understand what happened to the friendly staff, especially the older man at the counter was very grumpy like you are a pain to come in. It will be the last time to come here to eat, really a pity.
Was hoping and promised by the staff to get something authentic here.. But no comparison whatsoever compared to how you would get a bahmi sandwich / roll in Ho Chi Minh. Meats are not that tasty and cut way too thin. I miss they crisp from the pork belly, the crunch from the pickled carrots and the smoothness and creaminess of a descent layer of pathé and mayonaise. The roll with the meat is heated in the oven before serving. I would prefer a fresh crispy roll served cold like I would get it in Vietnam. So I don't get the hype for this place.
A cozy and lavish restaurant with great ambience. The food was good, my Dutch colleagues tried Afghani food for the first time and they loved it. As an Indian, I enjoyed the food too, the flavours kinda reminded me of food back home.
The starter soup was nice! The korma was awesome and so were the kofteh. The kebab platter was delicious too. The garlic nan was soft and fluffy. The only improvement would be the rice/pilaf which needs to pack in more of a flavour punch, maybe I'm nitpicking a bit because of where I come from. :)

Initially, we went for dinner but the place was really really packed. We came back the next day for lunch instead.
The easier who waited on us was quite patient. We dint speak Dutch and his English was accented. He explained the concept, the price, the specials and how to order. The food was fresh, yummy and the waiting time was short.

Really good range of different food, took the Surinamese dishes. Meat was great but I think the noodles were slightly dry and not seasoned enough unfortunately. The staff are super helpful and even let me try some of their traditional Surinamese food when I asked about it (Pom) which I ended up also buying and this was definitely my favourite thing I got from here.

Amazing vegetarian bowl, but the sushi was not that great. Prices are OK. The place is calm ànd you can watch people from the inside. The overall experience is worth it.

Dumplings in soup were full of flavour. Spicy prawn dish was delicious...would have been nicer if frozen prawns were not used. Buddha vegetables were in a plain sauce which went well with the spicy dish. A lovely mix of veg too. Jasmine tea was great! Good service too. Recommend.
Simple and easy menu. The service was quick and the food didn't take long either even though it was rather busy when I got there. The sweet chilli shrimp (with noodles) was really good!!! Will definitely be back :)
Great place. Tasty food and reasonable prices. Its located at a prime place in front of beurs tram station. It has sitting outside and inside too. Staff is friendly and would help you in ordering. We enjoyed our dinner here.
We always get take out from I love Sushi and most of the time it’s good! But this time they put way too much rice in the sushi rolls and they were incredibly thick! Considering it was €40+ for the set, it was incredibly disappointing!
I was there yesterday with a friend and was very disappointed. The meat was not heated enough, the vegetables were just lettuce and there was very little sauce. One of the worst kebabs I have ever had. I discourage everyone
They have a wide selection, and the salmon sashimi is fresh! If you don't know what to choose. All salmon options are great.

Very good food. We tried the teriyaki and sweet chilli chicken noodles wok. Was fantastic for the price. Would definitely come back again for it.

Good choice for take-away and delivery. Most dishes €15-18 easily serve 2 adults. Good value. Quick service in about 30 min.
Overall nice sushi with good price and fast delivery, however would recommend to the owner to change a bit the recipe - cause the sushi are too dry…

Ordered takeaway twice, and it was amazingly and surprisingly fresh and tasty!
By far the most delicious food. The bread is baked fresh, the adana is made from fresh meat, no frozen shenanigans. You can tastes that the vegetables are day fresh as well. Would 100% recommend it. I always order two addana platers. Me and my wife are always full, and I am a pretty heavy eater. Would recommend it.
Friendly staff and nice food. Especially the sparerib and sate ku batata. Food is prepared pretty fast and well packaged if you want to take away.

Food quality is pretty decent but it is a bit pricey. They're open up to very late and would visit this place after working the whole night if I was very hungry. They can have very very big portion sizes if you desire that. Exactly what you need at 2am.

The food is good and the older man (i guess he's the owner) is kind, but I had one of the nastiest experiences involving his assistant, a younger guy. While I was waiting for my order, the assistant started intrusively asking me where im from, what's my name and how old am I. Usually I can handle these situations and I was just kind and answered his questions. When he (a complete stranger) asked me if I was married, I said it's none of his business and then he started ridiculing me, saying that I answered all of these questions and skipped the 'marriage' one. Although he left afterwards and the older man apologized, I felt really belittled and humiliated because I was trying to be polite and engaged into conversation with him. at that time it felt like ignoring him would make things even worse or get him angry. It's really annoying how a woman can't go to get food without being harrased or laughed at. Thanks for the nice food but that encounter really ruined my evening.
The burgerbun is tasty, but how do you manage to deliver soft fries every single time. H o w. It is actually our mistake that we have hope that the next time will be crispy as it should be, with some kind of sauce. I stopped ordering here and I will prevent anyone else.

35€ for 72 tasty sushi 😉 came to the counter myself and waited for approx 15 minutes.
I'm so thankful for my lunch at Shabu-to-go today. I was having sushi craving and I know they prepare fresh sushi varieties but as I'm pregnant I can't eat raw fish. However, the kind waitress that took my ordered went out of her place to help me choose safe California rolls to combine. She even got the inside-out salmon roll extra grilled and changed the normal covers for sesame seeds. It was so good and the service so nice that I had to write a nice review.

The menu offers packs of sushi which will safe you around 1.5€ so I think you're better off buying what you like the most.
I have to recommend sashimi which while expensive it was so delicious that melted in my mouth and felt like a Spanish piece of ham.
Our meal for two costed around 30€. Being Spanish I'm used to have more sushi for that price but it's ok for Netherlands. Btw WC is free for customers.

Worse place ever! I made an order via Thuisbezorgd, after 1,5 hours of waiting I called the place, somebody was swearing and in very rude form told me that my order will not be delivered, and that I paid for an order it is my problem!!
The food here is amazing! It has an excellent quality and everything is fresh. You get a good quantity for a low price. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend and anyone reading this.
