Had the Nachos with a garden spritz, both of which were phenomenal. Unfortunately, at the time of my visit only the inside was open and the tables were all very close together making it feel like you were in someone else’s conversation and the service was extremely hit or miss.
The open club sandwich was the first meal we had in Copenhagen and it was one of the best. Have to try an open sandwich while you’re in Denmark, and this one was amazing. Perfect location on the corner, great view of surrounding canals. Excellent service
Solid Italian spot for food. The menu has some variety, like Mexican nachos, American burgers, and Italian pasta, but the food is good. Salmon over pasta was tasty and piping hot. I prefer the pasta to be al dente, but it tasted fine.
I had mixed feelings about the experience. We ordered a plate with local appetizers, which was good but didn't stand out, especially considering the price. We've had much better dishes at other places in the city for the same or even lower cost.
Additionally, while the food was decent, the service left something to be desired. Our waiter seemed neither particularly helpful nor welcoming, which impacted the overall atmosphere. Lastly, the condition of the restroom was quite concerning—it was one of the least clean facilities I've encountered in a while.

Surprise surcharge for my non-EU credit card, even if I pay in DKK. Dirty chai did not taste much like chai.
The Coffee Collective on Bernikow has a reputation for serving excellent coffee, and while I was eager to try it, my experience was somewhat disappointing. Unfortunately, the café was incredibly crowded, and the wait for a coffee was far too long. The atmosphere was bustling and noisy, making it difficult to relax and enjoy my drink.
While I didn't have the chance to properly savor the coffee, the limited time I had with it didn't leave a lasting impression. Given the long wait and crowded conditions, I'm not sure if I would return.

This was just the best coffee I’ve ever experienced in my life. I went there for breakfast and also got some bread with cheese - I couldn’t believe bread with cheese could be so good as well!
It was a great start of the day and I am just sad I cannot go to this place on a regular basis, i am afraid I will never get coffee as good as this one anywhere else 😅

One of the best breakfasts we had in the city! We chose the option with 4 dishes, we had the smoked salmon, the scrambled eggs, the fried sausages and the pancakes! With that, they offered complimentary bread and butter which were fresh and tasty! The pancakes (I would say they are more like the french crêpes than pancakes) had a weird marmalade but it depends to each individual's taste! I also tasted the homemade Ice tea which was ok! I love the surroundings, the view is beautiful! The employees were all amazing! Really kind and always smiling! Definitely will visit again for more!

Prices are no longer as low as before, still fairly cheap, and despite other reviews stating otherwise, card was accepted. Cappucino and panini were good, but didn't stand out. Only staff member present was often not in the front, so multiple people came in and left. Also be aware they do not offer tap water.
I would say the place is chill and nice for friends/ family meet up.

Always interesting exhibitions and just a lovely building full of history!
One of most beautiful cafés in town, talking about the room in the interiour courtyard, a historical building beautifully decorated by a local designer with hanging paper flower trees.
Coffee is very good, still among the best, with a rich history and tradition of specialty coffee, professional and nice staff, variety and all you need.
The place is quite crowded, but service is super fast, so you don't end up waiting a lot.

Excellent service! Polite staff the pizza was Napoli style. The tomato sauce was not awesome enough to worth 5 stars. I would definitely coming back!!!
Excellent espresso drinks, just watching the baristas here work is a treat. There is a high level of attention paid to each order. If you’re interested in different coffees, they have a pour over option, I tried the Camacho, and it was wonderful.
Very good location and oven baked salmon was perfectly grilled. One of the best salmon I had ever had while traveling in Europe. It was tasty, the salmon was crispy and juicy.

coffee was mediocre and served in a to go cup even with sitting down, atmosphere is not the most enjoyable. Cheaper price is the only appeal to me
Laid-back, lovely cafe with seats inside and in the covered corridor out the back. Very nice place to stop for a coffee. The coffee is good, I really enjoyed my cappuccino. I also had a cardamon bun which was very light and fluffy.

It is a good location, but the coffee tasted like water and the hot chocolate was too sweet / artificial for my liking. They put out some nice candles though!

Have seen a really nice exhibition. The place is stunning but. Unfortunately the lack of politeness from one of the receptionist changes my experience. I was enjoying the sound experience at the first floor and suddenly she came in and turn off the sound of the installation to make an informal meeting with two persons. As I understand the Danish language I could tell that she was rude enough to not even explain well what she did. And then after continuing her chat at the same place. So I had to leave them continue the conversation. As an artist myself I found that this attitude is unacceptable. Hope to get in touch with someone from the administration.
Very very nice coffee. Also we take bread with butter and cheese. Surprisingly it was extremely delicious. The secret of taste is a cheese which has a wonderful flavour. Staff is very friendly. Atmosphere cozy and nice. Highly recommend it
A hidden gem in Vesterbro! Not the usual prepared food, the owner has a creative touch. Last time i had a delicious borscht and borek. There are daily changing specials, including egg dishes and fresh salads.
Great place to grab a cheap cup of coffee and a quick bite. The guy behind the counter was super friendly and greeted us quickly. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is in Copenhagen and wants something cheap and quick. Also there are lots of places to walk and explore near here.
Endnu engang har jeg nydt et vidunderligt måltid fra Smag og Rum. Uanset hvad ejeren finder på af velkomponerede retter, kan man smage, at maden er lavet med største omhu. Og betjeningen er simpelthen så venlig og personlig. Tak for mad!

We found this Place by accident on our first morning. We just walked in an the owners were so kind and nice. We had an amazing omlette and very good conversations. During our Trip we came there a second time of course and it was so good. I can only recomend it not just because of the amazing food. Also because of the owners. They're just so nice and warmhearted people and the athmosphere is just so cosy. And it's really easy to find. Thank you for this nice time guys :-)
I’ve gone back multiple times and the coffee was amazing! I recommend the Dirty Chai Latte (elephant vanilla) it is SOOOO GOOD! The people working are also very nice and very helpful when asking about the menu! Great experience!
Lækreste salater, godt bagværk og velsmagende priser. Jeg var på Smag og Rum til frokost, og havde en fantastisk oplevelse. Et ærligt og sundt spisested, som har været savnet på Vesterbro, der klart kan anbefales.

Exceptional breakfast if you get a chance to come here! The service is top notch; we have kids and they have a little table with books, the croissants are amazing and the breakfast is homemade cooking at its finest. Strongly recommended!

Several times, I had a meeting at the cafe in the evening and they decided to close earlier because there were not enough clients. I complained that I had a meeting, but it was not enough reason for them to serve me because, as the manager claimed, it was not making sense for them commercially. I like the place and use it regularly as a local, but I have no words for such declining of service within the officially stated opening hours. Shame on the manager for how this business is being run.

55 DKK for a breakfast plate with egg, bread, butter, cheese and yogurt. Great coffee. And discount for students. Relax, and friendly staff. Decoration could be a bit more considerate, IMO. Overall great quality price ratio.

We loved the personal atmosphere at this location. The service was impeccable. We had to make some adjustments to our order and the owner and assistant were so nice about it and did their best to get our special order right. The food was healthy and the coffee was amazing. We loved the dedicated children’s play area even though we only came with our dog.

This is an important exhibition and worth visiting. I especially liked the modern installation piece on the third floor and the video interview with the artist is not to missed.

If you are in the mood for sun, water, beer and a huge bowl of crispy hot French Fries then this is the spot for you, in fact Bryggens Spisehus possibly has the biggest bowl of crispy fries in town. Great for killing those hunger pangs.

Most affordable coffee we found in Copenhagen. Delicious as well! Friendly owner. We came back here twice. Every coffee only costs 20 DKK which is very affordable for Copenhagen standards. You can also drink Iced Latte as well.
One of my favourite places. Went in for a coffee with a wonderful view of the water, stayed for 5hrs enjoying coffee, cocktails and food. Staff are always friendly and it has great prices for Copenhagen.
The time I went they had Leonard Copenhagen exhibition. The exhibition is very interesting as it uses sound to create new experiences for people, there were also videos about him. The museum is on the small side, but if I like I could have spent 1 hr or more

Cute little coffee shop where I stopped by on Thursday for a flat white while biking and discovering the city. Friendly waitress (blond girl) nice interior, great music and the coffee was like back home. Liked the fact that laptops where forbidden. Yes, talk to each other more! Greetings from Berlin!
