Appointment occurred on time. Was thorough, efficient and my tests were explained to me with comparioson of the last several years. The process of selecting new glasses was easy. Very satisfied.

All in all good experience. Staff was nice. Dr. Did her job, but I got the feeling she's not happy doing it. No smiles, just business.

Everyone was pleasant and accommodating. They even saw me early! Very thorough exam, dr was very informative.

I have been going here for a few years and it gets better every time. Great customer service and Friendly people.

The two young women at the front desk were not actually "un"pleasant, but were not far from it. Obviously do not like thier jobs. However, the optometrist was actually very friendly and helpful.
I was moved to 3 different rooms and each time struggled to get in and out of the exam chairs due to mobility issues. I understand that it might be difficult to have all of the equipment in one room, but it would sure be nice if you didn't have to move your patients around so much.

Appreciate them getting me in for an emergency (after being there for an appointment a week later). Downside is one of the medications is $450; I’m not going to fault them for that price as they may not be aware.

They "verified" Eye Insurance costs on the phone before we booked an appointment, but then when we went there, AFTER the procedure, they said our eye insurance was 'inactive'. Well, yes, the company switched providers a few months ago in Sept and didn't let us know, (we had the eye card, and only knew that one) but this place "verified" that our card was active and quoted a $39 visit over then phone before we came to them, but then after the visit and check, charged $150+. Would have been nice to have been told our insurance was inactive BEFORE the visit!!! Bait and switch anyone? They knew before but didn't tell us, the clerk just didn't look on the screen (the billing person said 'Yea, right here it says inactive.')

Excellent visit. No one wants to go to the Doctor or buy new glasses but you made it as painless as possible.
