Not sure why people have such bad reviews of a Prada OUTLET store. I must admit, my experience with outlet shopping is not immense. But my very pregnant wife and I got what we came for (it may or may not have been “last season”). Service is good. No complaints. Anyways, LOL at the guy who gave this store 1 star because he wore his shoes in the rain and they changed color. What a clown haha

shoes that I only wore three times, they got wet in the rain and the color of the leather migrated to white, I went to the store to see what solution they gave me and they told me that this has nothing to do with the brand, that the only thing that It has a guarantee, there are the bags, it's only been a month since I bought them and they didn't want to give me any help. I'm looking for a way to ask to solve the problem. You can see the photos.

A just "good" Prada location inside Rosemont Fashion Outlets of Chicago mall.

Nothing special about this Prada however. The selection for women is okay . Selection for men is limited.

Ive been to other Prada stores that have had a better collection of clothing.

I think the fact that this is an outlet store might be the reason why the selection isnt great.

Service however is nice and friendly.

Left my vape in the fitting room, went back to the store and couldn’t find it. Called the next morning and the store associate said she just found it but throw it away.

Best to visit on a weekday as there was no waiting in line to enter the store. There were about 10-12 people in the store at the time.

There were 2 display racks in the whole outlet store with discounts and the rest were priced as marked.

Staff were present throughout the store but you do have to approach them yourself if you have any questions as they do not come to you automatically.

Great customer service, the store is very clean with security. Hard to find street parking nearby, and the clearance section is pretty limited. Overall, good place to pick up some more formal wear.

I went in not knowing what I really wanted. To my surprise a lovely young lady named Ashley who is the store manager came to my rescue and showed me different styles of handbags. Ashley went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with what I had chosen. Best shopping experience ever and excellent customer service from the manager Ashley and her wonderful staff!!! I will definitely be back!

Beware of returns at this store. I concur with the previous reviewers who stated they received poor customer service. I had to find someone to help me purchase a pair of shoes after walking around for 5 minutes without anyone greeting/helping me. I bought a pair of men’s shoes for my son, who was not with me at the time. They told me they have a full refund policy if the shoes are returned unworn within two weeks.
The shoes did not fit, and I shipped the shoes back via FedEx, because I was not able to return to the store within the two week period. I had them sign for the return and I packed the shoes back into the box myself. They contacted me when the shoes arrived telling me the shoes had been worn, had insects on them (I’m not kidding) and they were unsellable. I contacted the store manager, Ashley, who told me they would not return the shoes. The shoes were tried on in my home and immediately returned upon discovering they did not fit. Ashley was dismissive, rude and kept insisting the shoes appeared worn. I assured her the shoes had not been worn, but she kept insisting they had. I am now stuck with expensive shoes that don’t fit and cannot be returned. Do not purchase anything from this store if you may have to return it. This is the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. I can’t believe a luxury brand like Prada is staffed by employees like this. I know it’s an outlet, but it’s still a premium brand. Don’t purchase anything from this store unless you’re certain it fits. You will have no recourse. Corporate will not help. The outlet stores are a separate entity and answer only to themselves. You can’t even file a complaint.

This Prada outlet is by far the worst one ever! The line just to get in took 3 hours!! It moved so slow and it wasn’t worth it once I got inside. Not only the staff was rude and look at me like a peasant, the selection here isn’t worth it. This is the worst experience I had in a luxury store. I was foolish enough to wait in line for 3 hours and not to find anything! 👎

I came in Saturday, July 10th in the afternoon. It was very a very clean store, not much fashionable clothing to pick from but I found 4 items I did not already own. I LOVE EXPRESS, I always shop there it doesn't matter what city or town I'm in. This location was depressing, the associates did not greet me nor ask if I needed help finding anything. The ladies at the register had a bad attitude. I was really surprised, not what I am used to. Two male associates where having a whole conversation right next to me while I waited to check out. Yes, I waited to check out, eventhough the ONLY customer was me. Lol The ladies at the register acted as if I was not standing there to pay. I did not get mad, I laughed when I walked out and wondered why this store has so many stars on Google. Anyhow, just giving my honest experience.

Outlet PRICES!!!!..Love this PRADA OUTLET ..at Fashion outlets of Chicago , its located on the second floor at the corner by all the designer brands , The Sales associate at this location was very friendly and informative, I wanted to get a leather trench coat 🧥 😍.. (that trench coat was just perfection🤩 LOL) but unfortunately they wasn’t having it on my size and the sales associate offer me to call me when they will have it on stock again , she also told me that some items at this Prada location were Runway pieces so they are unique and they have them from older collections ....so when they re stock.. they most likely will not have the same items or collections, I find this so unique because you can get really awesome runway Designs pieces that none one has it!, ....for me this location it’s a treasure hunting, I love it 🥰! .... Super clean , Organized , Excellent customer service! And the prices wow , all on SALE!!!!.. I 100% recommend this🔺 PRADA location!!. 🔺

I bought a dress on sale in store as an option for an event. I ended up wearing a different dress and going into the store to return the dress from this location. The associate told me it was "stained all over" and not in adequate resell condition. It was in a bag from the time I left the store until the time I returned it. Maybe this store shouldn't sell products with deodorant all over them and then blame their customers for the lack of quality assurance on their part. This is not the first time I've had problems here with returns, I am done with this location.

Came into the store with some online purchases made during their 40% off everything sale. Needed a new fit in one of the shirts I bought and a difference size in the jeans I bought. The manager that day named Ray, helped me from start to finish! He was able to even exchange everything I had even though you would normally have to pay the difference from the sale price. What a genuinely great experience. Will definitely go back because of their care for the customer.

The staff here are awesome! I've been here twice and both times were great. Really like the clothes too (got jackets, dresses, belts, jeans, and work blouses). Yes it's expensive, but you get what you pay for, and when there's a sale you can get great deals. Everything I've gotten from here has been durable and lasted for 2+ years as long as it's taken care of.
