Staff was rude and didn’t want to refill by glass cleaning liquid even though it is supposed to be lifetime refills. They gave me a silly excuse that the liquid was not anymore approved in the UAE.
Hectic and chaos but still got my things pretty quickly. Not the best prices compared to Europe definitely.

they give you any bag quick and make you feel like you have to rush and just move on, don’t check the piece, or treat you with any respect. They just need to sell as much as possible and don’t even talk to the client,

And visit the store a few times,

I'm so glad that service is better now, no more arrogant behaviour from sales assistants who try to make you mad and prove that you are rich by buying more stuff. I like new nice and helpful assistance.

Packaging was poor.
Pricing was not clear. Different on tag and different of what they charged me which was entered in the system manually by the staff.
Not even clear if purchasing from duty free is worth it. Prices seem to be similar or more than regular stores.
They didn't ask me to update the purchase to my email. When I returned and requested, their response was not clear and the purchase is not updated to my account.

The place was good the products were reasonable
I visited the Louis Vuitton Showroom last week and I was blown away by the variety and quality of their products. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they gave me a lot of information about the history and craftsmanship of the brand. I especially liked the leather bags and wallets, which were very elegant and durable. The showroom was spacious and well-lit, and it had a nice atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who loves luxury fashion and wants to treat themselves to something special.

I bought a frame from them and got my own lenses because their over charging for lenses! They refused to fit my lenses to the frame despite that I bought it from their store!Unless I buy lenses with more than triple price from their store! Then they refused to refund to me the cost of the frame! Using an excuse of no refund policy!

We went to the Dubai Hills branch to buy a pair of sunglasses and received exceptional customer service from Mr. Sharief. I bought gucci sunglasses after being guided by Mr. Sharief on various options and I must say I'm extremely pleased with my purchase. It was a great customer experience thanks to Mr. Sharief and because of him we will continue to recommend him and Optifashion to all our friends and acquaintances.

They were really friendly and helped to choose sunglasses that I love. However, failed to complete a tax free properly, so I got no refund when leaving the country. It seems as a very straight forward procedure, not sure how one could fail it lol

Didn’t find a good collection of caps
I went to buy sunglasses using the Qanz gift card and the sales assistant said that she cant redeem digital Qanz cards without asking the manager and when i asked her where is the manager she replied that he's sleeping probably, and I have to wait him until he wakes up so she can redeem it for me! this is very incovenient and disappointing to hear specially that its a very well known brand like sunglass hut. Very very bad experience i dont recommend anyone to deal with this branch Dubai Marina Mall!

There are good variety of brands in the shop. However they are not mentioned in all those brands websites as an official store. The staff are polite and professional. Prices are higher than official stores, especially in compare to EU and duty free, even without taxes. So, unless you can't find your favorite model in official stores, avoid shopping from them.
I bought a pair of Ray-Ban abroad, and were too big for my head, I popped in at Optifashion to see if something can be done and the team has been beyond assisting. My shades are fixed ! 😎

Sunglass Hut is my favorite franchise to buy Ray-Ban sunglasses from. Yesterday I went to the Dubai Mall branch willing to buy the new Clubmaster Oval 0RB3946 but unfortunately they only have the display piece. I encouraged the guy to check if he can arrange one for me from the store place or the distributor and I can collect it the next day, but as he told me “unfortunately each store of our has only 1 piece from this model which is already displayed too. If you want it, I can clean it for you”. Thats lead me to not buy it from my favorite sunglasses store ,because I don’t like to buy display items, I like them new never worn. I just suggest for you guys to provide stock to the stores other than the displayed item. However I ordered the Clubmaster Oval 0RB3946 from another online store, and if only Sunglass Hut has one I will order it from you guys but you don’t have online store as well :( . Conclusion, Please provide stock for each pair of sunglasses just to avoid selling the displayed ones.

Had a very sad experience, just because someone is brown skinned it does not mean your service is 90% reduced. Please train your lady staff on how to respond to customers. Even more how to respond to all folks of the society!
I visited for fixing my sunglasses. At that time Titiana assisted me so well with very kind soul. Not only the kindness, she was professional for her job. Now my sunglasses r so perfect for me.
Walked into the store with the mindset to buy one pair for sure. However staff was absolutely disinterested and unhelpful which deterred me from making a purchase there. I did purchase a pair later but from a different store.

I bought a nike sunglasses 3 weeks ago. Good brands with good prices. I liked the stuff there especially Dina ☺️
Due to the social distancing, I’ve chosen this location and I wasn’t disappointed. I needed an eye test and new glasses. The optician, Nadia, was very patient while she explained my options. She took her time even when she did the eye test. My glasses were ready in two days. Very satisfied with the service and their professionalism. Thank you!
