Website stated it was open. Went earlier before opening. Was first in line along with four other people needed medical care. I waited over 21 mins after opening. No one showed up from clinic. Update website if an emergency happened so people can make other arrangements. Especially when people are depending on medical support.

Fantastic clinic ever from staff to doctors specially Dr Amar Ladwa he is very well detailed; a great listener ; empathetic to the concern’s of his patients and compassionate. We are so grateful and thankful that we found dr ladwa as our doctor we’re truly blessed to have him to take care of our health❤️

Fantastic experience here. The medical receptionist was so nice and understanding, she also had quick phone call follow up. Dr. Nelson was also great to deal with… it’s never easy when you have a sick child but both the doctor and receptionist were great. Thank you.

The bad experience with Willoughby Medical Center today, Oct. 04, 2023. I was tested positive in Covid and called the clinic to make an appointment. I was told the Doctor would call me at 1:40 pm. But, I waited until 3:00pm and then called the clinic. The receptionist said she would tell the doctor again. So, I continued to wait but no one called me at all. At 4:00 I called back again and finally met the doctor on phone. Later the receptionist charged me 30 dollars for a doctor’s note. After I received the note in the email I found it said I would be off from school (I told the doctor I work full time) from Oct 10 to Oct 06.

Great clinic! We were quite sad when we moved to BC because our daughter’s paediatrician and our family doctor in Montreal was really good.

I am so lucky to have come across this clinic. Everyone, from front office to nurses to doctors, everyone is so good. We really liked our visits and consider ourselves lucky to get you guys as our family clinic. Thank you for being so nice to everyone.

Dr. Ghazali used to be my family doctor. He was okay, professional and willing to hear me out to find the right medication for me. I did prefer talking to Dr. Khan, though, as he was able to offer more insight into my symptoms and such.
I don't know if that unprofessional and rude receptionist is still working but I hope to god she was fired.

Best experience I've ever had with a walk-in clinic. Staff were friendly, and the doctor was great. The pharmacy attached were very helpful too.

I've been going here for a few months now. Dr. Mandaloun is so kind and caring. I've also had another doctor for my step daughter and he also was amazing. If you don't want to wait, book a morning appointment. Yes walk in line ups are long and tedious, but it's not the clinics fault, they are pretty organized and don't make you feel like cattle either. I have had much worse walk in clinics. At least the doctors actually care about your problems.

It s a shame they have such a bad-mannered front desk staff. They are always rude, and treat you as if you were saying the stupidest thing ever and that every question that you ask, you are stupid for not already knowing the answer.

Example (and not the first time), I had an appointment , and the Dr asked me to call the reception to give them a form so other Dr could fill out. When I did exactly that, the person at the front desk scolded me and was super rude, just because I followed the Dr's instructions!

If the Dr's instructions were wrong or out of place, that is something they should figure out with the Dr, and not letting it out on me, just because I was following instructions.

Big Thank you to Dr. Mittens. Really grateful and blessed to have a doctor who takes care of me and my family so much, most specially he takes time to listen and don't leave any concerns unresolved.. Highly recommended most specially with families with little ones..

Today, Saturday morning, three of my whole family visited this clinic to see a doctor as walk ins.
Long story short, Melanie at the front was a truly amazing. Great customer service based on great friendly and professional manner while the clinic was extremely busy. She shown us what the real multitasking supposed to be like, answering questions from multiple the phone calls and receiving payments, printing sheets and continuously checking in patients and smooth communicating with doctors and pharmacy next door and so on…
AND also the Dr.Amar Ladwa on duty was also very professional and witty and approachable and friendly to us. Very patient to our son’s unique character of being not easy with simply opening his mouth.
Thank you Melanie and Dr. Amar. We are already feeling so much better after just an opportunity to see you today at the clinic today.

My girlfriend was trying to get a refill for her prescription, which requires 2 minutes with a specific doctor. She requested this doctor, and they booked her an appointment during a time when that doctor is not available! She attempted to call for same day booking, called right at the start of the day. She was forced on hold, and they automatically hung up on her 4 times! There was no callback option, no way to save a spot, no online booking option. This is outrageous and an administrative garbage heap. This could be fixed by a 6th grader with 2 braincells. Unacceptable

Came in as a walk-in and my baby saw Dr. Ladwa. He had amazing bedside manner and put my mind as a first time mom at ease. I have a family doctor but it takes months for an appointment. This clinic will be my immediate go to when I can’t wait. Great experience!

We have had a wonderful experience at this clinic. We have experienced care at the clinic 3 times in the past month and its the ease or making appointments, the availability of doctors and short wait times that i am so glad we have. We have met with Dr Martens, Dr Cappon and Dr. Mandaloun all 3 were great at giving time and listening and explaining.

I really enjoy the people at this clinic. They're very friendly.

I gave 4 stars because unless you micromanage what they should be sending/receiving, you'll never get it done.

I've been going to this clinic as a regular doc office since COVID (2021) and it's rare things go smoothly.

Lack of communication and organization with paperwork.

Im trying to get a diagnosis for autism and waited 3 weeks from the date the referral was supposed to be faxed. I called the office only to find out it wasn't received cause they sent it to the wrong place and hadn't bothered to correct the issue till I called, asking about it.

Had I not gone on the internet and found my own info, she would have continued to send it to the wrong facility in different regions...

She had no idea of the process for getting an adult diagnosed. Which is fine, but unfortunately it seems like she didn't really try to find the right answers...

Had a doctor fax a prescription for me to use that same day, then he wrote a follow up prescription for the same birth control but it had the same date as the one I'd collected to use so when I tried to pick up my prescription, I wasn't able to cause apparently you can't use the same date more than once for the same prescription. Which you'd think a doctor would know.....

I will still continue going here as the people are so kind and welcoming.

I just wish there was more professionalism when it came to these processes.

Imagine if I wasn't capable of handling these issues. Like the elderly? Or ESL?

Went there without an appointment at 7am. Receptionist was very friendly and three doctors were working at that time. Patients didn't have to wait long at all. Great experience for a walk-in clinic visit. Pharmacists were very kind and friendly too. Overall a very pleasant experience.

I Was so happy to finally have a doctor for my CHILD. But, I can never ever book him an appointment. EVER. I've tried on multiple occasions.
Nothing days ahead, apparently he's booked 2 months in advance ??? I could "possibly" get a same day appointment ( only 3 days a week though, and only for 2 hours per day.) And that's if I call first thing in the morning and manage to be the first person to call.
Our medical system is a joke. Same with the rude receptionists.

I wanted to thank the lady the other day that was all by her lonesome but killed it at her job! You made me feel so comfortable and like I was “meant to” come to this location! I’ve had bad experiences in the past at walk-in clinics( I don’t have a family doctor) and they have been anything but pleasant! This lady calmed me down and made my anxiety about seeing a doctor completely disappear! I wanted to thank her in person the next but sadly I
didn’t see her! If you see this THANK YOU! (You have long brown hair and blonde tips). The doctor you booked me in to see was exactly how you said as well, warm and caring. I could see he took his job seriously and I appreciate him taking me on so much! I feel SO MUCH better even after just a day of taking my ADHD medication. So thank you again, you might have changed my life.

Dr. Robbertse is amazing 👏 he is so unbelievably understanding. My whole family loves him and has a lot of respect for him. He understands individual needs of his patients and takes care of my family very well. I've known him over 20 plus years. Thank you to the ladies that work in the front office as well 🙏 Clarissa and Houng I appreciate you both.

Dr Kim is the only doctor I have seen who actually respects her patients’ time. I’ve never had to wait for her and she’s always been attentive and actually listens when I talk. I used to wait up to 1.5 hours just to be rushed through my 5 minute appointments with other doctors.

Dr. Robertsee has always gone above and beyond for me and my family. He genuinely cares about his patients, and is passionate about his work. Has always given us peace of mind over the smallest health concerns, and helped with long term health conditions. He doesn't just give you a treatment, he promotes life style change which is so important.

It's so hard to book appointments with these doctors, it's like booking for a flight ticket, it's 3 to 5 month it's crazy

Amazing doctors, short wait times, movie corner for kids, front desk staff are always warm and welcoming.
