You guys need to check your freezer for bad stuffs and throw them away. I just wasted my money and time going there to buy frozen turkey. This is not Nigeria where you sell rubbish and get away

since my husband and I moved here last month we have been shopping at this location... I have always purchased goat on a stick... now today they had chicken on a stick without informing the customer me that this is chicken not goat..came back to the store to ask for a refund no refund asked for a credit for next time.. spoke with manager he told me no refund and no credit.. remember we purchased all of our food items there. Since we moved to this area over 300$ in a 2 week .. and I have told all my neighbors to go.. but he refused so I will be taking my money elsewhere.. if you do go check your bags to make sure you have the correct purchase.. FOR ME AND MY FAMILY WILL NOT BE GOING.. I HAVE PUT MY EXPERIENCE ON FACEBOOK FOR ALL TO SEE 👀

Great service. Wish they had more people to help with the workload they have. Always get the answer I need. Find the part(s) I need. Plus they explain it in a way that helps it makes sense. Not giving me the run around like mechanics do.

I've been here about 3-4 times. The customer service at the frozen meat section is good. The cashiers are usually prompt and polite as well. In my opinion, this location is MUCH better than the terrible Arlington location.

It wasn’t what I’d hope for. More like a corner store for quick pickup.

I was so excited when I knew this store was coming to Irving; no more traveling to Arlington or Garland. I have been disappointed every since! I went to store today asked them can they cook Moi Moi I will pay; the manager said go to Garland and I said I live in Irving and my coworker told me they you guys catering; sometimes! This store needs to close down if they are not in the business of making money.
