Bitte macht wenigstens ein kleines Zettelchen an die Tür mit "bin kurz weg" oder so damit die Leite Bescheid wissen. Leider gibt es auch keine Telefonnummer, damit man kurz durchrufen könnte, ob jemand da ist. Es kann ja auch mal sein, dass man weg ist, aber dann bitte irgendeine Möglichkeit, bei euch durchzurufen. Sonst ein supi Laden mit viel Krimskrams und freundlichen Mitarbeitern, komme sonst gerne hier her👍🏻

Es gibt nichts besseres in Berlin. Ich komme aus Mariendorf hier her wenn ich Hilfe brauche. War immer sehr zufrieden . DANKE

All in all, service employee was ok even though my extraordinary high invoices could not be refunded even though I did not use my data once when overseas. Felt quite helpless and thought there was no chance they would listen to me. When I tried to cancel my contract I was told they could not help with that and that I have to put a request on the website but in order to do so you have to be „not logged in to you customer account“ (strange) in small grey colored font at the bottom of the home page is a form where you can request to cancel (sneaky) then it still has to be approved.

Service employees were trying to negotiate a new price, 20€ cheaper per month in fact. But they could have offered less and I still would have cancelled. Being a customer with 02 was a huge disappointment and I can’t wait to find a better provider.

Located inside the Mall of Berlin. You can sim card, especially for tourist who need to make and use the internet in Berlin. I got a sim with internet for 28euro.
Der Mann ist in Ordnung, man kann mit ihm lachen, ist locker drauf und macht wie z.b. für Karten anständige Preise.

This a great O2 store, Paul is really helpful for everything and he can speaks English very well. If you have any questions about O2 products just go this store and ask Paul about that! I am sure he will support you really good.

I had a great experience there, the Salesman was very polite and Helpful. And the process of sim card contract was really straightforward and smooth.
Having relocated recently to Berlin, I had way too many questions regarding phone contract and internet available for my new apartment. The staff was too helpful, kind, patient and didn't seem annoyed by the questions even for a second during an almost 30' process. Also spoke perfectly good English. It's rare to get treated that well in any kind of service. Keep it up!

Without doubt the best customer service I’ve ever received from a phone & internet company. Paul took the time to understand what I was looking for in a contract and made sure to find the best deal for me. Quite the opposite from pushy salespeople I’ve dealt with in the past, he made the whole process straightforward and easy with his expert knowledge and friendliness. Added bonus: he speaks fluent English. I highly recommend Paul and o2 Prager Platz.
We recently purchased a postpaid connection from the O2 shop at Prager Platz.The Sales Manager, Mr. Paul Gammoshmidt, was excellent at explaining the plans and details to us clearly. In addition, he could speak four languages (English, German, Spanish, and Russian).
He was very friendly and helpful, and we would give him 5 stars, Aside from opening the postpaid connection for the customer, he extended his working hours. Definitely recommend for any one in Bundesallee area.

I had such a good experience with Paul!! He was super polite
and patient with everyone in the store and helpful. I wanted to sign a contract with O2 as a new costumer and he asked me what do I need specificly so we can make a better offer than what you can find online and he did! Higly recommended this O2 office and ask for Paul especially if you have the possibility! He speaks Russian,German,English and Spanish as mother tongue!

Salesman asked to come 30 minutes later since he'd already had a customer and I think he said there was another one who should come.
When I came back ~25 minutes later I noticed that there are 2 new customers inside. In total I wasted about an hour to hear that they sold all prepaid cards I wanted to buy.
Waiting 60 minutes to speak for 30 second. Salesman seems to be irritated and tired, tbh I left irritated too. This place could use another pair of hands.

Habe dort schon ein paar Smartphones gekauft und immer sehr zufrieden.
Akkus die in Iphone verbaut werden sind von guter Qualität und in meinem Fall viel besser als das Original von der Leistungsdauer.Das Wichtigste ist natürlich die Garantie,kaufe ich privat kann ich Glück aber auch Pech haben..darüber muss ich mir beim Kauf im TokyoShop keine Gedanken machen.
Nachtrag: war mit meinem neuen Iphone SE 2020 wieder vor Ort weil ich eine Idee hatte.Da ich ein Weißes besitze kam mir die Idee das dazu passend auch ein weißes Display super ausschauen würde.Also ab mit meiner Idee in den Tokyo Shop..da würde mir erklärt das dieses Iphone aber nur mit schwarzen Display in den Handel gekommen ist.Die Beratung hat aber ergeben das einige Iphone baugleich sind und auf pers. Wunsch könnte es auch umgesetzt werden.Dem habe ich zugestimmt und bin mehr als zufrieden..DANKE

If you are looking for an o2 Shop to renew your contract or inform yourself about current offers I would highly recommend to stay away from this Shop. I was sold an additional mobile contract without knowing when I extended my last contract.
This is a very common practice as the shops are incentivized by selling certain products and therefore try to integrate them without customers realizing.
When I confronted them with this they promised me to get the money back. It has been almost 10 months since then, numerous visits at the shop with nothing but empty promises ("We will call you back", "You will have the money in two weeks"...). I still do not have my money back and the contract still charges me an additional 10€ per month.
I have never experienced something more disrespectful and with less focus on customer satisfaction like this. I would highly recommend o2 to keep a closer eye on their shops as this also shapes their brand awareness.

I got the best service on that shop. its a small cozy place so you also dont have to wait so long. If you need any help about buying a telefon or just getting some information about tarifs you should choose that shop

I signed my internet contract there, and they got 50 euro connection cost in cash saying that the card reader was not working. I asked for a receipt for the 50 euro, and they said it will come via E-mail which I have not received till now. Later on I saw that on my contract it says that they used a %100 voucher (gutschein) for connection. Which means they ripped me off by stealing my 50 euro. I am not able to reach the customer service till now. I do not recommend o2 for not helping me and for being unreachable all the time, and I do not recommend this particular o2 shop for stealing customer's money.

Great shop, my previous contract somewhere else ended and I was afraid I could not keep my old phone number without having to wait a few days without any number at all, because I need to be available at all times for work. They found a nice solution. Would come back at any times.

Mich überraschte unterwegs ein Problem mit meinem Handy. Also ab in den nächsten Handy - Laden...und da stand Hr.Gomez, ein freundlicher, kompetenter, sowie hilfsbereiter und sympathischer Mitarbeiter des Ladens. Er konnte 1-fix-3 mein Handyproblem beheben, auch wenn ich es nicht bei ihm gekauft habe. Danke nochmal!

My internet at home died. Went to ask for help and of course they can't do anything. They can sell all services, even DSL contract, but can't help fix a problem. Was referred to customer service telephone which works until 8 of course. 2 stars because at least they spoke English.

Habe schriftlich meine Kündigung eingereicht. Der Brief kam ohne Angaben von Gründen wieder an mich zurück. Am Telefon hatte ich dann eine sehr genervte, distanzlose, inkompetente und freche Mitarbeiterin, obwohl ihr Dienst gerade erst begonnen hatte.
Eine Schulung für das “Personal“ für Empathie und Kundenfreundlichkeit wäre eine gute Investition.
