Ich war heute mit meinen kaputten iPhone (Display ) ging gar nix mehr beim Handymeister .
Er baute ein Display (Leihweise )ein so das ich mein neues iPhone problemlos installieren konnte.
Leider hatte ich kein Backup …. Auch das war kein Problem 😉 gesamt Dauer Backup und neu installieren 4 Stunden danke für diese Geduld . Mega Preis für diese Arbeit !
Cover und Panzerglas wurden gleich mit gemacht .

Würde man mit 10 Sternen bewerten können, würde ich dies auf jeden Fall machen. Ich war heute erstmals im 3 Shop (Citypark) für meine Tochter einen passenden Tarif anzumelden. Mein Kundenberater Stefan hat uns suuuuuuuper gut beraten. Darüber hinaus hat er uns auch geduldig bei unserem bereits vorhandenen iPhone einiges Umstellungen erklärt und geholfen diese vorzunehmen.

Ich war heute wieder im 3Shop und wurde wieder von Stephan bedient. Er ist ein überaus netter,freundlicher total kompetenter junger Mann.
Bei ihm hat man das Gefühl,dass er seine Arbeit nicht nur gut sondern auch gern macht!

The worst customer service ever

Recently I bought a new IPhone 15Pro Max in T-Mobile Store in Citypark. I don’t know anything about technology or phones but I was thinking I want to surprise my partner and get him a new phone for his birthday. So I went to the store, looked at the wall and saw latest iPhone. I express my wishes with one worker there, said this is going to be a birthday present. He extended my contract for two years and gave me the phone with 286Gb storage. Me, totally clueless about the phones and Gb after 2 weeks on his birthday I give him the phone. He opens the phone, turn it on and then comes a shock when he sees so little Gb compered to the original iPhone that he already poses.
We need to change the phone for a bigger storage room.
And then the Calvary with T-Mobile Store and Online customer service began. First I can’t exchange the phone because 14 days has already passed; second once you turn on the Iphone you can’t exchange it because Apple will not take this phone back anymore. Now imagine my frustration, paying 1000€ for the phone and now I can’t use it because it’s too little storage (even for me). We contacted the customer service online and there was the person assuring us we will find a solution we just need to write/call next day and they will try to help us somehow. Next day the same person who was so positive to find a solution for us just back off and transfer the chat to some colleagues with the same boring automatic answers and 100x repeated questions to describe our problem which we did in a past hour 3x already. Are you guys serious? I could just go crazy with people in the store and behind the computer.
First of all it would be kinda logical to offer some informations about the phone not just assume people know by themselves. That’s why you (T-Mobile workers in the store) are working there. And then comes the manager of the store and just repeat the exact words from his colleagues. He promised to call me with some additional information but this call never came. I told him if there is a will to find a solution it can be done somehow.
I have been customer for 12years and so is all my family but as soon I can back off from my contract I’m done with T-Mobile. To get the money from the customer as quickly as possible they are first in the line but to offer some solution when needed all you get is a lousy „Es tut mir leid“. Some people needs to work half a month for 1000€.
Very very very disappointed. So anybody considering of T-Mobile please consider twice.

Ich bin laut Hotline extra 40 Kilometer zum nächsten 3 Shop gefahren, da ein Partnershop nicht befugt ist die SIM Karte meiner Mutter auszutauschen. Der junge, sehr schmächtige Mann konnte mir nicht wirklich helfen und sagte mehrmals, er kann es nicht mit Sicherheit sagen. Jedoch sagte er mir erst nach dem Tarifwechsel das er mir trotz allen nötigen Dokumente kein neue SIM zusenden oder aushändigen kann.
Nicht genug, hat er für meine betagte Mutter, die nur ein Senioren - Telefon benutzt, was ich ihm auch eindeutige schilderte, eine zusätzliches Paket für E-Mail Konten ausgewählt. Glücklicherweise konnte die 3 Hotline es wieder aus dem Vertrag entfernen.
Leider war an dem Tag kein weiterer Mitarbeiter anwesend. Ich werde diesen Shop auf jeden Fall in Zukunft meiden.

War heute zuerst im Shop am Hauptplatz,konnten mein Problem nicht sofort lösen.War dann im Shop im City Park u. bei der jungen Dame u. auch für Ihren Chef war es kein Problem mehr.
Es wurde alles sofort und unkompliziert erledigt.

Der Drei Shop im Murpark ist großartig! Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett dort, kennen sich aus, kurze Wartezeit. Passt. Brauchte einen neuen Internet - und Handy -Vertrag, da mein alter Anbieter so einige Mankos hatte. Jetzt hab ich endlich stabiles Internet, genug GB auf dem Handy, alles wunderbar. Vor allem Herr Schmid ist äußerst kompetent und hat mich (sehr geduldig) erstklassig beraten. Bin sehr zufrieden :) Danke!

Ich habe heute einen neuen Paket aktiviert, alles bestens! Die junge Dame war sehr kompetent und hilfsbereit.

Leider musste ich mit einen Stern bewerten, von mir aus bekommt dieser Store überhaupt keinen Stern. Von schlecht gelaunten, teilweise unmotivierten, ungepflegten, überaus schlecht geschulten Mitarbeiter ist alles dabei. Ich bin nach langem hin und her froh, den Anbieter gewechselt zu haben und werde dieses Unternehmen keinesfalls weiter empfehlen!!

War heute Vormittag im Drei Shop Murpark, ich weiß leider den Namen des Beraters nicht. Selten so eine freundliche und kompetente Beratung und Betreuung bekommen! 100%ige Weiterempfehlung!

I am voting mainly for customer support, I have written few requests on your official website, none of my requests have been answered, I have only received mail of ‘confirmation of the request’. Finally with a series of unanswered calls I got here.

Der Drei Shop im Murpark ist wirklich gut, man wird gut beraten, und es wird sich wirklich für einen Zeit genommen.

Auch so habe ich mit Drei, noch keine Probleme gehabt, sei es Tarif oder Wlan-Router.

Werde dort noch Kunde bleiben!

Top Kundenservice, es wird immer schnell geholfen. Es werden auch wenn es einen günstiger Vertrag gibt der mehr oder die gleichen Vorteile hat sofort angeboten was ich echt klasse finde und es überall so sein sollte.

Everyone in here was lovely and helpful. I was unsure what Macbook to buy for my boyfriend's birthday and the blonde girl (forgot her name) was extremely helpful and went through everything with me. Her english was also perfect!!
