Very good and effort able pricing on networking cables, on variety of mountings, they sell TV, phones, audio and video racks, cctv cameras and lot of different kinds of cables, customer service is also very good. Highly recommend going here if your looking to by cables and TV mountings.

I completed a week long project to overhaul our sound system. During the process I made several trips to Tech Vision Electronics to purchase materials.
Tech Vision Staff were very helpful on two occasions: I was refunded my money for a purchase I could not use. This is often a service guarantee that can only be found at big box stores. Additionally, the store owner assisted me with an after-hours purchase so I could complete my project.

I'm floored by their customer service(Help).
I needed two antenna mounts to install flight tracking antenna on the roof top of the house. I was not able to visit the Scarborough shop location, so I called Tech Vision over the phone and explained my problem. The owner brought those mounts from all the way Scarborough to Brampton just for me. And the price of antenna mount was very reasonable(no absurd pricing compared to RONA/HomeDepot).
Unfortunately I was not able to installed the mount on the roof as home owner was concerned for roof damage and insurance increase. So I wrote to Tech Vision to explain the situation and they happily agreed to take it back. I was vey pleased with their kind gesture. Every time I call/write (6 calls, 7 emails) them, they listen patiently and tried their best to help me out.
I think I found my best electronics shop in Toronto (GTA). Reasonable pricing and excellent customer service. I can't recommend them enough.

⚠️⚠️⚠️These people are the biggest scammers ever, DO NOT let them try to fix your screen because they’ll just mess it up. The new screen they put is laggy, it freezes, and the brightness changes randomly on its own. If possible I would give them a 0 stars. ⚠️⚠️⚠️

My laptop screen was broken at the corner so I was looking for a place to replace the screen at a reasonable price, I found this place and they replaced my screen in 16 minutes and they only charged 150$ other repair stores was going to charge me 220$, I definitely recommend this place.

I went in looking to fix my keyboard and usb port. The shop owner quoted me a price where other places charged me the same price just for the usb ports. While it did take some time as the parts had to come from overseas as well as repairing was a tedious process, I was very happy with the results and I definitely recommend this place for your electronic repairs.

I bought a portable AC last year. The quality was good and the price was reasonable enough for me to go back this year and purchase same devices for my sisters. They have different sizes of power bar and TV mounting brackets and a lot of other electronics. I also bought a mouse and a keyboard for my son. Highly recommended.

I walked into this place just wanting to look at cases for my phone. Ended up getting a new case, a new screen protector and camera lens protectors as well. Was told I would get a discount for purchasing multiple items - there was no such discount. These guys are pushy and want to make the sale. I'm hoping nothing goes wrong with the case or screen protector, as they don't seem to treat those who come in looking to use the warranty very well. Rather they will try to tell you your warranty is invalid.

Compete SCAM they gave me a broken screen and I came back the next week and they said they would replace the screen with for the full price over again I argued then they said the would replace the screen under warranty but with a 50 dollar service charge even tho it was under a year warranty will no clause for paying a labour fee avoid this place like the plague

I bought a used iPhone, he fixed my television remote control, sold me a cover for my Samsung phone, and today assisted me with a watch battery. My girlfriend had purchased apple earphones as a gift, i didn’t like it so we decided to return it and the behaviour of the staff was so rude that they said that you cannot get a refund, even though while purchasing the product it was said that you will get a refund. This is a complete case of misselling and a lot of other people have been giving the same complaints.
One of the worst staff and service, i hope the company takes some strict actions against these complaints.

The following experience left a bad taste in my mouth.
I purchased a fast charging Samsung Cable and discovered it was defective. Normally, my Samsung Galaxy A71 phone takes 1 hr-1hr and 20 mins to charge. This cable was plugged in for 3 hrs and only got to 50%. And the battery stayed at 30% for 2 of those 3 hrs.
I told the representative my concerns, and they didn't acknowledge my them.
They said, "Maybe it has dust in the port. There's probably something wrong with your adapter, but not the cable."
My current Samsung cable and adapter that came with the device works effectively, even though the cable is slightly worn. And I've never had issues with dust in my port/charger for the past 3 yrs I've had my device.
And unfortunately, their policy is no refunds or exchanges which isn't a fair policy for electronics.

Recently been there and looking for fuji films, found it on the shelves, and brought beside a computer and since I took 5 packs and I can’t hold it. So put it in my bag. And went looking for nano leaf they don’t have. And walked out the store. I forgot to pay for the films which is 200 dollar the guy chased me out saying I steal the films. But I just forgot to. So I went in the store paid for it and said sorry he said he can arrest me for this but I literally just forgot. I mean I have a Range Rover sport which is 120000dollar and own 2 gas stations. Why would I steal 200 bucks. And the security keep saying I need to calm down. However i was really polite to ask him to delete the picture which he took of me. Never come here again. Nobody should even come here

I was going to write a review for this mall’s securities. They are the best securities ever. Yesterday I went to fido to take the money that they owed me and they didn’t want to give me and instead they called security to take me out of the mall but the securities asked him to solve the problem and finally after two hours waiting there with the help of these dear gentlemen I could take my money back. Was looking for a used 8GB DDR4 ram. They had a whole bunch in generic green PCBs and was asking for $35. I counter offered with $20 they asked for $30. I just went to Canada Computers down the road bought a brand new 3200 mhz for $27.

If zero stars was an option, I’d give them that. Terrible customer service and they have no idea what they are doing. I brought my phone in to replace the back screen. After 1 hour, they called to tell me it was finished. After giving it back, I quickly realized my face I.D. was not working. I informed her and she questioned me on how her repair could’ve impacted face I.D.
The next day, I returned and asked them to replace the screen protector they put on the previous day, thinking it was the problem, and it was not. I followed up with Apple and they informed me the true depth camera was damaged during the repair. I returned to the store for the third time to let them know that they damaged my phone and brought my paperwork from Apple to prove it and now because of them, it’ll cost me $250 in addition to what they charged me to fix something that they damaged. They refused to give me back my money.
Horrible and very upsetting experience. Avoid this place at all costs especially since it ended up costing me more money in the end. Terrible, greedy people.

I have reached out to Smart Home Electronics for three times already. And every time is was excellent experience. I had both my personal and business laptops fixed with perfect communication when a part was on its way and high level of customer service. My office laptop was falling apart; and at the first examination only adding screws the monitor frame was an option, but the tech team did miracles and after 3 and a half hours of diligent and meticulous work saved my laptop without any screws and damage to the hardware. Community mall with a long history and "that" iconic domed roof over the Metro (formerly Dominion) and thus some "historic" value. There's a Dollarama, a surprisingly super modern Gabby's, and some decent boba spot. The Hakka No.1 Restaurant here is also worth visiting! Lots of parking, though nothing overly exciting in the mall as is.

Heed my warning: do not come and shop at this Best Buy if you are not South Asian, Asian, or Caucasian.
This is what happened to me. Today, November 27, 2023, I had to pick up my online purchase for an Oral B io 10 series, which I was treated well because I purchased the item before I arrived.
But it was the second purchase; that's why I am leaving this review. I saw that Best Buy was selling the io 5 series for $99.99 (on sale), so I decided to purchase this item for a family member for Christmas. When I arrived at the checkout, the line was long. I was sixth in line, and the line was moving slowly, so two more cashiers came to the front to help move the line. When it came my time to cash out, I approached a young South Asian female cashier, and she wanted to know about my online purchase. I showed her the receipt with my ID and informed her that I was only purchasing the Oral B io5 toothbrush. Still, as I remained respectful to the cashier (from India), she treated me like I had no right to be in the store. When it came time to pay, my 'Tap' on my debit card didn't work, so the female cashier shouted, "Your card is not working; insert your card and put in your PIN." Now, this is where it gets humiliating. The cashier proceeded to take the item off the counter and place it on the floor behind the cash so she could talk to one of her colleagues. Where I was cashing out, there were two other cashiers to the left of me with customers. After I paid, the cashier returned and said, "The payment went through." You came to my country, and you're probably an International student, who I am one Canadian who welcomes all newcomers because Canada is a meltpot of diversity, and you have the audacity to treat me like I'm a thief when I spent $460 with the item right in front of you?"
She rolled her eyes and I snapped back, "Really, you're going to roll your eyes at me? What you did was wrong. Shame on you for bringing your racist ignorance into my country. And if the tables were turned, how would you feel if I treated you the same way? We are both women of colour, regardless of our ethnicity; how would you feel if someone, or myself, treated you the same way?"
When I said what I said, I didn't raise my voice, I didn't yell at her, but I gave her a piece of my mind... I cussed her out without disrespecting her or causing a scene. After I paid, I found a store assistant manager who gave me a $25 gift card, but I am going to another Best Buy location and return both the iO 5 toothbrush and the gift card. Why? I don't need her negative energy to be added to this Christmas gift. Plus, as I waited for the gift card from the assistant manager, I watched that same female South Asian cashier serving other South Asian customers waiting to cash, and she didn't take away their items while she went and spoke to her colleagues. She treated customers who looked like her with respect, so this cashier is racist, simple as that.
So, to those who are reading my review, if you are not South Asian, Asian, or Caucasian. Please, go to another Best Buy; Black Canadians, all ages and genders, are not welcome at this Best Buy. Save yourself the humiliation.
This is what happened to me. Today, November 27, 2023, I had to pick up my online purchase for an Oral B io 10 series, which I was treated well because I purchased the item before I arrived.
But it was the second purchase; that's why I am leaving this review. I saw that Best Buy was selling the io 5 series for $99.99 (on sale), so I decided to purchase this item for a family member for Christmas. When I arrived at the checkout, the line was long. I was sixth in line, and the line was moving slowly, so two more cashiers came to the front to help move the line. When it came my time to cash out, I approached a young South Asian female cashier, and she wanted to know about my online purchase. I showed her the receipt with my ID and informed her that I was only purchasing the Oral B io5 toothbrush. Still, as I remained respectful to the cashier (from India), she treated me like I had no right to be in the store. When it came time to pay, my 'Tap' on my debit card didn't work, so the female cashier shouted, "Your card is not working; insert your card and put in your PIN." Now, this is where it gets humiliating. The cashier proceeded to take the item off the counter and place it on the floor behind the cash so she could talk to one of her colleagues. Where I was cashing out, there were two other cashiers to the left of me with customers. After I paid, the cashier returned and said, "The payment went through." The most amazing experience with Rebekah on Black Friday of all days. She helped me every step of the way from purchasing my headphones I wanted to porting my number over to Virgin Mobile. I am soo happy and blessed to get a wonderful customer service from Fara, it was soon pleasure to get the help from jet and to resolve my problem within minutes. Never seen an honest guy like the Chinese guy who works there. Left my laptop for repair. He calls me later that you don’t have to pay nothing because I didn’t fix anything. Large variety of various tech related gadgets. Was the only place I could pickup a 2230 M.2 SSD for upgrading my Steam Deck. The store was unclear on whether these were new SSD's or from refurbished devices but I was excited at the prospect of having my little project completed the same day. I get home and my device doesn't detect the NVME whatsoever. After many frustrating hours of troubleshooting I called the store to find out if these drives had partitions wiped before being sold to customers and the staff at the store were not of much assistance. Wasn't a big fan of the no refund policy since the hardware was not working. If you're looking for a good deal this is definitely the place to shop but don't be surprised when the items you buy don't work when you bring it home.

There's Metro (for groceries, meat, bakery, prepared hot food, florist, pharmacy), Staples (office and school essentials), Shopper's Drug Mart (pharmacy, health and beauty products, groceries, greeting cards), Dollarama, Healthy Planet, PetValu, beer store, LCBO, TD, CIBC, Home hardware, Toronto Public Library, court, numerous restaurants.... and many many more. Lots of parking, TTC accessible, no crowds and no lineups.

It is a small mall with limited variety of stores .
It is quite and full of high school students most of the time .
The ongoing construction and renovation has a negative impact on the customers and people want to visit and causing a lot of inconvenience for customers.
There is a lack of directions signage .
Access to bowling centre is only through one very slow lift . No direction was installed for that centre and it is confusing
Anyway, I don’t usually go there but it was one time off . Good for the people living near by . Close to metro and Tim Horton .

This is an older mall with a few local stores. It's got metro grocery store as an anchor with the public library and an Ontario early years center as other good tenants. It's got a dollarama and McDonald's too but that's outside. Overall, it's a place you'd come to if you need too. Nothing special, but good for day to day needs.
