Nice venue. Reasonably comfy seats for averagely overweight people, though maybe a little snug for some larger persons. Not much leg space for very tall people. Decent views of the stage from the stalls from row P. The stalls are slightly inclined so people at the back can see fine (providing no tall people are sat in the seat directly in front!).
There are no floor markers and it's very difficult to see row letters/seat numbers so arrive before the house lights go down (that's just good manners anyway... if your seats are in the middle of a row, EVERYONE who is seated between you and them has to stand and move into the aisle as there's not space to wiggle past - which ruins everybody's experience).
Food and drink are allowed inside. There's a large, reasonably well-stocked bar - but the prices are genuinely eye-watering. A SMALL bottle of coke costs £4.80 at time of writing. There is a free water fountain.
Stage lighting was great. Sound quality was very good (live music event). Staff were numerous and helpful. There is a bag search on entering, though it's a cursory check and not at all thorough. They're more concerned with getting everyone in rapidly.
Be aware, the AC above the stalls under the balcony was horrendously cold, and the large number of bodies did little to alleviate it. Be prepared and take something warm to wear, just in case.

Really lovely venue, fantastic sound, doesn't feel crowded even when full. The access team and box office were absolutely amazing too, accommodating our needs ensuring that we both had a great experience, can't recommend highly enough.
Good acoustic venue with lots of atmosphere. Stalls seats aren't very comfortable, and leg space is cramped. Oversll access is good and staff all fantastic. Had a fantastic evening watching one of my favourite artists in concert.
Went to see Tony Hadley do a swing night.

London palladium featuring the Addams Family musical. Very funny and cheerful musical, making everyone in the audience laugh.
We had seats at the upper circle, middle of the right section. The view was very good
Was a bit disappointed with the theater organization. The first time I visited a theater in London and could not buy a show program, it was sold at one location, with a massive queue spanning over staircases , so unfortunately I did not feel comfortable queueing there.

A truly lovely place, the staff were all super helpful and polite. I loved every minute of my night here. The only downside I would say is that the leg room is very limited, but sadly that's to be expected. I would highly recommend checking out what they have on offer.
Good tour of London, buses every 20 to 30 mins. Takes you to all the main landmarks. Useful audio guide.
Beautiful theatre in the heart of Central London close to Carnaby Street and Oxford Street.

Some great productions including the annual Christmas Pantomime which is more suitable to adults than children.

Jay was the best guide we have ever had. Who would have that a man from Minnesota would be such an excellent London tour guide. I hope you have the chance to experience Jay on the blue route. We have a ton of photos of the best locations in London!
Great tour. Great value. The recording was a bit off but otherwise it is an excellent experience! The Cruise was an added bonus which made the tour exceptional! A must add-on!
Golden tours Hop on Ho of was-a disappointment.
The places to see in London City throughout their tour are not the best places to see.
For example, I’m not interested to see minorities like Arabian districts. We are interested more in history.
The biggest problem was that many times it happened when we were going around a certain historical site, the automatic tour guide switch between places before even finishing the first part, it already has started the guidance about the next site.

Helpful staff will guide and assist you. They have free maps of central London and also maps of the London underground (tube stations).
I was happy to have visited this small shop as it was filled not only with information. There is also up to date souvenirs that everyone would like to buy.

As a venue it was great to have the collaborative planning and delivery from their team on the day and support of managing clients expectations. Emma was a delight to work with full of energy, passion and very detail oriented and we delivered 2 fantastic events together with very happy clients. I have been working with AOK for 11 years now as part of my role as Events Manger with Mayer Brown. They are a fantastic team to work with, knowledgeable, personable and extremely helpful, no questions or query is too big or small. We work with AOK mostly on sourcing corporate hospitality options to entertain our clients, but we have also worked with them more recently the past few years on helping us to source entertainment for our events such as summer and Christmas parties and also to work with us on event ideas for smaller groups events whether online or in-person. I have been using AOK Events for a number of years and they have always been professional, friendly and reliable. I have worked with AOK for a few years, when they pivoted on their heads to produce incredible events during the dreaded lockdowns. We teamed up to deliver virtual wine, whisky and gin tastings for their clients. What an awesome team to work with, always energetic, the attention to detail and care they took with each booking made for enjoyable and well oiled (not just the guests!) events.

Good idea for touring London. You can opt to purchase a 24hr ticket which allows you to mostly cover all relevant spots in a day. And also included is a river cruise along the Thames. So overall its a good way of getting around the main attractions in London.
The audio for the tour must have been set up with Geo points based on consistently slow moving traffic. On multiple occasions the audio would interrupt itself with the next stop when the buses were moving in clear traffic; however, most of the time we were merely listening to classical music Without any audio. This is my fourth time in London and my wife’s first, so this was very disappointing for her not getting all the audio of the locations we were passing. I have taken the hop on hop off tours in multiple cities before and it has been the best means of seeing the entire city.
I highly recommend the hop on hop off platform when trying to see multiple landmarks in a new city, but I would not recommend taking this tour after the results we had.
We paying £50 for two people, and being able to access the buses was very convenient.

It's not the best, but it is very practical for the tourist who needs to rest his/her feet. If you spent several days/weeks, even better because the ticket is valid for 12 months. Enjoy London by bus!
The ride is nice and worthwhile especially if you want to both see and be learning about the British history.

The bus itself is clean and you are provided with earphone to learn about every area that you are passing through.

Excellent place to get touristic information about the city and the events in the incoming days and weeks. you can also get very good guides and maps, and the attention is always exceptional. The people working at the Centre also speaks other languages besides English, so there is a high chance that if you are not confident in your English communication capabilities, there will be someone there who could attend you in your own language.
A very good Tourist Information Centre located in a modern and very stylish looking building. It's close to St. Paul's, so a good way to find out about other "touristy" things you could do in London. They even have free maps and lots of one or multi day ideas for things to do.

Really helpful to make your plan in London. There are a lot of information categorized into walk tour, plays, family tour and so on. You can easily find out the info that you need.
Good location for an information centre but also possible to get better London maps for free from Underground stations such as Temple.
