My first time at this ACE. They have a great selection of everything. I was not impressed with the staff. I roamed around for about 30 minutes. Not one employee asked me if I needed help. The 2 women at the front were just talking about TV shows the whole time. I'll shop their again but only because of their inventory.
Very kind and helpful staff. Stocked well with exactly what you are looking for
Today was my first visit and let me say, I was amazed! They have so many unexpected products, like a toy department with LEGOs!
I drove from Tallahassee to purchase a bale of PROMIX because none of the stores in down there carry it.
I didn’t have much time to look around, but I’m sure I would have discovered lots of treasures!

Everytime I go here, I'm always greeted and always asked if I need assistance. Love this store
The quality of their pine straw is great. Customer Service beats any Lowes or Home Depot!

The customer service at this store is unbelievably good. So used to lazy workers who never follow through on anything...not here. Ordered item online; within minutes they called me to tell me the inventory was not correct and they would get it from distribution center; called me when it was in and they delivered it to my house (and they called me to tell me they were on their way). Excellent.
Great stock in pine straw, seed, tools, and parts! Thomas County Hardware is the go to for the last minute project!
This place is my #1 go to for everything I need!!! The service is wonderful.

This past weekend I decided to repair a leaking PEX connection under our kitchen sink. Calling ahead to check on parts, Luke discussed the project in detail and assured me they had the necessary parts. Upon arrival, I was impressed that the store was beautifully maintained and everything looked like it was in stock; there were no empty spaces.
Ashley initially helped me with Luke reviewing the choices for correctness. When I went to install the fitting, the threads were not correct. I returned to the store, where Charles determined that the part in the envelope was actually not correctly labeled. The item was for a flare fitting, whereas mine was the normal type. They smoothly traded out the parts, even giving me an upgrade with a shutoff valve for my trouble.
Ceci and Destiny were the cashiers, who smoothly made the exchange with Ashley confirming the changes. They even gave me popcorn to take home to my wife (who loves popcorn).
What a great store, staff and experience.

Just visited for the first time and was immediately welcomed and offered fresh popcorn for free. Multiple associates asked if they could help my husband and I find anything. We got some firewood and an associate gave us a deal 2 packs for $14 just because. We had a great experience and will be back!
This is a good ole fashioned hardware store that reminds me somewhat of my childhood.. They have allot of different items you can't find anywhere else....u bolts of all sizes, those hard to find bolts and nuts, old fashioned metal gas cans, hard to find tarp sizes that Lowe's didn't carry, water faucet locks, oil lamps and replacement wicks, metal wash tubs, old fashioned corn brooms, wrist rocket sling shots( what we used to call them), and all sorts of things imaginable even kitchen utensils and other assorted cookware. It seems they have a little bit of everything. The guy who works there makes himself known without hovering over you the whole time you're looking around. I really appreciated that!
First of all, this place IS NOT a Lowe's or Home Depot. It's a local hardware store that sells clothing and accessories for hunting, too. The owners are friendly and persoanable which is why I like it - they are never too busy to chat or help.
I needed a new bolt for my lawnmower (the old one had fallen out.)

The man working behind the counter found the right sized bolt, nut and locking washer I needed, used his tools and put it on my mower for me in the rain.

He only made $2 on the whole transaction, but the service he provided was as if it were for $1,000. I'll never go anywhere else!
They are constantly building on their inventory. Right now I'm giving them a 4 star because their hardware selection isn't as vast as it could be. employees are ALWAYS so helpful and always have a smile. They also sell clothing, knives, cups, and etc.
