Went to this location yesterday to return shoes from my online order and they refused to take them. I ordered these shoes 11/09 and had to return them by 01/08. I started the return process via the app where it emailed me the return label and instructed me to take it to any torrid store. The return label which I was supposed to print or show them even put this locations address on it. When I got to the counter the cashier looked at them and told me these shoes were now on clearance and I couldn't get a refund anymore. I left confused because the app just processed the return and said I could return it to this store. I left out the store because they don't have signal inside I looked in the app again to confirm that I was still within the time frame and that I didn't purchase the items on clearance and went back in the store where a cashier with blue hair and glasses waited on me. I explained to her that I pulled the app back up and that I didn't purchase the items on clearance and that the app has already processed the return to this store im just supposed to be dropping them off. She also did not bother to look up the items and stated that although they weren't on clearance when I bought them that because they are now on clearance I am unable to get a refund and that even though the app says to drop it off here I could not and she instructed me to take it up with customer service. I have a recording of this conversation. I did call customer service in the parking lot and they had no idea why the workers were saying that and said I shouldn't be having a problem with dropping the shoes off there as I was still within the return time frame and they were not final sale items. I didn't go back in the store a third time as I found it pointless to go back and forth with people who didn't even take the time to look up the order number and clearly don't know torrid's return policy. I took them to a different location today and had no issues returning at all. The lady looked up the order number, scanned the shoes, and I was in and out within 5 minutes.

Nice store. Just went to pick up an order but seemed to be kept well. The Lady that was working was very helpful and friendly. Thank you.

Came here with some friends and it was a very great experience, there was a lot of very nice clothes and accessories too. I got some jewelry while I was here and I wanted to get this cute pink ruffled dress but they didn’t have my size so I ended up buying online from them instead. The two ladies that worked here were very nice and helpful and very sweet. Will definitely be back again!

Love the larger store since they relocated. I found everything I needed there. However, I wished they had the selections that were available online. Still, I'm glad they have a few brick and mortar locations left.

Went in the store to pick up a online package. The clerk was helpful, however the Manager was extremely rude. I asked the clerk if there was a rest room, she then directed me to where it was. The manager who was standing by the door stated " she can't take that bag back there.", as if I was not standing there. The Manager then proceeded to yell to another clerk that was in the back. Its a customer back here, stay back here until she leaves. How rude. If this is how lane bryant treats their customers, I will never shop there again.

Clean and nice atmosphere. The mannequins looked very nice and outfits were definitely beautiful. Clothes very organized as well. Fitting rooms were clean as well and big enough to move around in.

The customer service is high class. The ladies were so awesome assisting me even though I didn't find what I want. That alone will make me come back.

Love, love, love this store!! I love this store so much because they always have some cool mushroom (shroom) clothes. I’m a psychonaut so this is much appreciated! I also greatly appreciate how they have a large plus sized section. That way I can shop for myself and for my daughter all in the same store. Very trendy clothing. Reasonable prices for new clothes. Quality of clothes is really great too.

The manager La Vette most of the time l come in there is not a pleasant person. On Sunday around noon time, we were standing at the door looking at her standing at the register. What time are y'all going open the door after 12? The manager needs to work on her customer service skills. I went on Monday. La Vette was a little nicer. After l complain to the other manager this lady always had an attitude for years, since l have been coming to this stores. La Vette, your energy comes off negative.

My daughter had starting working there my daughter was very productive witch the man ever said she wasn’t they took a group pic and didn’t include her at all not giving her no hours no I do NOT recommend anyone to shop there 10000000 thumbs down

First time in there I was impressed. Only thing I didnt like was the fact the clothes sit so high on the wall and its hard to get them down and waiting on an associate takes awhile

Two sales associates were very friendly and helpful. It was my first time in this location and found it to be clean and well organized. They greeted everyone who entered and asked if I was ready to check out. I wanted to change something in my order and there weren’t any arguments, just rescanning they appropriate items and everything was good! Everyone was very polite and upbeat! I will be happy to return!

The new location is awesome the inside is bigger than before and the placement of merchandise is nice in all I enjoy the shopping experience in this store..

Recently I had a return/exchange to do and it went so smooth. I was happy I was able to exchange for a different size since I got such a good deal on the items.
Kristen was so accommodating especially since I am hard of hearing and have trouble with all the masks and hearing through the plexiglass because the counter. She made me feel HEARD and was so nice and made sure to speak up and help me feel the most comfortable.
I will definitely be going back to visit this store hec of how I've been treated by her and by several other ladies at this location. You all rock!! Thank you so much for all your hard work and I wish all of you the best. Thank you again!! 💛

Walked in today and felt invisible. Neither employee acknowledge my existence from the time I walked in to the time the door closed behind me as I left. However they we're extremely helpful to the other women in the store.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Sales associate, Mishele was so helpful and there was another visiting sales associate that was extremely friendly & knowledgeable. Ordered some items & was able to pick out some new merchandise as well. Will definitely be back. Kudos for a job well done ladies!

Ghetto and rude manager...didnt open the doors until 45 MINUTES after it was scheduled...had a nasty attitude about it too. Stared at me standing at the door and kept moving around the store...Cars were waiting outside wondering what was going on and she DID NOT CARE. Being African American myself...its sad to say but its ALWAYS THE BLACK WOMEN that have the nastiest attitudes ...are ghetto and unprofessional and have the eye rolling, neck twitching thing going on.I tried to reach corporate and had a hard time reaching anyone.

Lane Bryant sales plus size clothing. They start at size 12 if I'm not mistaken. If I had to rate them in terms of prices I'd go with $$$ dollar signs. A pair of jeans will run you around seventy dollars. The good thing is they generally tend to have a buy one get one fifty percent off or something like that. The store looks super clean and nicely organized. I gave it three stars only because the check out process can be a little long. The cashiers are friendly and personable with the customers and will chat them up but if your in a hurry and need to buy something and get in and out...don't come until you have time to wait in line. I usually go for Cacique there under ware line and the jewelry. The clothes are of good quality but I just can afford seventy dollars for one pair of pants.

I haven't been to a Citi Trends in yyeaarrss. It is much better organized. I didn't feel overwhelmed shopping. It was a great experience and they had more than I remember them carrying for the household. The employees were pleasant as well.

Beautiful colorful clothes in this store for sizes 12 and up. Pretty bras you won't find anywhere else. Clothes are up to date for all ages. Unique styles.
Can try on items. Great parking right in front of the store. I prefer to wait for the sales cuz it's worth the wait. The entire store was 40% off today.You've got to check them out.

Haven't been to Citi Trends in a long time and I was very happy that I stopped in. I know I will have to come back so I can get me some of the nice clothes that they have there I really like there shoes allso. I will be shopping pretty soon. Keep up the good work. GKS.

Usually I come in and workers are nice and helpful, today went in there was ladies never saw before I had 2 ladies be sweet an talking then there was one talking about someone's parenting. Couldn't hear it all an for all I know she was talking about me. Keep your opinions to yourself sweetie an if dont like retail go work somewhere else. It's not pleasant to go shopping an there be rude people if u cant be or make yourself be a people person get the hell out of retail.

Customer service was amazing. I was able to go get a couple of last minute Christmas gifts without any problems. And I got a little something for myself as well.

Normally, the customer service is fine. Today I walked in with a Citi Trends bag. I immediately was asked to check my bag in. I said no, I have a return. Get up to the counter. I am greeted, but the same young girl that asked me to check my bag, I'm presuming she was the manager, had to assist with the return. I sign the receipt. The cashier that waited on me immediately gets on the phone. I had to ask if that was it. Why? How about thank you and come again or something. Really? Customer service training NEEDED!

This is the second time I have gone into this location and have been disappointed. The employees seem uninterested and have no desire to help customers unless they can sell perfume. Not once was I asked if I needed help or was doing ok. The only time I was spoken to was when an employee gave me perfume samples. Avoid the store if you can! Side note: employees didn’t have on name tags

We went to two different rue 21in Virginia Beach area while in on vacation we hit the sale isle's hard. My favorite shirts were on sale and filled several bags full of shirts short and long sleeve sweatshirts and a few things for the girls as well. I never find this many things I like in one place both stores had great employees and we're very helpful thanks I'm all stocked up for the next year

I visit here often. I have been here before and was disappointed with the staff and the fact the clothes were not marked correctly. Today's visit was a complete surprise! I went only to pay my bill but I was greeted by two very nice young ladies and they assisted me. Tamika took my payment and told me about the sales. I bought two pairs of pants that were on clearance. So much for getting out of debt. The staff there really know how to make a customer feel welcome and they really know their product.
