What an excellent establishment! While my wife indulges in shopping, I can savor a refreshing beer. The upscale prices for the merchandise now seem completely reasonable, and I appreciate the inclusion of this bar in your store.
Well, I’m very disappointed in the new designer Burberry has hired. Bags no longer has the style/elegance, the beauty and quality it used to. I’m just going to wait until a new designer is hired otherwise no Burberry for me.
Girls in the shop are rude and impolite. They should change jobs and not be in contact with customers. I feel sorry for the owner who sees the turnover decline and customers fleeing due to poorly behaved staff. I got a poor store experience !

They did not refund me after an item went out of stock prior to arriving to my apartment. They would not pick up my calls either even though I called them many, many times.
I had the best experience here today. I rarely ever leave reviews when I shop but the ladies here were so friendly and kind. They went out of their way to make sure I was able to find what I wanted and the style manager went above and beyond to really help me out. The sweetest group of ladies, thank you for making this a memorable visit!

Me and the wife are from out of town and had to check this place out first hand . All in all a great experience . Got a quick tour around by Veronica ( I believe ), told the rules and given a free drink card for each of us . We thoroughly enjoyed the different themed rooms , the outdoor heated pool in January is super awesome . Didn’t find too many pushy single males most are fairly respectful will likely be back again . Thanks for a great time !!! On a side note though the drinks are way too expensive and when I was waiting for my wife to get her towel on upstairs I had a staff member approach and ask “ are you up here with your partner “ . This same staff member, had just served us downstairs 5 minutes prior . Was kind of off putting for me a bit . I know they have rules and I like that they are enforced but also common sense should come in as well . So tips for newcomers , pre drink or you’re in for an expensive night and stand beside your partner all night . Won’t deter us from going back but just putting out the only two downsides to our night .
I had a great experience here on Tuesday. I was buying a super puff snug for the first time, Jay (I think that’s his name, he was working in the super puff section) went above and beyond ensuring that I receive the jacket I wanted (they didn’t have it in store). Jay and his fellow worker communicate as they called several stores across Canada with attempt to find my jacket. For the time I had to wait, they gave me a token to receive a free coffee.

Bad costumer service experience. The store refused to exchange a pair of pants that my husband gifted to me. I didn’t have the receipt, but they could confirm my husband’s purchase in the system and I saved the tags after just trying the pants on. The stuff (pants and shirt) run a bit small, so I wanted a size up. Because I just tried the pants and the tag was not placed as the original one, the store rejected to exchange. Despite speaking with customer service, they still refused to exchange the gift. So I am not using this gift, which was about 200 dollars.

Staff was amazing especially the bar tender with the long moustache, (super professional and very respectful for the way he serves drinks) and the security guard always made us feel very safe and comfortable! 11/10 experience, pool was amazing too!

Really great experience, friendly staff - was helped by a lovely girl (sorry, I don't remember the name) who assisted me with picking out an outfit and a few small gifts for my sister. I had questions about sizing and fit she was able to answer for me and they offered instructions for caring for each piece as well. I will be back!
This review is based on my online purchase since it doesn’t allow me to write reviews on the website. Purchased a bunch of things during their sale. Unfortunately, most of the items were a miss. I love that a majority of their products are 100% cotton, but the fabric on most of the pieces are not very soft or stretchy. The quality seems very low grade. For the price point, I’d expect higher quality.
I enjoyed window shopping here when there was still Toys R Us. I haven't been to this mall in a while, but it looks nice after it got renovated. The only thing that got on my nerves were the noisy children tonight.
The two wonderful gentlemen working the photo counter were incredible kind, patient and helpful. They even taught me new tricks with my Google Drive. I hope management of store and head office ask them for how they so easily turn customer frowns upside down and parry our issues into solutions. Well done gents!

Consider twice when shopping for this company. I have a friend who works for the company and we decided to go to the shopping centre during the weekend and visited a few stores and afterwards stopped by Aritzia. I ended up just trying few things on and she ended up spending over $800 and wanted to use her employee discount at a checkout. I was standing next to her when I saw how much the clerks and manager humiliated my dear friend in front of me. Once she mentioned she works for a company on checkout the friendly face of store employee changed to aggressive and she called the manager right away. Manager took her to the side and scolded her for not “following the company rules”, which my friend was never instructed on. I saw manager telling my friend that as an employee she is not allowed to shop on weekends, use the dressing room unless there are no customers nearby, not allowed to use any assistance from store clerks and anything she tries on needs to be returned back to the floor by her. She also need to let the manager know when she arrives and manager would decide IF SHE IS ALLOWED TO SHOP. Also, manager had to walk both of us out of the store and check her bag next to the exit, while I was never checked. I saw my friend tearing up due to the humiliation she was put through. I was beyond shocked by the way company treats people who work for them as criminals and second class people even on their day off.

95% of the store offers just clothes and objects for girls/women. My point here is that when I check the website, I can verify a lot of nice clothes, bags, and accessories for men, but it does not happen if I go directly in that unit. Cool store but need to improve men department.
When you have to pat down your employees and lift your pant legs there are something seriously wrong with this community and then when I question the manager about doing this she laughed at me how do you hire people and not trust them I was thoroughly disgusted I will not shop here again

I went to apply my daughter’s health card. Sanvra attended me on counter 2, He answered all my random questions with having a smile on his face. I was just here on a first time visit. I was with my lady for my birthday this past weekend. We had a blast. It was very comfortable and we played in many different areas of the building. I would definitely recommend and will likely be back soon.
I have just been racially profiled at this Walmart. The common insulting habit of store associates asking Black customers to see receipts of items in their personal shopping bags. I had just come from Canadian Tire with a toilet seat, in a visibly non-Walmart shopping bag. Shopped using the cart placing Walmart items besides my bag, removed items to be cashed out, paid for them. As I was packing Walmart items into my shopping bag the associates asks to see the receipt of the toilet seat. It doesn’t matter whether you carry the same item as the one in my bag, you have no right to think I am carrying it from your store without paying for it just because I’m black. What a demeaning way to treat Black customers, especially because this Walmart is in Etobicoke where there are a lot of newcomers, immigrants who can easily be harassed by such associates. Walmart, train your employees on micro-agressions, subconscious bias because these are all acts of racism. Do better.

They have a very rude staff and their manager JOEY doesn’t know how to deal with their customers. They do not write anything clearly on their receipts about the return and exchange policies. BUYING FROM HERE NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. Other stores have 30-40% discounted prices than them.

My visits to the Oasis Aqualounge throughout the summer were filled with sweet drinks, relaxation, and fun. The staff are friendly, enthusiastic, and courteous to guests. I will never get tired of their hot tub and dry sauna. Congratulations on acquiring another patron to the club, I'm going to keep coming back here!
Nice local community mall nice to see what they are doing with part of the former Walmart space by having a known credible national retailer like winners in there rather a fly by night retailer like they did after Walmart. Now all they need is a decent food court with more choices

My favorite location of this chain. Has lots of staff members present and there is usually ample parking on the weekends. On today's visit there were a lot of empty shelves. There seems to be a bit of a supply chain issue in the area lately, and this location of Walmart seems to be rather heavily affected.

Not being able to pick out my size on the rack — and instead ask someone to go look for my items downstairs — made me feel like an unwanted customer.
Why should someone looking for a larger size that Kotn carries have a different in store experience than other customers? Why doesn’t Kotn want its larger sizes displayed in the store?

I've bought so much from this place and love the brand ethos. I dock stars for one important reason - they do not accept returns on final sale items and they're very strict about this policy. Considering I've been a customer for years it's frustrating especially as a curvy person. Their models on the website are generally very thin and lacks the body diversity required to assess if an article of clothing would fit in a certain way. I understand the brands extremely ethical stance on many things as an environmentalist myself, but basically if you're plus size or curvy -- do not buy online. Come in store.

Be 100% sure before you buy anything, because returns are a disaster. I went to return some pants and left because the the separate (lower-staffed) line for returns was insane, snaking around the store. Came back a week later at an off-peak time and my return was rejected because it was one day past the 30-day return window. ONE DAY. The same pants are hanging on the rack for sale, but no matter, computer says no. That's it. At a properly run store a manager would override this (esp since I did try to come earlier), but this is Zara.
Where do I begin, it’s all fabulous at this place. The staff are very helpful and clean all areas perfectly. They care, and are super fun. This environment truly is sex positive. Being a single lady new to the club visiting from out of town I was as comfortable as if I’d been always going there. Elegantly decorated, all amenities necessary were easily accessible, questions were readily answered. Open Mic was awesome thanks to the all inclusive welcoming vibes. The Dungeon was the perfect place to explore some new desires. I am 100% I would come back over and over again. Toronto LS community is Epic thanks. Hugs Tonsalove

I clearly showed my discount but the cashier did not apply it to my order. I am very disappointed by the unjust price and I will not be shopping here again.
Went in for a return/exchange, let me just say that the store was a complete disaster. Clothes on the floor, in the wrong spot, not folded, hangars on the floor, used/dirty Starbucks cups on the shelves. Disgraceful. Also, the staff is not friendly at all. Never shopping at this location. Gross.
Purchased a shirt that was stained and had many little hairs from the previous wearer. This was the last item in stock at the store so I was unable to get a clean one. I was told I would not be able to get a discount and there was no offer to ship a clean item. The staff here were very nice but Zara’s policies are terrible, it shouldn’t be an issue for a well established company to offer a discount on one item. Won’t be shopping at Zara again.

I wish I could give zero to this store. Today June 22nd at 5 pm, I handed an item to cashier for return. The first scan didn’t go through and she scanned it for the second time and processed to the next return item. I was still at the store that I received the confirmation email for all items that I returned except that one. When I told them about it, they asked me to call the customer service (with an impatient tone) instead of checking their system and inventory. The cashier who looked quite frustrated gave me a look and refused to help. I talked to the manager and she did absolutely nothing but being bored by the issue. She said to call the customer service and left. Nobody cared about the issue that they were responsible for. This is not the first time having refund issue in this store. They are absolutely careless and unhelpful.
Very bad return service. Today, June 19th, 12:45 pm, the person at the return counter - did you purposely handled only 2 people in 25 minutes with limited products, 1 had 2 clothes and other had around 3. There got a huge line up and few employees were just roaming around in store with ipad and doing little things trying to ignore the customer line up. Great! Never coming back to this location.
So why operate the store to have customers shop when your just going to block aisles with skids and product. Pretty sure it’s a fire hazard, not only that boxes higher up and wrapped for safety so if you bump it they could possibly fall. Not a good idea for evening shoppers the store still has two hours before it closes
ordered an item for pickup and used a $5 off coupon. The website said the item was in stock so I placed the order and arrived at the store once I got the pickup ready email. They said the item I ordered was sold out and when I asked if I could get a refund and my $5 coupon/credit back, the manager said no. Why did I come to this store all the way from Newmarket to pick up something that wasn’t communicated that it was out of stock AND lose a $5 coupon over it? They didn’t try to even put it on a gift card or allow me to choose something similar. AVOID!!
Probably the worst Aritzia location I’ve ever been to, truly. The staff here are bottom of the barrel. Pierina who I believe is the manager is condescending and just has no idea what’s going on. Kait has good style and makes great picks but as a style advisor has ghosted me, not followed through on orders made, flopped on PSAs, just unprofessional all around. I had one interaction with Julia and honestly it was rude, not helpful at all. I did overhear Pierina barking orders at her so possibly just a bad mood. If you want anything from the staff here it’s not the location to go to.
Additionally, the stock and selection isn’t great. Just overall the worst Aritzia you could go to. Their only redeeming quality is the convenience of the location.

All the other reviews seem to care about the staff, so I'm going to address the clothes. High quality fabrics with excellent fit and finish, style a step above Adidas, Lululemon, and Nike on fitness gear. Prices are a premium over many other brands, but seem appropriate for the quality.

I went in store to purchase a turtleneck which I saw online on their website. The store had a limited selection on menswear but the friendly associates helped me place an order in store. I am really impressed by the staff, the fast and free shipping (took only 2 days), and moreover the quality of the product that I received! Definitely recommend Kotn and it has now become my to-go place to get clothes 😃 I also loved the store interiors, especially the cozy seating area near the changing rooms which give it a vibe of a boutique store!

It's a family day. I walked into Aritzer on queen street & received a few warm greeting from the staffs. The store was clean with combination of winter and spring collections. I love some of the new items with the uplifting colors. With the staffs help, I got both top and pants. I am happy with the purchase and Service. Will go back !

I arrived in the early morning at this Walmart location. It’s always great to do the shopping at the first hour of opening because the shelves are always full. There are no empty shelves and the floor is well polished. Walmart is always a top notch retailer in the world and I always have high regards to its management. Highly recommended.

The store is very beautiful and aesthetically very pleasing..great job by the merchandising manager. The products are very well displayed and color coordinated. It is on 2 floors. Has some very unique products. Would recommend if you want to add some style to your wardrobe.

Good Life is fitnesses centre.Canadian Tire is one of the very big Canadian chain store. There are 02 banks are also here e.g CIBC banking service centre and BMO ( Bank of Montreal ) A very big parking approximately 2000 cars can be parked at a time.
Great store for essential and basic clothing items. I found two beautiful dresses on sale while looking at the new summer collection.

The general set-up and display in the store was simple and straightforward. I wasn't made to feel rushed or pressured into buying anything. I found what I liked and was shown the fitting rooms.

I was pleasantly surprised when I went in this store a couple weeks ago. They had some sale signage that caught my attention walking by and I'd already been to multiple higher end stores unsuccessfully trying to find some basic/classic warm sweaters. All 4 styles I tried I loved, were on for a great price ($65 total after tax for all 4), I bought all 4 AND the sales staff were really friendly and helpful. I guess I expected less customer service or quality products because of the price point of the store and all around I was wrong! I would definitely go back for core basic wardrobe essentials.
Joe Fresh is a great combination of sleepwear, lounge wear, actives, casuals, and relaxed semi formal for women, men and children. It's much better than the Gap for their range of fit and sizes and for quality which is superior with a much more range of versatility.
A big shout out to their staff who is not only helpful but kind, friendly and endearing. I have only ever had positive experiences.

They have a variety of fashion for every style you may like, as well as a decent size selection. The staff are very helpful in a personable way that really does leave a small town store feel with a lasting impression. I was also given some very helpful advice, which really paid off!! I highly recommend this store for the trendy or thrifty because their clothes are gorgeous and the prices are very affordable.
I love that I can find cotton clothing here. I also love that I can use my PC Points here too. There sales are great too. I picked up 2 coats, a jacket, a sweater and a shirt all for $107! And $100 was in points, so I only actually paid $7 for everything.
Called in advance and placed my items on hold. Went in and everything was put aside for me. Great friendly staff showed me other similar items. They gift wrapped very nicely and also gave me a choice of different colors for the bow. Very satisfied with this location.

Joe Fresh is a good location if you're looking for well made merchandise at a fair price. Pros also include a fairly wide selection of clothing and accessories, from decent quality sunglasses to swimwear and beyond. Also from experience I have found the layout to be easy to navigate. Another thing Joe Fresh excels at is comfort throughout their product line. All in all my visits have always worked out without any issues. For this reason I would highly recommend this location. ✬✬✬✬✬
