THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I placed an order at the Robson St. store to be shipped to my address, only to find out the next day that the cashier had entered the wrong shipping address. When I called the store, they did nothing to help and told me to contact customer service instead. I called customer service multiple times, spending over an hour in total on hold, and still couldn’t speak to an agent! I don't understand why I have to waste my time and energy fixing the mistake they made. I will never shop at Footlocker again!

The Asian female staff with glasses and black hair is RUDE
Her teammate forgot to give us a bag we PAID for, but he was busy with other customers so we politely asked her for the bag WITH our receipt. She just tossed the bag our way after checking the receipt without even looking at us.
They weren’t busy. No lineups. She was fixing shoes boxes at the cashier counter. If she didn’t want to help customers then she should have stayed at the back.

Ordered shoes on their website and paid ~$20 for their 2-business-day delivery to make sure the shoes would arrive before my backpacking trip.
It's been a week and no shoes in sight. Delivery is currently scheduled for next week, exactly 10 days after shipping. Very disappointed by this "premium" delivery service.
Only thing that Foot Locker did (after I contacted their support myself) was to refund my shipping fee. I did not receive any apology, store credit nor discount for the inconvenience.
Do not use their paid delivery service, it's not reliable.

Daniel was super nice and the most helpful person! Super kind and knowledgeable. My only issue was the girl at till took well over 10 mins to ring me up as she was repeatedly typing the wrong thing in the computer which made it difficult for me to check out. Props to Daniel! Guess it was me being naive, but I came here trying to find Adidas running shoes. Why are they so hard to find in stores here?!

Fabulous staff, great prerolls and a great little space to come have some dabs :) found it a few months ago unaware it was an actual dab bar while grabbing some flower - and myself back often as I live nearby. Highly recommend to tourists ! (Bring cash sometimes the debit machine is down!)
For the ones that are in love with three liners, well this is where you should be. The store is large and fancy, compared to to other adidas clothings. The outside of the store however is usually filled with random homeless drunks. Inside you can find all type of adidas shoes specifically the Y3 exclusive models and inclusive colors and sizes. staffs are friendly and helpful.
Stood around for about 7 minutes with a shoe in my hand actively trying to get someone’s attention for a size. The store was not busy but the younger staff were dilly dallying and 100% ignoring me. A more mature lady who was actually busy finally clocked me and was excellent. But yikes if it weren’t for her I would give zero stars. Love my shoes tho
I love this store because of the excellent service they always give me. I'm so overwhelmed with the variety and staff help me to pick up a perfect christmas gift. I totally recommend this store.
Bryan was Amazing helping me decide between snowboard boots fitting them and heat moulding them. Also Dianne helped show me the rings that go into the side! Amazing experience would recommend!
Last time I went in there was like, 3-5 years ago. I remember the old guy behind the till growled or snarled at me. I thought it was a racial thing but based on these reviews, it probably wasn't. Anyways, I give them a little credit. That's a hard area to work in.
After having an initial negative customer service experience with pacific boarders online service, they contacted me and made everything right. I appreciate their dedication to keeping customers happy, and will continue to get my ski and surf gear from them.🤙

Everything was a 5/5 except my one interaction with one of your staff named Aidan that was in last night.
I was being helped by a super friendly gentlemen, he was helping me find a pair of snowboarding boots. He told me If I put my board down (that I was buying) super gently and to stand on it, it would be fine (which I only stood on about 5/10% of my weight). Then Aiden was beside us and immediately started yelling at myself and his co worker. This was embarrassing, unprofessional, and definitely not how you treat your staff or guests. My boyfriend, friend, and myself were in complete shock at how staff could yell at guests right in the public. The right thing to do was have a nice QUIET chat with him after and just follow up/remind him on the rules. The only reason why I didn’t argue back was because I did not want to embarrass the other staff who told me to stand on the board. I understand that it might be a rule, but the staff let me do it and I didn’t even ask. Aiden, please learn to communicate in a healthy way and show kindness/respect to everyone.

Wanted to get back into skateboarding after a very long time. Mike helped me out with getting a new board, super friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Couple days later brought a friend back to get him a new board and Mike was there again and once again was super dope.
Today we have got first skateboard for our daughter at The Boardroom. Had amazing experience being helped to choose right board and equipment. We also got tips and tricks to get started! Huge thanks!

I went to buy a new pair of shoes because mine broke while walking. They upcharged the samba price by 2.5x and charged me $280 for original sambas (they cost $130 on adidas online) they then said it was final sale after the purchase was made and had no mention of it prior. I didn’t realize the price and then was stuck not able to return them to get reg price online. They have no contact number and don’t let you leave a message so I’m stuck with a $280 pair of reg sneakers. I got legally scammed lmao.

Now if you want great service and great products, this is the place for you. Only issue is if you're driving there, there's a bit of a problem with trying to find parking. If they had some sort of parking lot they would have 5 stars all day.
Experience is a hit or miss depending on who is behind the counter. One particular guy was always grumpy and rude when inquiring about their products, and seemed very bothered that we were in the store. Everyone else was friendly and helpful.
can see by other commenters that i’m not the only one who experienced such a negative attitude from the old white man working there, i travel frequently so i’ve had my fair share of rude and uncomfortable people. But never have I entered in and immediately felt like I was crossing a line- looked at the first rack at the door and was basically told off, so wondered to look more and the back and he immediately went to the rack i touched and wiped away at the jerseys like i was contaminating it. Man may have had a lame jersey business here for years but i can guarantee he’s miserable and not educated at all.
I love the products in this store, but the security personelle here are intimidating (especially the middle aged female one). She follows me around & makes me feel uncomfortable. Its fairly heavy-handed & does not make for a welcoming environment where I want to spend my hard earned money. I drop a decent amount here each time I enter & yet still "the shadow" watches my every move. I would probably come in more often to spend, but her looming presence makes me avoid the store.

Went in to buy a hockey jersey. Clerk there was not very friendly and seemed to be bothered when I was there.

Not only did he provide me with excellent product recommendations, but he also shared a wealth of knowledge and fun background intro of the snowboard brand that I chose.
Rodrigo was polite, patient and easy to communicate with. He made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. Thank you for this good experience of shopping ~

Unfortunately recently we had a fire incident which led to damage to my brand new Salomon, and he helped me to get a store credit, and what touched me is that, he ask me to make sure nothing serious happened to my family or home.

A decent place to score all your snowboard and skate needs. Prices aren't to bad , however, some stuff is a little over priced but at the same time they have some great deals on stuff so there is a good balance in there. I was super stoked to find a pair of Red Dragon jeans that I had been looking for here. There shipping is generally pretty fast but when I ordered something for store pick up it takes 3 to 6 days for that phone call to pick it up. Something seems off about that. In store pick up to me means they have it in stock and should able to pick it up next day. Other than that I wouldn't hesitate to spend money there if they had something that caught my eye.
Large store with various choices. The first floor is for kids and women. Upstair is for men. I like Nike Air and Jordan sneakers, will keep update their latest designs.
For now, it’s much easier to find more fantastic models in South Korea. If you go to Korea anyway, you’d feel nothing exciting here.

Great service at this place! Went to get my first pair of snowboarding boots and I didn't even know my size yet. Tyler helped me try on 4 sizes before we found the right fit and he also gave me some pointers when looking for the right boots. very happy with my purchase!
Went to this store on Boxing Day . As expected it was crowded and busy. I was looking for new snowboard pants and was clearly struggling to find the right size for my height and weight. Kasha was very helpful as she was able to find 4 different pairs that fitted me perfectly. I appreciate her hard work and help. I also want to mention that staff at the cash register were very attentive and helpful as well. Thank you team 😍
I was pretty disappointed with a neighbouring board shop so I walked into the boardroom to check it out and the customer service absolutely blew me away. Everyone there was super helpful, they have plenty of staff so the wait times for help are minimal, and the staff really know what they’re talking about. Not to mention, they price match. I highly recommend this store. I dealt with a few of the guys there and they were all great, but one stood out (I never got his name but he had long dark hair and wore a cap) for outstanding customer service. Very excited to try my new snowboard boots!
The staff that helped me was so kind and genuine and made the experience so much easier. Tried all three stores in the area and ended up coming back here. Really tried to understand what I needed and how I was as a rider.
This place offers great service and gears. Because of the Thanksgiving sale,I bought a full set. Phil was an absolute delight in helping me find the perfect gears. He is also a passionate snowboarder. I will recommend this place to any friend any day.

What I love most about this store is the manager Szee-Won Lee. Not only is she super nice and helpful but she also cares about real customers getting the shoe releases they want and preventing the resellers from buying them all up. What sucks is that those resellers are the ones who write the bad reviews about her on this page. The selection of shoes here is fantastic and the store is well laid out. The guy on the door was also very polite and helpful answering all my questions about the retro 1 marina blues I was after. Also huge bonus they were playing Tupac when I was there - the goat. Great store, manager and staff. Highly recommended.
I once purchased a messenger bag from this store a number of years ago with intention to replace an older messenger bag that was falling apart, only for this bag's support buckles, WHICH WERE MADE OF PLASTIC, to fail the 1-gallon stress test as I was leaving the store. I tried to get an exchange/refund on this product saying they sold me a faulty product, but the store's employees were very rude, refused to exchange the item, and what's worse, placed the blame squarely onto me. I also discovered that these stores will charge a debit fee on your card if you're paying with a debit card. Also their owner, Marc Emery, is a nasty person, too. Because of all these factors, I will never visit a Cannabis Culture store ever again.

One of the best selection of NHL jerseys in the Downtown Vancouver area. Owner is an awesome and nice person! Called for Kraken and Maple Leafs Adidas Jerseys, and their response was always quick and effective.
Given all the places you can buy the exact same gear from, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. This place has no integrity. I ordered a Dakine surf leash online and they sent me a defective leash with a missing pin (see picture). Even though I received it less than 30 days ago and have never used it, they won't honour their return policy and give me a refund or exchange. Their response: There is nothing we can do. Really? I can think of something…How about accepting a return or exchange!? Now I have to try and make a warranty claim from the manufacturer. I've never heard of a store refusing a to return an item that was defective at sale and never used. Don't risk getting ripped off like I did and shop elsewhere.
New to snowboarding so I needed all the gear to get me started. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience at the store. Chase helped me for 2 hours making sure I got all the gear I needed to go snowboarding the next day. He’s super knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. I wasn’t up-sold at all, he showed me all the products that suited my level of experience. Chase even helped me carry all the gear I purchased to my car a block away. I would highly recommend this store!
