Excellent services n products from Hong Kong Japan and Korea
This is the store for your everyday needs to occasional indulgence in food or accessories! Their staff is very friendly and helpful. I’ve always had a great time browsing through SeoulC9’s selections of recommended products for home and personal use. They host Live events to showcase some of their newly arrived food/snack items which I find very enticing to shop for hard to find items that may not be available in the grocery stores. It has always been a fun shopping experience with SeoulC9 :)

The product with the quality and price is good, but the customer service is really bad experience
1. online bought the coat, and can't return it in the store, need to pay $10 for shipment to return the product.
2. ask for the price match they can't do it even have the receipt that they can't do it for you. the way the manager told me REALLY NOT pleasant.
As a customer, I don't know how you run your internal system, but the come out made me have a bad experience.

Although this store is from Asia, I don't really like the baggy/loose style clothing that they have. I prefer clothing that is more tight-fitting. I've bought some stuff here and there over the years, such as gloves and scarves. But overall the style isn't for me, and the quality is just average. They used to have $5 coupons on the app, but don't see them anymore.
Came here for dress shirts and was blown away at the quality and their stock level of all sizes. Love their self check out system as you don't need to scan each individual item. Just put you basket down on their tray and it will automatically populate all of your items on screen.
Honestly great experience, they have samples to try on for every product. They have a really nice type of t-shirt that will keep you cool called AIRism, feels really good

Great location with good services. They have good available of stocks and sizes. The store is decently spaced which I appreciate during Covid time. The alteration service was very fast and efficient as I got my pants altered in just an hour. Staff was helpful and attentive.

It’s a store with a little bit of everything like skincare, haircare, snacks and household products. Prices are very reasonable. Their business hours are from Tuesday to Sunday from noon to 6pm, Monday is closed.
