A good mall on the smaller size. Some good variety of stores, both retail andnfood court. Major issue though is too many vacant spots for years now.

I went to Max at lake mall branch today.I used to go shopping there but today I was very unsatisfied at billing section..I didn't like the behaviour of the billing service lady at all.She was talking so much with her colleagues and thats why she was not able to settle my bill and I paid for the carry bag but she was so busy to talking that she gave me the dress without carry bag.So disappointed..

I used to be a regular buyer from Bazar Kolkata , specially at their new market branch, kolkata.
Here at Belgharia, this unit is new one but what surprissed me this year is their new shop interior and obiously the collection, its truely affordable and products are also good. One with some limited budget should definetly visit this unit.

Last month I went to this to the Bata store opp Quest Mall. I couldnt find my size of shoes and the salesman there forced me to opt for a home delivery option. I was sceptical at first, but the salesman assured me that it will be of the right size and quality. Well the shoes arrived two days later than the expected time and they were given in a horrible condition. The packet was totally tempered and the shoes looked very poor quality, so I went to the store again to replace them with another one.. This time the salesman behaved very impolitely and and they were refusing and delaying the replacement. They behaved as if they had no connection with the online delivery of products and after the billing when I asked for a bank to carry the shoes, they said that they had their policy of buying the paper bags from them. Previously I went to the Bata store in Esplanade region multiple times but they always behaved very professionally and politely and always provided bags with the shoes. I don’t know how to showrooms of the same brand can have two different policies of bags.
Mani Square mall is a good place to visit. There is car parking facility. 1st 15 mnts is free then 30 rs. / hr.

It's okay. You will find a lot of varieties but sometimes you might get lucky and you might get good things at a decent price.
I went to purchase a school shoe , the product was not at showroom . Smartly their salesman told me you can order it online you will get in your address. I ordered it and paid cash, but now it 1 week went I have not got my parcel and now they are not refunding ....Really very bad experience.
The store is located on the 2nd Floor of Lake Mall, close to Rash Bihari more. The store is very big and they have a wide range of collections for Mens, Women's and Kids. Also they have facilities if you don't get the perfect size in store, you can place the online order from the store itself.
Very crowded place. Low area but contains a huge number of stocks. On the ground floor you can get to the textile centre and on the first floor there is a grocery and appliances zone. The groceries are very beautifully maintained and fresh. But the prices of the appliances are very high. But the stock of the garments zone is very huge and pocket friendly. In a nutshell it is a good place for shopping daily goods and clothes.

They are selling duplicate products in name of Bata. I would suggest everyone please check your product before purchasing from this place. Such a bad experience. Staffs misleading us and gave us duplicate product.
Very good cloth store for lower middle class, middle class people. Various types of clothes (gents, ladies , kids ) are available within low to medium price ranges. Collections are good. Staff behaviour is also good. Only problem I see there is the space. Also the location is not good. Otherwise it is absolutely value for money store.
Elegant and glossy. No doubt looks like a wonderland full of colour and attractions. But stepping out a bit, the real India can be found in the pavements, tea stalls and the crowd. The Food Court is good and economical.

Billing system is worst. Nothing special cloth are very normal better to visit H&M Bhawanipur for good collection. They developed a mobile app and asking to pay and via app which is worst again. Never visit
Was exceedingly happy with the service. My ingrowing toe nail was well dealt with. Pleasant and clean environment. However the large chair could have a cushion and the foot massage at the end could be for a little longer !!!!!

After wearing one day, it gets to difficult to walk. So when i went there after few days, they were like we cant change it and all.

Love the place. Huge collection and variations. There is issue with the prize range. Over all good experience.
The exteriors of the place looks nice. Bought slippers here today. The fitting and quality is good. Staff service is just okay. Don't know why but the cashier didn't procure a bill when I paid by card. When I asked about the product warranty, he asked for my phone number but I didn't receive an e-bill. Hope I do not have to go through any hassle in case I need to exchange the product within 3 months.
Nicely revamped, with parking inside, it was very convenient. We'd gone to buy school shoes, black and white. The staff was very polite and helped us through with sizes very patiently. The guy getting the sizes out took a little time, but all in all it was a very good experience. Would have given it 4 stars, but 5 for the parking.

Mostly third graded materials are sold and the price range is hilariously higher. Except 2 or 3 staffs, all are arrogant and ill-behaved. Buying from this place is not a wise option. Insteed, visit the local shops as per your product requirement and support local business.
It located on 3rd floor of Kolkata new market building . This is a cosmetics shop. Any product from this shop you can get at affordable price.
Store is average nothing exception to talk about. What needs an improvement is professional approach of support staff. There is plenty scope for improvement and training on customer handling and customisation.
Revisited the shop after 2 years. It seems better with customer dealings, range has improved, prices has sky rocketed, but am happy with customised approach of sales force.

This is a very neat and clean Shopping Centre. You can go and try there clothes and Groceries item. Price tag of product almost same as per market. Quality of the product is pretty good. Staff behaviour is so polite. This is a viraat Bazaar for maximum type of product. Road is very congested In front of this Shopping Centre.

A standard shopping mall for fulfilling your day to day requirements. It has a moderate collection of clothing products, grooming products, daily household requirement products and a good supply of grocery and food items. Prices are OK. Located near Belgharia Railway station, it is one of the most crowded places and so it attracts a lot of customers on a busy day. Overall it's a good place for solving your day to day grocery needs.

Newly opened. Quality and collection of the clothing product may disappointed you. But you can buy the household and everyday goods in cheaper then other shopping mall. Easy to notice and it located in front of belghoria auto stand and near belghoria railway station.
