We had been on the hunt for the perfect matching bands for months, and Hassan went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for. His knowledge and expertise made the process seamless, and he patiently guided us through the options until we found the perfect pieces.

Momoko is very kind and knowledgeable about the products. The store has a gorgeous design and the staff are always welcoming to everyone.

I was shopping for a ring for my wife and only had a vague idea as to style/size etc. I had the good fortune to meet Barbora, who made the process so enjoyable. Her knowledge, her assistance, her understanding of what I was trying to achieve, her patience was all incredible. As the ring was a surprise we returned a week later to check the size and style, and once again Barbora took all the time in the world and eventually we found "The Ring". Through the entire process, Barbora made the event all so much better and enjoyable.

Completely over priced and online service is garbage very disappointed I was trying to buy my mom a Mother’s Day gift I ended up being very disappointed 👎🏻 people in store very racist also such shame.

Nasi is amazing. She knows how to make a customer return again with her professionalism and expertise.

I visited the store on April 3 2024. The staff were all unattentive. No greeting when entering the store, no one asked if help was needed until I asked one of the staffs to start a fitting room, no one came to ask how we were doing in the fitting room. The staffs were just gathered together chitchatting and laughing loudly.
Horrible customer service.
Meanwhile the customer service in the Aritzia store in Yorkdale was great. It was just the Bababton store.

Radbod Nakhaei. Yesterday I called from NYC looking for a pair of sandals 👡. He tooks his time to help me even called back. He was so so pleasant to help ☺ . Really appreciate his efforts. Thank you again.

The service at this location is horrible! Not a single customer in the store and the staff here is just chatting to each other about Valentine’s Day plans….. had to get my own size from the change room. What a disappointment.

Highly recommend Bulgari Yorkdale for gifts shopping. I’ve met a truly amazing and caring person Nasi (SOON WAN SHARON KI) who made my visits feel welcomed and appreciated. Nasi is a great saleswoman and I always end up going for more😂 She presented me with some necklaces that I see in my dreams now😘😍

Lisa in particular was very helpful today. She went out of her way to look for an item that I wanted. After searching the store for a long time, she didn't find it but was able to order it for me. She also helped me with advice on certain outfits. I really appreciated her patience and courtesy for trying to help me. It is rare these days to find a staff member that goes the extra mile for their customers. She deserves a raise!! The other staff members pretty much ignored me.

Love the service here!! They are awesome and have such a wide range and variety of bags and the prices are actually reasonable I highly recommend for Christmas shopping and shopping for moms gifts! One of the staff is super exceptional his name is a Flavio who has always helped me to find the best for my moms gifts and has always given the best service and client help there is!! Last week, I made a purchase of earrings and necklace. However, when I went to the store today to have the color changed, I had a rather unpleasant experience with the lady who assisted me. Her behavior made me feel unwelcome and unappreciated, as if I was being treated unfairly due to my race. This feeling was further intensified when I observed her treating other customers in varying manners.

Lacoste Sherway provided me with a the best shopping experience I ever had! Lorenzo G the store manager, was very helpful and friendly. The store had an excellent organization, and the merchandise was of exceptional quality while priced reasonably; I highly endorse this place and recommend it! Had the best shopping experience I have ever had. I went in (very) last minute to find a few outfits for a new job after working from home for almost 5 years. Lexi, Angela and another girl (sorry, I didnt get her name) were super sweet and put a few outfits together for me in a change room. Being overwhelmed as I was, they went the extra mile checking in every few minutes for every article of clothing I tried on and gave me their honest feedback and suggestions. I had spent almost 4 hours at the mall without any luck, until my husband pointed out this store. The girls were literally a God-send and I wanted to share my experience with management as this should be the gold standard in terms of customer service. Im on my way to work now and had to leave this review as I so happy with my outfit and wanted to acknowledge the level of care from the staff here. Thanks so much!

Arthur us the only associate deserving 5 stars in the store. I pass by every week or two just to check any deals and new arrivals. And if I’m checking anything out it takes me 5 mins to grab someone’s attention. and it gets busy, but it doesn’t take much to say ‘hi’. Arthur always say hi as I walk in, there to answer any questions, or a simple ‘I’ll be with you in 2 mins ‘. Will be back to shop only with him

Got assisted by a staff, think her name is Lan. She was very friendly and helpful, providing me with advices on what shirt to pick as I had a hard time choosing and differentiating between the shirts and styles. Appreciate her help, I’ll shop again!

I went to shop at this location before the rush of Mothers day. I usually read the reviews online before I go to a shop. Most of the reviews were negative towards the staff. I was hesitant to shop at this location at first as I did not want to be treated poorly in a place where I am going to spend my money. Luckily, when I visited, I was welcomed by a very nice gentleman called Radbod. Two other gentlemen assisted me during my visit and they were very helpful throughout the whole process. They helped me find the right purse for me and finalize my purchase. When I was ready to pay, they asked me to relax on a couch while they took care of the paperwork. They took their time to wrap and package my bag nicely. When they were done, they brought me my bag, my receipt and a portable credit card machine so I can pay for my purchase. Based on this experience, I cannot complain about the service. Definitely coming back to shop here in the future.

The styles are always up to trend, and the variety is always more than sufficient. The clothing styles are appropriate for work or party wear because they are classy. The quality is great for the price, and staff are helpful in finding alternative sizes and styles. AND Babaton is a Canadian company that is doing well!!

Great customer service! Mary and Daniel were so kind and helpful. I bought an item online, the fit wasn't that good and they really helped me with the exchange in-store, and even offered me some other great deals.

Just bought a crossbody leather bag from this store. I’m a new customer so I don’t know what to choose. Then an staff member approached - i believe his name was Daniel and offered me all kind of bags. I was so happy that I found one which I really like as a gift for Christmas. I had a great shopping experience with Ella. She was very friendly and professional - not to mention she is stellar at styling. She recommended pieces to me that were relevant with what I was looking for and didn't overflow my fitting room with the entire store. I usually try and avoid Aritzia stores, as I find that most of the employees are either not friendly, or make you feel pressured to buy something. If you're looking for a great, relaxed experience, I would highly recommend visiting Ella at the Babaton store! I will be going back to see her to do some more shopping!

I've always been a huge fan of TB purses and I love the selection at this location! My experience with the staff was great- they helped me find the purses I was looking for and left me to try on the purses as much as I wanted to! Will definitely return here again.

Min has been exceptional to work with at the Bulgari boutique at Yorkdale.

As I was contemplating purchasing the Bulgari Octo Finissimo, she was able to provide me with feedback that was incredibly insightful, respectful, and helpful.

Admittedly, there were some minor hiccups with the purchase, yet Min was extremely empathetic and attentive as she resolve the issues for me. Long story short, I am very happy with my purchase.

It’s a very nice store with trendy casual and formal clothes. The crew is very attentive, energetic and helpful. The space of the store is very adequate. Dressing rooms are also spacious with nice couches for people who wait.

This new branch off of Aritzia has fantastic sales associates that are helpful with sizes but will also pick out other similar things from the store for you to try on as well. The clothing of Babton is classier and less casual than what yo would find in a Aritzia and is perfect for work and more formal events.

They had fresh cut flowers being given away the weekend I was there.

The decor is as trendy and stylish as the clothing.
