The store deserves zero stars. The white lady with glasses with a ponytail today thanks that by being sarcastic she is being very intelligent. She was demeaning. She was racist, and her behavior changed with every person she interacted with. Do yourself a favor go across to Coach. You will get much better quality products and, proper customer care.
I have not been to Deer Park in 15 years. I moved from NYC back in 2017. This outlet used to be a place I did not want to visit. Today's trip was by accident. I arrived to an amazing surprise. Michael Kors Mens and Stacy the Store Manager. What a wonderful surprise, treat, and treasure she is. Talk about someone who knows how to treat a customer. She helped me with so many questions and she knew I knew the MK products but wanted some assistance. She was top notch. And this outlet has stepped up its game. Way to go Tanger. And Michael Kors, you need to do the same here with the Chicago Premium Outlets. DEER park and Riverhead Mens are model stores. Congrats around.

What a delightful and whimsical experience we had shopping at this store! The salespeople were so helpful. We were offered these adorable pouches for our bracelets. Sandra was knowledgeable, kind, fun, and cared about us and our concerns. My sister in law and I had a fabulous experience at this wonderful store. Kate Spade is an experience to have for all!
I love this location overall, but was seriously disappointed to show up at 10:30 a.m. and find that they have posted reduced store hours and don't open till 11. It's not posted on Google, I had to leave because I had another appointment. Drove 45 minutes to get to the store.

When Vera Bradley was started years ago by two women, everything was made here in the USA and the quality was superb. Well when they retired, they sold the company, production was moved to China, quality was sacrificed. Now VB products are definitely not worth the prices they charge and usually not even worth the discount prices either.

Love the staff! Super non-judgmental and not pushy at all. Usually when you come to these stores they want to push you to buy, but the staff was so friendly and helpful. I didn’t get his name, but one man in particular really helped me get exactly what I was looking for 😊 the cashier Cecilia (beautiful curly hair) was so kind and helped me redeem a discount I didn’t know I could get! They’re really looking out in your best interest, the best people to shop with! Seems like a good work environment which is always refreshing to see.
Loved my experience ! I have seen many people complain about discounts and simply if you can’t afford it don’t go in! They do have a good price selection and the staff is always attentive and are willing to find what best in my price ranges ! Thank you for everything 😇

As unprofessional as you could hope NOT to experience. I went to purchase a bag for my GF's birthday, but the two associates gave attitudes that they didn't want to help. The first literally said "welp, you'll have to find something else then I guess" then walked away. The other answered my question and before I could ask the price, she just assumed I was done and walked off. We weren't rude or temperamental and were actually having a great time before those. Thankfully, Sara was the FIRST to approach us after almost an hour and was through without any attitude. If it wasn't for my girlfriend's birthday I would have left. It's just being respectful that's all. Sara ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I am leaving a review to share experiences. My family is having with Coach outlet first my daughter tried to order A 14 inch sling bag Ordered it mid to the end of October two months passed by she still never got her order They said they couldn’t find her order and issued a refund then my wife recently tried to purchase two sling bags or cross bodies. Whatever you call them. After she ordered them, and they clearly took the money out of her account because you can see it on her Bank app she never got a confirmation email, but has emails talking back-and-forth with somebody from coach saying that when they ship out you will get an email blah blah blah My wife has tried to contact him and is in a dispute with them because they’re saying that the order isn’t there and they can’t find the order number and they’re giving her a hassle About giving her her money back or sending her the bags be the last time we probably ever order from this place They can’t be trusted

The outlets have changed over the yrs, they use to be affordable with items that were in the stores anymore with prices you could afford. This outlet has lots of stores high end and smaller stores but notable brands. Small food court for fast foods and plenty of parking.
Very organized. There's not much of a difference, and the price is pretty much close to the original price, maybe just a 30% off original price on some items. Limited in the larger sizes. I'm a size two, but my friend is a size 12. Hardly ever finds things there for her.
Love the staff there very helpful very organize beautifully displayed. The prices are not so economical, but it is a nice place to visit. If you are looking for items that are no longer in the flagship stores.

I specifically asked an employee of store to use fitting room, she walked me into room and put me in a changing room behind an area sectioned off. While I’m changing a male employee starts banging on wall and yelling that room was closed. Did not appreciate being reprimanded by that nasty employee after another one brought me there and why is a male employee in the fitting room!! Will not be back to this store
I bought my wife a birthday present at the Talbots Outlet in Deer Park. I found the personnel to be friendly and knowledgeable as to what my wife may like. I ended up with three beautiful items that my wife absolutely loved. I felt great. I shopped at the Riverhead Talbots and didn't find the saleswomen to be interested in what I was looking for. I noticed at the Riverhead Store the place was disorganized with boxes of hangers lining the area.
Prices are by no means discount. Staff. Is helpful. They have nice shoes and jewelry.

Went in today for some shoes for my birthday. I found these cute shoes and they had a green tag on them (extra 40-60% off). When at the register it was ringing full price. I asked the cashier if they would be able to at least honor the 40%, she said she would have to ask the manager. The manager came over and rang it herself. She then took the green tag off the shoes and said it would be full price. I explained to her that the tag should be honored even if it was the 40%. I am not one to negotiate but if an error is made on the store’s behalf the customer should not then have to pay full price when they have the power to override their mistake. Terrible customer service.
I wish I can give zero stars. One of the worse express store I have ever been too. No professionalism at all. There was incorrect price tag on the jeans and when the lady ringing us informed me that’s incorrect tag on the counter. We still bought the jeans. However, at the end I asked the lady if she can remove the sign since it’s incorrect. She said “no that will stay there” what kind of bs is that. Very inappropriate and disrespectful behavior
Needs more staff at registers and a better return process or staff training. I came in to make returns and each individual item took 5 minutes to return, for some insane reason. There's only two cashiers, so while it takes one 20 minutes to help me, the line behind me is growing unsustainably long for the other cashier to keep up with. Why can't Saks get with the times and create a single scan return process? Absolute insanity. Other than that the store is fine I'm only giving 5* in hopes that management sees this and fixes the staffing problem.
This was my 1st time at this Talbot's outlet. It was a good size. It even had a few chairs to the left as you entered. The sales ladies were very kind and helpful. They were having a Buy One Get One FREE! On Everything in the store. How Fabulous! I needed pullover sweater so that's what I got and 1 multi colored open sweater jacket. I bought 3 items chose 2 FREE and treated my friend to the last item FREE. She chose a pair of warm corduroy pants!
We both left HAPPY! Oh, I am almost forgot to mention they were also giving 3x Rewards points on each item, including the Free ones. I Love Talbot's! I was disconnected with their store for about 6 years. I've been reconnected since October. It Feels good to be back!!

This was my first time at this store. It was decorated nicely. I just loved the Golden sparkling tables that was front and center as soon as you walked in. There were pretty good discounts but my friend admonished me to wait till after the holidays. She surprised me and purchased a Coach large wristlet which I picked out.

I recently ordered underwear from the torrid website and while most of it was fine in the size I normally wear, two styles were clearly much too small for the size they were marked, by a good 2". I never wore them, just held them up to the other underwear of the exact same size and saw the obvious difference. I wanted to exchange them at the Deer Park store for a larger size and was told no, underwear is final sale. Bras returnable, underwear not. Makes no sense. This was not my mistake, the items were clearly mis-sized. They did not care. Extremely poor customer service at this location from a brand I really expect better from.
Had such a wonderful experience today when I walked into loft found a lot of christmas presents for this upcoming holiday. Victoria one of the associates was super sweet and helpful she helped me with everything I needed. I really appreciated her service and time.
Everything's still expensive at the shops. Its better to book the product online at a great discount and then go there to pick it up from the shop. We went there to collect a 'coach' handbag that we'd booked online at a good price.

Amazing deals and plenty of variety. Everyone is always helpful and prices are transparent. They have a clearance section too which is even more value. Definitely recommend! Have been here a couple times and always find what I’m looking for. It’s spacious and organized with plenty of room to walk around.
I love this store! Things seemed pricy at first but when i got to checkout everything was discounted at least half off of what i was expecting and that’s always a nice surprise! They pretty much had everything i needed from bras, to sweaters to boots to slacks for work and the staff was super friendly and down to earth! Deer Park is a great store and i recommend it for anyone who is having trouble finding the right sizes for their body type!
Would give 0 stars if Google would let me. Used to be one of my favorite stores but I was there Christmas shopping and not one Associate greeted me. It was like I was invisible. I kept looking around for someone to acknowledge me because this is unheard of. I called a few days later, and an employee said they would relay the message to management, but who knows if this was really done. I only bought a few things. I intended to buy more, but didn't want to give them my business because of their treatment of me. I just went back to return something and it was the same thing. Unfriendly employees, no greeting. They have definitely lost me as a customer.
The store is currently only open Friday,Saturday and Sunday. Went there today 1/5/22 to pick up an order and found this out.

Was at Kate Spade Deer Park today- and was yelled at by the security guard for being on the phone coordinating my car pickup with the dealership as my wife was trying on an outfit. Absolutely disgusted! I have never ever been talked to this way, completely and utterly disgusted by the behavior today. Not a way to treat customers literally minding their own business. I spoke with the manager to address my concerns and don’t think anything will be done. Avoid this location.
I got home and reviewed my purchases from a day at the outlets and realized that Kate Spade charged me twice for the same purse! This is really annoying and I will be calling the store first thing tomorrow morning. If you shop here pay close attention to your receipt before you walk out of the store.
To update my review, Kate Spade took care of the mistake and refunded my money. I'm still not going to shop at that location again, but I am satisfied with the refund and the manager or sales associate I spoke with afterwards was nice and apologized.

I live by this store and have been shopping here ever since I was a teenager. Their clothes are amazing, so fashionable and very well made, they will last you forever! However. Their prices are just absolutely ridiculous. They are pretty much the only option for young, trendy, well made plus sized women's clothing and they know it so their prices are sky high. Even clearance prices are often higher than I am usually comfortable spending. But I do it, bc I love their stuff.
I just want to state that the women who work here are wonderful and so helpful. My complaint is towards the quality of the clothing. I purchased two pairs of beautiful black slacks/work pants and the quality is horrible. The first pair ripped at the belt loops after one day of wearing them. I was able to exchange them and the new pair is holding up well. But the second pair of pants I bought just ripped at the back butt pocket after washing them :( Clearly, there is a serious quality issue with the structure of their pants. And these pants were not cheap ($52 each). The pants feel amazing and made me feel so confident, I really wish they had better quality.
Went to the store with the wife Sept 18th there were 5 employees in the middle of the store playing some sort of game that one of the girls suggested a game instead of asking if anyone needed help. My wife did find something she liked but no one to help so we left. Their loss.
I just got 5 pairs of pants and 10 shirts for under $300!!! Yes that’s a lot of money, but for the quantity of clothing, it was a phenomenal and worth-it deal! Always aim to go around a holiday for better deals (it was still July 4th deals). Use your Loft Card. Use your coupons! I love Loft :)!

Nice neat clean store. The cashiers are very friendly and pleasant. The clothes are nice and there is a variety of casual to dressy. However, it seems that the prices have increased a little. On the weekends the store is extremely busy!! Worth the patience though, I always find numerous items to buy.👌

This is a store for oversized women, there are not many but this is a good option. If you go the big sales, like the buy 1 get 2 free and buy 3 get 2 free. You'll make out great. Some of the other stuff can be a bit pricy for these times. Also, the changing room is closed due to covid for awhile. This store is located right behind the Christmas tree store. The mall area currently as of 8/20 is fairly empty

This is my go to hand bag store as the sales appreciates are nicer than any of the others (coach, Michael kors). Also prices are actually marked down unlike other retailers. When going in and looking for a specific bag the employees take the time to look for the bag instead of just saying they don’t have it. You also can’t beat the year warranty on every item and the nice thing is that as long as you give email they keep receipt on file. Lastly i filled out a survey the company sent. Within an hour the store manager sent me a personalized email which was a nice touch- i work in customer service and appreciate that they took time out to follow up.
Picked up a great little jacket for the spring.
Went there today with my wife. She picked out several items for Christmas, but I wanted to surprise her. The manager was so nice, she took the items my wife liked, I gave her my credit card and she checked it out for me and my wife never even saw it. Thanks so much for your help.
Good deals on all Express wear. I'm a big fan of their stuff so it was nice to find stuff for less than 50% of what it would have run in the normal store. It could have all been a bit better kept and neat but overall, you shouldn't necessarily expect that from an outlet store.
Great clothes however Kerry behind the counter was less than pleasant. She was downright rude. Gave me attitude because i was not moving fast enough for her. I was out shopping with my college daughter for the first time in a while. Purchased over $200 in product. Retail includes the ability to interact pleasantly with people. Kerry your not in the right business.

The store is clean, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The clothes are expensive, but they are well made and worth the bit extra. The colors are always bright and the designs are cheery. They always have a large selection of clearance items, so it's possible to find something cheap but good quality. A truly great store!
