Very trustworthy and reliable service. I was contacted ahead of pickup, as promised, and the driver appeared slightly early (which was fine, as we were ready early and certainly prefer that over being late). We received details and pictures of the vehicle that would be collecting us, as well as a picture in the location where he parked to wait for us. The driver was very friendly, helpful and courteous and checked to be sure we were comfortable with the temperature in the taxi. Would definitely use again and highly recommend!

I booked a taxi for a night ride to the airport and they didn't came and didn't answer to my calls, I was lucky and I could find another one quite fast. Next day they apologized. They didn't came because supposedly the taxi had an accident. I didn't had a good experience but I suppose that it was a punctual case
