We stayed at the Beach Bunny property and our stay and overall experience exceeded expectations!! The house was just as pictured, if not even better in person!! The property was very clean, organized and spacious for our group of 6! The renters have really thought of everything from providing beach bags/towels to recommendations for places to eat and things to do! The location is great as sits in a nice neighborhood, is located on a dock and in walking distance to the beach! So many restaurants, bars and activities were just within a 15-20 minute drive. If you’re looking to relax in Ft. Lauderdale this is the place to do it!! The rental company was also so easy to work with and responded very quickly to any questions. Would give this place 100/10 if possible!! Thanks so much for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable!!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is magnificent, very spacious, comfortable and super clean. We had everything we needed.
The location is perfect 100 meters or so from the beach and the house has all we needed to enjoy the sun.
Loved the neighborhood also, quiet and the area is close to everything.

Stayed in W1409. What an incredible place! Amazing location right in the heart of all the action. Beach and restaurants all within a short walking distance. Valet parking was quick and convenient. Loved having the full kitchen to prepare meals when we didn't feel like dining out. The apartment and bedrooms were huge and luxurious. So much more than what I was expecting. I'll definitely be staying there again on my next visit.

I rented the LUXE Cove Key property in Hollywood. From start to finish, the hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating. The house definitely lives up to the photos. Everyone literally said, “this looks just like the pictures.” And that’s very impressive. Upon arrival, the home had a weird smell. I reached out to them and the maintenance staff brought air fresheners; a quick fix. Other than that, there are NOOOOO complaints. The house was stocked with personal care items and even a welcome package with Bubbly. This home sits in a pristine area with friendly neighbors. There’s so many rooms and full bathrooms with amazing showers, seemingly more than listed 🤣. There were raving reviews from my guests and family. Thanks, Latitude Key for helping me celebrating my birthday in a grand fashion. I look forward to booking this property in the future. 🫶🏾

One of the absolute most beautiful places you will ever stay. Walking distance to the beach, beautiful spacious bedrooms, the kitchen is massive. Everything is extremely modern. The pool is the perfect temperature and as beautiful as the backyard. The town is just a few minute drive. The worst part will be having to leave. Highly recommended to all!

Me and my family loved our stay at the home it felt so homely, inviting, and welcome. We had some small issues but the team responded quickly and took actions to our needs. The home was very spacious and super clean. Quite neighborhood you barely see your neighbors, the neighborhood is maintained beautifully. Me and .my family will stay there again.

Another great stay in Fort Lauderdale. Flirty Flamingo was a fantastic location. Had some minor problems with smoke alarm battery. Sent email to office. Leo responded within minutes. He was at the property and changed the batteries throughout the house within ten minutes. House is as pictured. Pool is lovely. Very convenient to drive to the beach and restaurants in the area.

We stayed at Rhodes Villa with our family of 11. The house was absolutely amazing and enough space for all of us. Luxury Vacation Stays were the best people I have ever rented from. They met us at the house for a full tour once we arrived. Everything was explained thoroughly to us and the house was exactly as it was advertised. Communication was virtually immediately via text messaging and everything went very smooth. The pool is beautiful and large enough for the entire group. Air hockey table was a big hit with the kids and we watched movies every night in the theatre room. An easy 3 minute walk to the beach. We will definitely rent this house again and likely one of their other properties very soon.

My family and I stayed at the Serenity Place location and it was beautiful!! It was just as described in the listing. It was very clean and was located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It was very welcoming and made you feel at home. The pool was great and was also very clean. The house was also equipped with various updated household and kitchen appliances. There was a message board that had a lot of useful information, such as recommendations for places to eat and things to do in the area.
The only con I had was the bathroom door in the master bathroom swung inward, not outward, making it a little hard to enter the shower without your body touching parts of the shower wall/glass door. I would have also liked to have a television in the bedrooms. Other than that, everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again!

I have stayed at multiple Fort Lauderdale Stays properties over the years. They are all first rate, and this experience was no different. The property was in a great location on a very nice side street but very accessible to downtown, shopping and restaurants. The house was immaculately clean (with great air conditioning!) and the backyard and pool were beautiful. Highly recommended!

14 of us travelled to Fort Lauderdale and stayed at this beautiful house. All the amenities, rooms, location… everything was truly 10/10. They had everything we needed and more. The pictures were exact to what we saw upon arrival. They truly thought of it all & we didn’t feel like anything was missing. The only small issue we encountered was not great AC in the 1 and 3 floor bedrooms. Latitude Key was quick to respond to our maintenance requests, which was great. Unfortunately the AC was having some issues for most of our stay. We will be back, 100%!!! Great for travellers of any age!

We highly recommend staying with Fort Lauderdale Stays. This was truly our home away from home. The place was beautiful, so clean, well kept, and had all the amenities you could ask for. Couldn’t have asked for a better host, David was amazing. We had a slight issues with pesky neighbors but our host was on top of it and did everything to make sure we were comfortable and well accommodated. I would definitely stay with them again when I come back to Florida.

Absolutely fantastic stay at Sand Key! The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach. The home, pool and game room was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. We had a long girl’s weekend at the Castaway Key property and the stay could not have been more perfect! Everything was as described and the pictures did not do it justice. It was stunning! The neighborhood felt very safe as well. The customer service was top notch - everyone was very responsive and accommodating, plus the checkout process could not have been easier! My favorite rental property thus far. We would highly recommend them and this property!!

My company rented out a vacation house from Latitude Key for our Florida reunion and it was an absolutely beautiful stay.

The complex was spacious, clean and sleekly designed. It was split into 3 main units: the main top floor and two bottom units. There was 1 main kitchen, 3 kitchenettes, several bathrooms and 10 differently styled bedrooms (some bunk beds, some queen beds, some king beds and a few single bed configurations).

We used the main, central kitchen above to cook meals together each night and it had ample dishes and cooking supplies. The top main floor had a pool table and a main lounging area with a big TV.

The backyard had a deck, a warm saltwater pool with colour-changing lights at night, several sets of lounging seats and patio furniture, two BBQs and an outdoor gas fireplace.

Overall it was an open, beautiful place with stunning views and right across from the beach with accommodations for our entire staff. It was an incredible, comfy place to stay in the heart of Fort Lauderdale!

We were thrilled with our property, and especially because of Luxury Vacation Stays’ customer service. Everyone was warm and polite, and our requests were fulfilled competently and swiftly. It is a beautiful space, convenient to everything we wanted and needed. We are already planning next year's trip at the same place!

135 feet from the blue gate to sand and sun. My husband, boys and girls all enjoyed the home and location.
They have thought of it all!!! It all starts the minute you open the door. This is the FIRST rental where they provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, excess towels, laundry pods, dish washer pods, and trash bags etc.
I would recommend getting groceries and/or butcher meats prior to arrival or immediately on arrival as grocery stores are not walking distance. Whole Foods for Amazon people or Winn Dixie until new Publix opens then walk won’t be to bad if you want to Uber back or don’t buy much.
House was very clean, spacious and perfect for us. Plenty of hot water and pressure. Great linens and comfy beds overall. The 2nd bedroom w/ 2 twins not best for teens if they are 6ft 200lbs. These twins have trundle beds too but not sure how you would get them both out due to limited space without blocking bathroom and walking closet. I liked that each bedroom own full bathroom and had a door to go outside to 1 of 2 outdoor settings 1 w/ tv and 1 w hot tub all connected. I appreciated having laundry room and beach chairs/items for our use. Boogie board was broken so we decided to buy one for boys/girls to use if they wanted and we left for future tenants.
Staff at Latitude was on top of everything from updates via email and text from the minute we booked the vacation. I was very quick to respond to texts even when we arrived late due to issues at FLL. Man of war new thing for us….every morning beach was full of them due to high tide, but I guess better than in water where they could possibly sting you. Picture of the longest one we saw just as it came out of the water.
Staff were thoughtful, helpful and very kind. I would recommend them to anyone and there are so many of their properties to choose from.
If only we were still there!!

We loved our stay at Starlight Beach House. The accommodations were clean and fresh. The location was perfect to walk out the door to the boardwalk and a few more steps and you are on the beach! A pleasant surprise was the 10x10 foot sun shade and beach chairs that were perfect. We enjoyed lounging at the beach, bodysurfing, and bringing lunch to the beach that was a quick walk from the kitchen.
We had a fun dinner at Le tub, Latitudes, and Shooters after a water taxi ride to Ft Lauderdale.
We will be back!

From the moment we contacted them, more than a year ago to reserve, until our last moments of our 2 month stay in Fort Lauderdale Stays’ Sweet Retreat we have been thrilled with the individualized and caring hospitality we received from David, Steve and Leo. They were so accommodating, attentive and fun to work with. Sweet Retreat was perfectly suited for our needs, immaculately clean, and most importantly was generously stocked with amenities, from coffee to laundry detergent; disinfectant wipes to comfy linens. — and everything between. We have loved Sweet Retreat, and are so sad that it is not available for next year. We did find, perhaps a more perfect, home for next time, thanks to David and Leo taking us to see 6 of their other homes. That experience illustrated the exceptional and varied inventory of Fort Lauderdale Stays available. And every home we visited was amazing, immaculate and well stocked. What a complete disaster of a stay at the Tiki hut Fort Lauderdale. The fridge might as well have been a glorified toaster oven – it couldn't cool a drink if you depended on it. And that pathetic excuse for a tiki bar? A light breeze would send it tumbling like a house of cards.
The grounds were a total eyesore, cluttered with junk that should've been thrown out ages ago. As for the outdoor bar, it's a hazard waiting to happen – just rip it out already! And don't even get me started on the back living room floor; it's a hazard zone. Oh, and the light switches? More like decoration – they're about as useful as a screen door on a submarine.

Save yourself the agony and find somewhere else to stay. This place is a disaster waiting to ruin your trip.

We stayed at the Beach Bunny house. It was the most lovely place we have ever stayed in FLA. We only bought a few minor things from the store, and some food… so many things were provided. The house has been decorated very nicely. We rented a scooter right around the corner. Our parents drove so we had the best of both worlds. And you can walk to Fort Lauderdale By The Sea. The weather was amazing and when it did storm, the sun came out afterwards. No issues while here. We just all loved it. The pool outside by the canal, amazing!! Did some fishing on the dock (which is huge) and caught a few fish. That was fun. Thank you for a fabulous stay and great communication along the way!

Stayed at the Tiki Hut Fort Lauderdale for a weekend getaway with a large group. The house was exactly as pictured and described - perfect for our stay. Beautiful home with an amazing pool and outside area in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The house is also conveniently located close to downtown and any/all nightlife interests. Ted was always responsive and helpful when booking and throughout the entire stay. 10/10 recommend.

Beautiful House for friends and family to stay and enjoy their vacation. Safe neighborhood and even friendlier neighbors while being 5 minutes from the beach. Realtor helped us when we were in a pickle and was a very honest and respectful man which was a huge help/benefit. Hot tub was out of commission but the pool n view was well worth it. Our stay at the Tiki Hut Fort Lauderdale property was breathtaking. The two outdoor bars were excellent. The usage of the garage a plus. There was plenty of room for my guests and I, so if you have a larger group I would highly recommend. The pool table was a great accent for entertainment. The house was also a 5 min drive to the beach, restaurants and club life. We will definitely be back next year!!

The property was great and certainly lived up to the very high expectations created by the photos on the website. The amenities are top shelf, pool/patio tough to leave and views are breath-taking. The pictures do not do this home justice as upon arrival we were blown away with all it had to offer our family vacation. The owners were very helpful each step of the process which made it even more enjoyable and easier to re-book each year.

We had a blast in this modern tropical vacation home celebrating our anniversary. Owner communicates extremely well. Much prettier than pics show. The house was extremely clean, and everything is new. Highly recommend this modern tropical home.

We had a Family Dream Week together at this home and sometimes you may me apprehensive about booking a home you've never seen, but let me assure you this home is everything and more.The home is also in a great location, close to everything. Owner was great to rent from. She respects your privacy but right there if you need anything. Beds are very comfortable. The house is clean, cozy and beautifully decorated! Myself and 10 other guys headed down to FL from NJ for a bachelor party in the end of February. Being the best man I had the privilege (or should I say the pressure) of planning the trip and making it an experience like no other. Being familiar with the Fort Lauderdale area, I had an idea of where I wanted to be with regard to location, however trying to find a house that could accommodate our group and had sufficient entertainment/ amenities while still being in the mix of all the fun that Fort Lauderdale had to offer, was something I didn't think would be easy to come by. Until I encountered Elysium 737 & our host Ted B and Luxury Vacation Homes Fort Lauderdale Inc.

First and foremost, the house. The photos of the house speak for itself... It is set on a corner piece of property right on the water with a huge bulkhead, which gives way to a rather large deck, great for spending mornings sipping on coffee and your afternoons soaking up the sun, drink in hand, watching the insane boats pass by. Additionally, the house has an outdoor kitchen, 2 pools, outdoor pool table, and a plethora of beds and couches to accommodate groups even larger than us. All of this sat within a 5 minute trip to the grocery store, a 10 minute Uber ride into downtown Fort Lauderdale for all the restaurants, bars and nightlife you could ask for and a max of maybe 15 minute ride to A1A and the popular beaches -- All in all the house was IMMACULATE.

Enough with the house, onto the host Ted B and Luxury Vacation Homes Fort Lauderdale Inc. From the moment I first contacted the company, Ted was incredible. He was quick to respond to any and all questions I had, was willing to accommodate early check-in and late check-out if available, and was incredibly knowledgeable of the surrounding area. Upon arrival (we were lucky to get into the house a few hours early), Ted was awesome! He provided a ton of info about the area, gave us a bunch of different suggestions with regard to bars to hit, and genuinely wanted us to be able to relax and have a good time and thats exactly what we did.

Something I feel is worth mentioning that speaks volumes to Ted's personality and professionalism was upon check-out, there was a possibility of our flight getting cancelled due to weather. Ted went out of his way to ensure that if we were in need, he would have found another property to put us up in for the night so we wouldn't be left stranded or have to sleep in the airport. That in and of itself goes to show you the person he is!

Incredible stay at Elysium 737! The house and grounds were beautiful and Ted at Luxury Vacation Homes Fort Lauderdale was a wonderful host. We’re all hoping that we can make it back down ASAP for another visit!!

We rented in Nov 2018 and had a great experience with Luxury Vacation Homes Fort Lauderdale. We rented Elysium 737 for a family reunion with 50 guests and this house was perfect! The house was clean and beautiful, just like the pictures. Everyone is still talking about just how perfect this house was. Both pools were clean and gorgeous, everyone had a great time. The rooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bar outdoors was perfect for entertainment and there was something for everyone to do from children to adults. The house is on the river, watching the boats pass by was a nice surprise and treat. I was worried that 50 people would be too many for the space but the outdoors space is actually huge and it wasn't crowded at all. It was plenty of space for a group of 50. The process to check in / check out was easy, Ted was there to walk us through, give us instructions, and show us how to work everything out. He also was gracious enough to let us in the house a few weeks before the event so we could plan everything appropriately. I would be renting from Luxury Vacation Homes Fort Lauderdale again in the future!

Beautiful vacation home on the ocean!

We really enjoyed our stay at with a great view from the balcony of the beach and ocean! Booking with Hania at Fort Lauderdale Vacation Rentals was very easy and she responds quickly to any questions! This was my first experience with this company and I would definitely book again!
