Good juice for the price. Friendly staff. I work in retail so I understand how tough this job is. They are patient and friendly. 5 out of 5.

Not sure about what happen to the staffs, they seems unhappy about their life or this job. The tall Asian threw / dropped the change on my hands and told me “too late” when I asked to have no juice before I pay. Overheard the female staff telling the tall Asian guy to give customer behind me tantrum lol Most bazzar jugo experience I’ve ever had 😆😆😆

I visit Jugo Juice almost daily as an integral part of my at-work exercise routine, and I must say, it's been a delightful experience every time.

This location add a lot of water to dilute the smoothie. The smoothie taste like fruit favour water.

Staff was not kind and assumed I did not know anything. I got the teriyaki twist bowl and it was dry, barely any teriyaki sauce

I love this place, good to get lunch if you don't have time 🤓. The staff is super friendly and they make you feel at home. Brenda rocks! 🤟🏻

The lady put entire apples into the juicer, core seeds, stem and all... Including the plastic stickers. Which makes me fully believe their produce isn't washed and checked before they serve it. Will never return.

It was my birthday, Jugo juice provided the free drink. it was my first time try it. And i don’t know how to use the coupon to redeem my birthday gift. The clerk was very patient and nice to help me. he also recommended me the very nice drink. Love it

It’s good for people on a diet. If you order a salad, your bill ends up at around 27$ and you barely eat up 600 calories. Therefore you are basically forcing yourself to eat less to save money. A lot of the kale leaves are yellow and grey, other than that, they prepare the food very very fast.

Honestly my bowl was so so dry. It didn't really feel very fresh.

Rude staff and they were blasting Indian music today like we were at an Indian wedding or something. I’m guessing someone complained and they told them to stop, because 15 minutes later when I was passing by, the music was completely off.

Tried to give the place another shot, apparently paid $11 for rotten spring greens, and questionable tomato bits. When I brought it up and they remade it, I got pink spoiling romaine.

Aug 10 2023:I've been visiting this location a few years now, and I'm feeling disappointed with the quality of dishes now. Today i spent nearly $20 and my bowl came with almost no sauce and nearly black, wilted cilantro mixed into it.

Ordered a Tex Mex bowl and its essentially 85% rice. All other ingredients were barely a spoonful it seemed. For $12 I would have expected a bit more ingredients. Bowl itself was only 2/3 full as it was.

**update. I went ahead and sent the manager an email (as suggested below) but 2 weeks later, there has been no response. Not great customer service**

Ordered a Teriyaki Twist bowl but it was anything but "fresh", the rice was old and hard, the chicken was dry and tasteless, broccoli was brown and limp.

I was pretty bummed out that the server only told me about the deal of the day, after I placed my order and told her I was looking for recommendations and therefore paid double the price I could have ended up paying.
However, I got a Fiesta Wrap with Falafel which wasn't bad and pretty yummy and not really hard to go wrong. I really don't see the justification of almost fifteen bucks for this though. The falafel itself was also basic, dull, pretty dry and didn't taste very fresh at all.

I can totally agree why they have bad reviews. I went today to get my smoothie first time from this location. The girl who was working was so rude and started arguing with me when I asked her not to add ice. She told me that the smoothie with be thin. I asked her to add something else instead of Ice. She told me that I can’t as its in the recipe. I mean more than half of the packet were filled with ice and you are trying to charge almost $10 just for ice!!?👎👎 She told me that if you want smoothie with no ice you have to pay extra!!!. My cup was not even full and I asked her to give my money back. She started arguing and told me 'Its Business' I mean are you really trying to ripp off your customers by charging for Ice. Really really bad customer service 👎 and she had no sense how to talk to customers. I will prefer to go to other location as they customize every time for me.

The staff at lougheed were absolutely wonderful, they had great respect for the product and the customer. I ordered a peanut butter smoothie and it tasted great. Thanks freshii

I waited 5 minutes before attended to by the employee. I wanted a Mediterranean bowl and she said we don’t have roasted peppers sorry can’t make it and don’t offer to make anything else or without it and began walking away.

Best Freshii around!! Generous portions and friendly staff. I ordered a teriyaki twist bowl and it was fantastic. Will definitely be coming back.

The bowl portions are soo much lesser than rest of the freshii locations and some of them are really saggy(obviously not fresh) and burritos Are SMALL!!
I went there multiple times and it’s all same. Why are they trying to cut back from the ingredients and you left with rice only! What an interesting business mind! Normally you’d want the customer to come back im sure! The employees are never in the front! It’s so close to me , what a shame. I definitely do not recommend this location

My favorite go to for healthy smoothies. My ultimate favorites are Mango Magic and Mighty Kale. It's a bit on the pricy side though but I don't mind. What I do mind is the fact that everytime I went there, there seems to be a consistent grumpy cashier 🤔. He was not very helpful with answering questions like me asking about my reward points. I would understand if it just happened once but he always looked like having a bad day everytime.

This smoothie was dope and my new absolute go to option! It was super yummy, good size and tasted awesome. I guess you could say it was the juice! Pun intended, it was pretty dope nonetheless. I Took a whim on the Matcha Pichu and will never ever regret it, flawless taste with great infusion of mint, dragonfruit and almighty matcha. It had great flavor, very fresh tasting and packed with wholesome and healthy ingredients.
The Jugo Rewards program is actually pretty sweet and gets you some good loyalty points so get saving for them slurps ya'll!

I called the location, as the location has moved since construction. I asked the rep where in the mall they were at, rep said lougheed mall, i reiterated the question and then she told me by walmart.
When I went, I noticed a sign for a rewards program. I saw the QR code and put my phone up to scan the QR code, I didnt say anything to the rep but the rep interrupted me and said "it will take some time" without even knowing what i am trying to do. I assumed that meant that the rewards program was not ready or accepted at this location and moved on without signing up. The rep was very unpleasant, didnt interact much and just took my order, handed me the card machine and left without any acknowledgement. While waiting for my drink, i went to the jugojuice website and saw the rewards program and attempted to sign up. I was able to sign up seamlessly and even offered a digital card to be used immediately . I received my drink and left, however it seemed extremely rude and unfair to me that I was not able to collect any reward points on this expensive drink (large mighty kale) I went back to the rep and demanded to be able to redeem my points. The rep reluctantly said that I am not able to collect points because my purchase had been made. I argued with her that you had told me that it wouldnt work, she reciprocated by saying that not what she meant . Then what did she mean? She interrupted me when I didnt even ask a question and I was simply scanning the QR code. How rude?
She then proceeded to "scan" my newly opened rewards card, which i doubt she actually rang up a transaction towards my points.

I got the “Green Glow” with matcha added.
Will definitely visit again!

shoutout to the girls working today! I had preordered through the app and somehow the app switched my scheduled time to “prepare immediately”. I called to ask if they could wait until 3pm to make it, and they made a note of it with no problems! I frequent this location often and the food is always so fresh and yummy!

The lady who helped me was amazing! I hope she's always there when I go! I'll definitely go to that location all the time if she's there. She was so nice and helpful. I have a strict diet and she was just so nice about everything.

Love Freshii but surprised the server gave me a plastic fork (not wrapped in plastic)without gloves on, for my salad but was holding the fork where the prongs meet the handle. Not acceptable! Asked for a new one. Salad was delicious.

Got the Cobb salad - friendly staff and clean location.

Review update (2 years later) Cobb is still solid. Extra egg and chicken this time around for even more protein.

I’m curious about the tacos and may try those the next time I’m in the area.

Fantastic service. They make the avocado toast perfectly and all my juices and follow instructions you give them. They remember me by name and always remember my order!! What more can you ask from a fast food place? Fantastic management and staff. Best Jugo Juice by a mile
