The African American lady that just “helped” us had the absolute worse customer service i have ever experienced. She was just sitting at the desk chomping her gum like she hadn’t eaten in weeks, it was disgusting. Then as we asked her questions about what options we had for a broken phone that we wanted to either repair or replace, she just kept repeating “nothin’, nothin’, nothin’ “ with the worst attitude ever. Absolutely horrendous customer service. She had an opportunity to make a sale, but she refused to help us. If you don’t want to deal with customers, get a non customer service job. Bring back secret shoppers, this person should be investigated/replaced asap.

Second time coming in this store for service and they add me to their queue and more than 15 mins go by and I’ve had to walk out and I’m still waiting for the notification of turn. Horrible! There were 2 reps walking around with one of them saying ‘I have go to the bathroom’ and never came back. I’m in Customer Service. This is definitely Not Customer Service!! Very disappointed!

Overall great experience at this store. The atmosphere was welcoming, and I appreciated being greeted and offered a slot booking for a representative, even though I had to wait a few minutes before getting attention. The staff was friendly, and Juan, in particular, was very helpful.

Juan took the time to explain all the details about the mobile connection deals and even helped me purchase my first iPhone there. I initially went in just to check out the deals, but thanks to the positive energy and assistance from Juan and the staff, I ended up making a decision and walking out a satisfied customer.

Always terrible customer service at the Verizon store located at Woodbridge Center Drive.
Customer service on the phone told me to go to the actual store. The guy that was supposed to be "helping" me was more interested in his own personal phone texting situation. Then, he did not want to hear what I had to say and continued to interrupt me and be rude. What really made me angry was the fact that I wanted to buy an accessory for my phone and he told me that it would be a few mins because I had to wait for the computer to allow the item to be bought. I didn't understand since everyone else didn't seem to have a problem. After about 15 mins of waiting, I asked another employee to see where the guy went. She couldn't find him. When she finally did, I was told he had been praying in the back as part of his religion. I absolutely have no problem with ppl praying or following their religious beliefs. However, I do have a problem when he was supposed to be helping me and decided to have me wait without letting me know or letting someone else take care of me. I am disabled and in constant pain. I should have been made to wait!!!
Have had nothing but great experiences at this location. The staff go above and beyond to fix any issues with your service. Can't say the same for the customer service over the phone or online for Xfinity.

Currently waiting in store to return router. Also, 3 people behind me in line waiting to do the same. I have been here over 40 minutes. There are two employees here and it seems that they just care about making a sale and do not know how to manage a store of multiple clients. Customer service is below average.

The staff was great theybwere extremely patient setting up my new device and swrvice as I switch from T-Nightmare. I feel for them. They get slammed in the afternoon with Seniors. Some are not so kind and patient to the staff but they handle it all like professionals.

Is anyone else in Fords experiencing technical difficulties here because Comcast has been paid over $624 dollars in one month payment not due until end of month, someone came out yesterday it was working today no service again. Call service number robot can't help me or let me speak to a rep but wants the card number on file, why? payment is paid! Rental Sales Consultant please!!!!!They want another payment for the service...What's going at Comcast?????
It would be great if the listed phone number was for the store and not the company robot

Louis was such an amazing help in not only helping my first phone issue of the week but also when i returned to activate my new phone when corporate was extremely unhelpful over the phone. He was knowledgeable and extremely friendly which was a huge relief in comparison to my experience over the phone with corporate. If i ever have any issues in the future i will surely come to this specific store and ask for him.

I came into the Xfinity store because I wanted to get a new cable box but was getting a runaround from the customer service on the phone. DeJuan Brookins greeted me as I came into the store and after a short wait was able to help me return my old cable boxes and order me new ones within a few minutes. I was super happy with the process being so quick and easy. I now have my cable boxes and glad it all worked out!
I went in to ask the rep to help us print out documents to my account. But not one person would help print out our records because they are “paperless.” I was told the only way we could get our documents are through their app which is no help. To put the icing on the cake it took 30 minutes to just connect to a customer service rep. Terrible terrible service definitely in the process to switch wireless and hopefully cable soon!
First time at this store and immediately i got the attention I needed. I had a problem with my new phone and it didn't take much for them to exchange it with out any hastles!!! Recommend this store 100%!!!
