It's like if you want to have a Xiaomi product and this store is closest then you go there. Nothing good but nothing bad also. You will get products at the same price as online.
Amazed to see good rating for this showroom, because my experience was not good. When we entered into shop he didn't even bother to enquire...then when askd him about xiomi tablet why it feels laggy the answer he gave it ll be like that only and started being idle...again i askd few questions his answers were like very careless and you can't get the confidance of buying... I think they have more customers so no new customers needed...

My credit card doesn’t work only at this show room. Works everywhere in the world. Went there twice on different days. The mi team don’t take any effort to improve or have ownership of their store.

They don't have MI Sub-Brand POCO on store and very low variety of phone
Had purchased totally 6 smartphones in the past 3-4 years at this place. Exchange option available. Quality, genuinity of smartphone are good. I prefer buying mi products directly from mi store such as this to avoid possible duplicate products through online.
I bought a Xiaomi Grooming Kit Trimmer from Mi showroom at Phoenix market City, Velachery. I unboxed the trimmer in front of the staff & we found that the trimmer adjustable was in damaged condition. So, I requested for the replacement & they replied that I would go to the MI service centre which is located at 100 feet road, Velachery, due out of stock.
I approached the Mi Service centre ( 100 feet road ) & requested for the replacement. The Staff Mr.Raja was not responding properly. It's very annoying for the customers. Kindly requesting for the replacement as an immediate action. Expecting a swift / positive response from your end.

Don't ever buy any redmi product.its better to announce no warrenty or guarantee for redmi mobile .my redmi mobile stoped working in 1 month this people told to go to service centre.tambaram and Velachery and most of redmi service centre telling we don't have any spare like mother board , display or battery,go and repair in local shop . Worst company mi.sold it and got oppo mobile .soon like Sony redmi will leave India .

But it was pretty surprise how he asked us to go to service centre even though it was new piece. He told us that once the mobile phone problem was identified they will be replacing with new one. But scenario was different at service centre. I gave review separately for that service centre, velachery. This Kinde of persons are there to cheat common persons like us. Please beware of them. Please avoid this service centre @ Pheonix mall.

Awesome place to purchase all the home care accessories and furniture. Nice place for all-round shopping.
This place is good to buy all mi products. I recently buy the mi note 5 pro and mi ear phones 699 which is quite good. Sales person are not so responsive I only asked what are the pros of the devices. Later that only the told about that. That must be improved.

All classy products of MI phones are here and to make marketing there are other MI products displayed like Mi vaccum, MI Powerbank, MI scooter,MI walker, MI pen, MI lights etc.
