Charlie!! She was amazing on self checkout! My scanner wasn’t working and neither was the App, she had so much patience with me. I really appreciated the help she gave me. I hope her manager sees this.
Shelves and stock are always low. Nothing ever seems to be organised properly or stocked neatly. The store is dark and dreary, not welcoming at all.
I was shopping with my elderly parents when my mom approached a store colleague to ask if a particular product was in stock. As my mom isn’t natively British, she speaks with an accent. As soon as she asked the question, the store colleague responded with “I have no idea what you’re saying” and walked away without making any effort to understand the query or assist. I don’t believe we would have been treated this way if we were white and British. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable in modern society and especially more so from someone labelled as a customer service assistant. A very poor reflection on Morrisons indeed.
The store looks so rundown and all the fresh produce looked old or heavily damaged. It feels like this store has given up and desperately needs refurbishing or something, the Cardea branch looks much neater and presentable than this one.

There is some refurbishment going on for a very long time due to which some of the aisles are closed down. Quite a few items are out of stock. The staff aren't very helpful. Overall I always get an unsatisfactory shopping experience at this Tesco and avoid it as much as possible.

I think Asda deserves more. Found some world’s foods there. It’s clean, with lots of checkouts. Good choice of groceries. They also sell some clothes and household goods. All reasonably priced.

Called in for breakfast only, needless to say, it was disappointing. The food was lukewarm, and the hash brown was chewy. Despite being a supermarket, they had no black pudding, which I did not find out until my breakfast arrived. (I was offered a sausage in its place)

Beware of dishonest cashier. You better request for a receipt, otherwise you are most likely get overcharged with items you haven’t bought.
Very good local Korean supermarket. Have a good range of stuff plus some Chinese items. Staff is friendly and they have a loyalty card so you can earn points every time you shop. Price is cheaper than some of the other Chinese shops.

Have shopped online for about 6 months now and have only had 3 full orders.
Alway unavailable or ridiculous swaps, have a delivery pass,£30 in saved cash,but have had enough closed account today and will never shop there again.

Tesco is still doing a pointless rearrangement of the store making it even more difficult to find anything. They have separated the meats from the chicken by dotting them around the store so that it feels like a treasure hunt to find anything. Even when after asking staff you find the location the products are nearly passed their sell by date and there is very little choice for a so-called supermarket. It certainly appears to me that Tesco is hell bent on treating its customers as a herd that need to be confused during their shopping experience making it easier for them to be fleeced in the process.
Staff cold and no expression. Indian girl sour face and unsmiling ( being served by her many times always the sour face) I worked service jobs before and know the wages are not much but I get the impression the employees there don’t care and customer service is not their priority as long as they make money.
Always pop in when I am in town, it have everything you could possibly want. Plus a steamed hot bun a snack it well worth it as well.

The short-hair Asian woman is really rude and works with bad attitude. We bought 2 buns(Veg &Chicken) but it’s not ready still with cold filter inside ❗️ which is seriously hygiene and safety issue so we back to store asking for refund, she just said “ how could I know it’s not ready!?”

When I went, I saw it immediately - Definitely can’t miss it. Inside there is everything Korean, I got buldak (habanero lime) and a Korean ice cup with a pouch (watermelon, recommended).
I looked for kimbap and this sweet lady helped me find it but unfortunately they only sell frozen so don’t expect fresh. To add on top of all this they have another great selection of drinks, ramen, crisps and chopsticks. The gummy bear ones are my favourite.
Do I would 100% recommend this place as it was fun and delightful.

This store is poorly managed. Shelves are half empty and a mess. Looks more like a jumble sale.

The idiots running this company have no idea what they are doing! I strongly recommend avoiding this shop and go to Aldi in Cambridge. Aldi knows exactly what they are doing and I have stopped shopping at Asda for most things. An exception to my comments above is the staff that run the Pharmacy. They are excellent and it is well managed.

Good shopping and great staffing, and they close by 5 pm on Sunday's compare to others, which is 4 pm...
First visit today and we were so pleased we swung by. Some new products were available to sample - my daughter loved the pork dumpling and the kimchi, so much so we ended up buying a pot! My daughter also commented how nice the staff were, in particular the lad serving the samples. Not the biggest shop but had the things we were interested in buying. Will definitely be back - for more kimchi, if nothing else!
I've been shopping here since it opened (used to be the old Cambridge Gasworks) and slowly, but surely, it has gotten worse and worse. The potholes and damaged razor sharp drains in the car park to automatic doors that open slowly to trolleys with screaming alarms that lock wheels when they are pushed into the store and to top it off, self scanning checkouts that 2/3rds are out of action and the hand held scanners, if they work at all they're really slow - very frustrating if scanning several of the same item. The app that is annoying and complicated to use for the Tesco Wallet. Watch out for the scanners, I've found ghost items on a few occasions, that means I've paid for things I've never scanned...
I’ve been going here everyday but today the dark skinned security guy decided to follow me around making me feel very uncomfortable when I confronted him he told me he is doing is routine walk! Your routine walk doesn’t mean you follow me around making me uncomfortable when doing my shopping!
Huge Tescos sell pretty much everything food clothes and even electronics, but was bit confused why they store wash detergents in the fridge lol
It is possible to find exactly the same or very similar food chipper than in Budgens.
My 91 year-old nan has recently had to start shopping here (due to not being able to physically shop alone) and she is so happy with it! She said the staff are very welcoming and helpful, the store is kept well and is tidy.
Nice shop but not recommended for people with allergies and food intolerances.I have allergy to all kind of nuts and soya as well.Impossible to check the labels on goods.They treat you as if you are thief when you want to read the labels

A shop that looks tiny from the outside, but is actually surprisingly deep and filled with a very decent selection of East Asian, but mostly Korean, groceries once you get in. It's a little bit on the pricier side compared to most East Asian shops in Cambridge, and can often get quite crowded, but such is the fate of all central shops, and the regularly rotating, broad selection of groceries more than makes up for it. At the same time, unfortunately for those who prefer having different payment options or paying by cash, the shop only accepts card.
Regularly shop at Asda. Highlights are Flowers, World food section, freshly made pizza and bakery.
Flowers are fairly priced and good quality compared to other competitors. World food section stock fairly priced Indian kitchen essentials, much cheaper than Indian supermarkets. Good range of spices and teas are also available.
Pizza counter makes fresh pizza that is by far the best in town for a fraction of the price than other places. You can customise the pizza and have any variety of toppings.
Lots of self checkout options so less waiting in queues.
Would highly recommend. Free parking is also available on site. Overall good experience.

Disgusting asda. The shelf is just so messed up and the toilets are 🤢 🤮 . There are barely any things to buy here, and there is nowhere to walk! There are massive pallets on the floor, and so many things are knocked down on the floor!
There are a variety of Asian products and the staff Sam is very friendly. I will come here often and recommend it to my friends.
It sells a decent range of Korean products, like nong shim noodles. You also see a large monitor playing K-pop videos when you enter the shop. Card payment only though

Great store, very cheap Korean/Asian drinks and snacks (and a lot more) yum! I personally love the strawberry Mogu Mogu drinks and this is cheaper than the other shops I've been in down Mill road.

So yes, it's expensive but then you don't go there to do your daily shop. This place has EVERY ingredient you'd need to cook a South East Asia dish, it's SO well stocked. I've also found the service to be super helpful.
Bakery and the staff are great, but generally not a good store, poor quality food, limited variety, salad has poor flavour and quality (not what you expect from Morrisons). Several times brought fresh salad and veg to find mould or not edible on day of purchase. Same day purchased tomato had mould and no flavour at all and lettuce had caterpillars with poo.
After reading the owner's response, I revisited Seoul Plaza on three separate occasions and had extremely pleasant experiences. The issue I encountered during my initial visit was completely resolved, and the staff members were helpful and friendly. The store boasts an impressive collection of items from Korea and Japan. If I find myself in the vicinity of Mill Road again, I will definitely return for more grocery shopping. Therefore, I am updating my review, as I believe the unfortunate incident was an isolated occurrence.
As a Filipino in Cambridge, this Asian store is a lifesaver. I immediately bought stuff I miss back home. It's also funny how they have ripoffs of famous brands in the Philippines 😂

I've had several problems at this station ,BANK MACHINE IS UNRELIABLE often get there to use not working ,this time requested £250 ,but no money issued THEY DEBITED MY ACCOUNT £250 GAVE NO CASH ,phoned bank ,they investigated refunded me emediately ,this bank machine is unreliable ,the service STN is full of vans . I will now ONLY USE TESCO for cash & fuel.

On 10th June at 22:40, I saw a rat in the cereal section and was shocked. I informed a staff member, but she stared at me without responding. I asked her why she was looking at me like that, and she replied that she wasn't a manager. I was shocked by her behavior, as if seeing a rat was nothing. Additionally, the contactless payment was not working, so I had to move everything to another till without any help from the staff, even though they were wearing "happy to help" shirts. On top of this, the same girl was laughing and making fun of me with the security guard.

Food is often out of date. Minimum Card spend is high, There is a good selection but parking is troublesome. The owner is a miserable, unhelpful and rude. Worst service i have ever received in any shop in Cambridge. I go to the other Chinese shop called Winner on the same road just next to the Tesco Express, The fresh produce is good the service great and i for one will never ever shop at Sam Ping again.
I got lost on my way home. Phone had died. Ran out of fuel. Needed the bathroom I had been riding on my motorbike for way over an hour. It was around 3.30 when I found this fuel station..fuelled up. Asked to use the bathroom or the phone. I explained im lost and I needed directions and the bathroom. The person serving me didn't want to help at all. Refused me toilet access and a phone. I'm disgusted theyre supposed to be 24 hours but basically left me for dead after I had paid for their services? I'm a 21 year old woman who was terrified in an area I don't recognise. I understand that the staff need protection but I was no threat to anyone.
Unforgettable stench of rotten fish, emanating from the fish counter, follows you around the store. Unfortunately, it is the only supermarket in Cambourne. I wish we had a better place to do the shopping! Edit: on 12 June I witnessed a few Things That Should Not Be, see attached pictures. The fish smell issue got slightly better, but the air con is still generally very bad in this store, as if it was just recirculating the bad air from the ovens and the fish & meat counters, rather than pumping fresh air from the outside.

convenient for gasoline but the supermarket is a real offense for regular customers the prices are all doubled the products that expire in a day first necessities products such as bread expired the staff that changes every week and unprofessional.

I accidentally bumped into this store and I was immediately like WOW😍!!! Christmas came early this year! 😅 I have a bit of obsession with Asian food, so my excitement was really high and so were my expectations. And I can tell you this store DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! I love their stock, they have a Japanese section too and the assistants are super friendly and super helpful. They gained a regular customer in my humble person!!!!! I can only recommend!!! Why can I only give five stars and not more? They would definitely deserve more!
It's a petrol station and prefer BP fuel over tesco as I've heard they use old petrol. Also there's a Budgeons inside. A little pricy but stomachable.

I was very excited to find this little gem in Cambridge .Fair prices ,the store is very clean ,they have most of the essentials food and condiments that I needed to make my favorites Korean dishes ,also the staff was very friendly and helpful definitely iam going back.
If ever desperate for petrol or something day or night you can pop in here. Worth knowing about in that emergency of forgetfulness. Most things stocked, expensive but worth paying for the convenience. Thanks to staff who work here 24/7

Good parking and dedicated disabled parking by the Store flower shop and fruit n veg stalls fishmonger. butcher. baker .salad / pizza bars all in Store. the petrol station has a carwash booth jet washing bays and car valet area selling take away food/coffee and the usual kiosk services stays open for a few hours after the main Store closes
