Every time I go to the app to try to get the weekly circular has been happening for 9 months or more it won't show me the one for my store it's pissing me off

Spanish operators . When asking for something from the only manager speaking good English for months he keeps telling me to ask the morning produce manager fast forward almost year later this guy barley speak English or don’t care to understand or help me smh . Blood oranges was sold there last year now can’t get them or information because he chooses to be in a rush to get wrap up conversation stating they are out while I’m telling him I know but is that forever or now . He also trying to say they don’t have it but I’m saying I know you used to ! But the fact I was fully helped is crazy !!!
Terrible, 3 times I go into this store with my small backpack where I have my medicine and phone, no problems, then 4th time this young man stops me saying I need to take my bag off leave with him, yet I see people with bags and backpacks in store. He wouldn't let me go, will never shop there again. They don't deserve business.

I brought ham from behind the counter it was nasty I wanted to make sandwiches from my kids school had to throw the whole thing away I even took a video. They should hired better folks that respect other people food that they paying for.
Good quality of fruits and vegetables and diverse. A butcher who knows how to cut meat is a plus
Food Universe is not that different than any other market that's out there. You've seen a gallon of milk here then you've seen it every where else
They racially profile black people here unfortunately. I came in with a shoppingbag to carry my items home and was chased down so the person at the front could take it. However there were many others in the store who were not asked to check their shopping bags or chased down for it

Husband and I Went to this store yesterday let me tell you this store had the lays stack of chips (BBQ) on the shelves still and the CHIPS EXPIRED TWO MONTHS AGO IN MAY ANOTHER SAID APRIL..WE ARE AT THE END OF JULY. THEY DO NOT CHECK THE DATES IN THIS STORE. HOW ARE YOU ALWAYS HAVING EMPLOYEES STOCK SHELVES BUT YOU HAVE EXPIRED PRODUCTS ON THE SHELVES FROM TWO MONTHS AGO??..THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE WITNESS EXPIRED PRODUCTS ON THE SHELVES IN THIS STORE. THANK GOD MY HUSBAND NOTICED THAT.. HE ALWAYS PAYS ATTENTION TO THOSE THINGS. My husband ended up getting me the wise BBQ. IT'S RIDICULOUS IT REALLY IS. WE SPENT $57.00 IN THIS STORE. THIS STORE NEEDS TO BE MORE THROUGH WITH EMPLOYEES ON THAT. THAT IS A SERIOUS HEALTH HAZARD. OTHER SHOPPERS MIGHT NOT CHECK THE DATES LIKE I ALWAYS DO WHEN I GROCERY SHOP. THIS STORE IS ALSO SEVERELY OVER PRICED. JUST RIDICULOUS.

Man these super markets around Far Rockaway are too expensive. This is just one one of the markets and im getting ready to open up a Costco membership because these super markets take so much for so little. I dont really want to shop here any longer. Maybe in an emergency but for my monthly shopping i just rather go further.
All they do is sell spoiled rotten food, from ground beef to gallons of milk my family got sick messing with their products I suggest NO ONE shop there 😡🤬😡🤬
This supermarket would be very convenient for me since it's located across the street from me but I avoid going here because the employees are very unpleasant and unfriendly. There's only Spanish employees there eventhough it's located in a diverse neighborhood. Whenever I go to the register to pay the cashiers says nothing to me but when there's a Spanish customer it's "hi mammy como estas"
Over priced. They need to sales more often. The Cashiers are nice but some of the men managing the place can be rude.
Keyfood has better selection and service. The energy here is just off idk. The workers are constantly around the produce or in other ways in the WAY of customers. Cashiers are so so. Like I said keyfood has better selection and better atmosphere overall.
Small and cluttered. But quaint and loaded with everything I need withinn reach!!!! I always enjoy shopping here, especially when I don't want to traverse a super store where I can't find what I'm looking for in a reasonable amount of time. The staff here is always welcoming, helpful, and friendly. And the store is consistently well stocked. Another one of my Shangri-la's.

You need to be very careful when buying here. They are taking sooo much advantage of the inflation. The prices are not fair to the consumers. They have Costco items that sell individually for higher price. It’s like they make up any price due to the times. You’re wasting your hard earn cash or necessary Ebt benefits. Since a lot of people go here because it’s close they rip them off so badly. Today I get *one* ketchup and I notice it have a sticker that it was really apart of a 3pack from either Costco or Sams club but for higher price. Thank God I have my BJS card. At BJS you save more $$$ guys. Wake up
I would say it is clean and organized and staff seemed nice. I went to check the prices out on my way to morning walk around the neighborhood. The prices seemed reasonable. Some items though happens to be a waaayy more expensive than before.
Those little cashier girls are rude, short tempered and have a bad customer service attitude. They talk AT you and are very snappy. They don’t care to nicely explain their store policy or answer simple questions. The manager chick isn’t any better. They try to act like they don’t understand you but they sure do know how to give an attitude. The site needs to do better at teaching these girls.
This supper market is clean, spacious, and has great prices. The produce are fresh too. I was very happy with my recent visit. Highly recommend this market.
They have 4 or 5 green plantains on sale for $1.

I have known this particular spot for many years even with the different change of names same spot lousy service folks pay attention to your dates on any product and especially the meat manager special can be a danger special..🙄🤷
Last minute bbq stuff
The produce usually never lasts because they’re not fresh. They rot within 1-2 days of purchasing. The bread isn’t fresh either. Prices are also a bit high.

I went there and bought kids the danimals smoothies on April 1st...my daughter said it tasted funny so I checked the expiration date. The date was April 02 2022.... not good at all. They need to check dates and take things like that off the selves
I went to Bravo after work it was a little after 5 and it was a moderate crowd. I just picked up what I needed, and out in no time. I had no problem with social distancing there was someone there guiding customers to the checkout counter.
Way better than i thought it was clean the fruits what excellent with color the meat was great as the fish the shelves were well stocked with sales and savings
I love their hot food especially the oxtails and their service is great except for 1 worker...very rude and disrespectful to the point I walk out if they are behind the counter..

Some of the cashiers are problematic and dishonest. On several occasions, I bought items at this store, the cashiers rang the wrong price, they constantly ring higher prices than advertise. I query the highway robbery and they would say that they have adjusted and voided the errors. But they never do. Therefore, if you must shop here then please, please be very observant and careful, otherwise those distrustful cashiers will steal from you.

This chase has been my bank for many years I love them everyone there treats you like family with respect and very attentive.
While this store always have everything, there is a reason. THEY ARE PRICE GOUGING!!! It is not fair. You are located in a semi low income neighborhood and you're charging out of this world prices. They have lysol wipes and sprays but they are charging twice as much as other people who have it. And then they wonder why nobody is buying anything.
Expensive and u under stocked won't shop here again.
I've been going to this store for ten years and the family that runs it is great. They have a whole hot food section to die for at the back. I am greated as family and let's face it, after ten years they are and I am. They are clean and whatever type of sandwich I like to eat, they can make. It's like walking into mommy's kitchen and leaving with a smile. I love this place. They are more than just a grocery store.😇😄
I often shop at AAA! Always pleased with services, cultural food is fresh, find what I need. Like for them offer other kinds of snacks like entermanns cakes, cookies and pies. The staff have a very positive relationship with the community they serve and customers appreciate the acknowledgement.

Enjoy that this local small grocery mart just 6/7 blks away has nice size varity of many products. Much more than the very PRICEY Food Mart inside the lobby of my highrise complex.

This is a small shop in Far Rockaway, New York but it has an ATM inside it where one can withdraw upto 200 USD per transaction. I was dealing with some high value credit card fraud on my credit card and I needed any ATM to do a test transaction to authenticate my immediate location and to withdraw some money.And this shop came to my rescue. Very polite store keeper. I really appreciate it.

All of the packs of chicken I purchased was old, it smelled horrible. The prices were extremely high. The workers were very polite, however when several people were checking one clerk wouldn't stop eating, so I said, if its your lunch break your register shouldn't be open, she caught an attitude and said yall can wait. I will never go there again

I went there just few minutes ago. The Cash couture is a total mess. The two ladies working there talking loudly with each other at Spanish (there is nothing wrong talking Spanish, I also speak spanish, but definitely its not right to talk about your personal matter with your co-workers while people are waiting on line) messed up my card payment bills.
