A chinese supermarket with a fair and some with above price groceries store well known in Mississauga area, not only you can shop chinese food items, but also its reasonable food and dried products that come from other countries.
I went to meat section and after the staff weighted the meat it was 3lb, then I saw him steal a piece of the meat, I told him to weigh the meat again and he refused first then he raised his voice then he put the meat really quickly on the scale so I wouldn't see the number on the scale, I went home to check the weight I saw it was missing 1 LB. Be careful and ask to reweight the meat. I don't recommend

I mostly shop at Btrust for vegetables and meat and fish. I prefer the butcher shop option as I get to see what it is I'm buying. Not a fan that the fat is not removed before weighing or that the meat is completely frozen so most of my money is being wasted on ice and fat which is not consumable. They have a butcher shop that asks you how you like your meat cut and then they cut it how they want it. English seems to be a challenge with the butchers. Or maybe they just don't care. The butchers are very dismissive of your request. I do not prefer pre-packaged meat as there are times when you go home to cook the meat and it is not fresh. What they show you is the good side and when you open your packaged meat it's a different story. The fish oh lord the fish. You have to inspect the fish thoroughly. I sent my mom to get the snapper they had on sale and when she came home $43 worth of fish and the fish was rotten on the insides. Gills, stomach grey black not to mention the smell. Do not pay to have them clean your fish as you will be cleaning the fish when you get home. They charge extra for cleaning and when you look at the fish you paid to have cleaned the scales are still under the belly and tail, gills and the stomach lining is still intact. I've given up on purchasing fish there because of these ongoing issues. The hot table is a hit or miss sometimes the food is really good sometimes it is not. No consistency in flavor or taste. It's very hard to find someone to assist you in the store as once again English is a barrier. As per the pricing it's like any other grocery store it depends on what's in season you get it on sale. I do find Btrust a bit pricier than the other surrounding Asian grocery stores. There are three stores within 5km of each other. When it first opened the store was very clean however the upkeep needs some attention. I find that the vegetables spoil quickly so buy what you need. Just because it is on sale doesn't mean to stock up as you will be wasting your money in the compost. The pre-packaged veggies same story as the pre-packaged meat one side is good the other not so good. You'll be losing a lot of your produce when you have to cut off the spoiled parts. I've been shopping at Btrust for years now and decided to give a review as these issues are no longer a one-off it's ongoing. With the rising cost of food, consumers should be able to buy groceries with confidence that the quality is the best.

Fast check out. Fresh produce and fruit. Good selection of meats and fish. Connects into the mall/food court area. 5¢ plastic bags. Good selection of frozen items. Great for Asian groceries. Can be very busy on weekends. Prices are fair

Very disgusting today. Went to btrust to buy meat, while standing waiting for service at the meat counter an employee who was cutting meat behind the counter with his bare hands put a finger in his mouth to pick his teeth, (maybe he just finished lunch) and then continue to cut more meat! I wanted to vomit!!🤢🤮 NO HYGENE WHATSOEVER! The employee is usually wearing a black cap.
First time at this place!
Have a lot of goods, fresh meat & butcher on hand, fresh baked bread, etc .
I found this place too cramped with boxes in the isles to walk around easily!
Prices were reasonable!

They only had 2 checkout lanes open at the time and the cashiers were extremely inefficient. They do not accept credit cards (only cash and debit) and also have a rule that purchases under $20 are cash only
This is my humble request to all Canadian Citizens to boycott Kabul Farms specially the one on Dundas\Parkerhill Street in Mississauga. The staff they have do not deserve to be in Canada. Very bad and ignorant staff specially people at meat section. The ladies on reception are typical third world country staff. I saw few of them stuff expired and reported them, instead of apologizing they were asking me if I still want to buy. I will report this particular store to most of government departments and make sure they remove such stores that doesn't deserve to be part of Canadian stores. I will also report to CRA to investigate if they are hiring illegals or paying cash to their employees because it seems like the staff they have on meat section have no clue of customer service.

Most arrogant and disrespectful staff. They prefer selling stale produce and the lentils infested with worms. I had to throw sealed bags of lentils, poha and sooji which had worms in it. They try to push you to buy non fresh produce and expect customers to not complain. I’ll never be going to this store for Indian groceries. I’m giving a 1 star as zero was not an option. In todays day and time for people to behave with customers as if they don’t care is very astonishing. I’m sure people will see through their behaviour and low quality products and choose better stores with polite staff.

Asian supermarket. Nice fresh veggies & fruits at good price. Our favourite is the fish tank area with Striped bass at fantastic pricing, pulled from the tank & professionally Cleaned !!!
The Dim Sum cooked area is another, really nice area with good value.

We go to 6-7 Asian Superstores with B-Trust and Terra always in the Top 3.
Very nice place where you get almost everything at very affordable prices as compare to other supermarkets around. It’s 100% halal and even halal icecream 😋
Lovely experience!
Very helpful staff compared to the “other seafood store” at Shoppers World.
I was looking for something and one of the clerks noticed and asked if he could help me and directed me to the product, Thanks Mel for being very helpful!
It was the first time buying at the seafood counter and the gentleman was helpful in my purchase. The staff, and customers were very friendly! You’ve just gained a customer from Brampton! Thanks for the great experience!

Glad to have this nice little grocery store in the area. Good customer service.
My grocery store for Asian food.
The food court inside is amazing too. All food are tasty. Premade food are good too. Seasonal fruit from South Korea is available and very good priced most of the time.
Many Korean pantry and produce staples in one place. Seasonal veg is always fresh and I love to grab kimbap or one of the other prepared food items while I'm there. I go out of my way to shop here.

I've been here quite a lot, love most of the dishes and food products.
This is the only Seafood City Supermarkets I have been to as such cannot compare. Noticed most staff are friendly. However, we are here to learn more about Philippine products as well as cultural food and how it's used or made. Most of the groceries here are higher priced when compared with most of the Asian groceries around the area.
It's understandable that some staff feel miserable when inquired, but not to a point of cursing and ignoring a customer not answering an inquiry that just happened and acting busy. That's why these 3 stars appeared and I think I'm generous.
With the exception of one or two staff that are once in a while having such issues, will still give them the benefit of the doubt. Maybe having a bad day. Overall, great!!
You'll should come over and have a look around, see what you think.

My favourite Asian supermarket in the area. The market has almost everything you need, from all sorts of Asian (any origin) to some of the freshest produce at great prices.
I come here for all my needs in terms of vegetables and fish, the goods are fresh and sells fast.
They also have a great hot table area for freshly made hot food. I absolutely love it, and the prices are great.
A phenomenal variety of grocery items housewares & plants here at Yuan Ming Supermarket in Mississauga,Ontario,Canada.

Rude customer service

I had a really bad time at this shop - fish section. I kindly asked if I could get fish from the freezer instead of the display, but the response I received was unexpected. The staff raised their voice, literally shouted and insisted I could only choose from the display. It seemed like there was some ego involved.I left the shop feeling disappointed.

It's unfortunate to see such customer service, and I hope they can improve for the sake of their business.

My go to for fresh veggies and fruits. Fresh seafood and meat counters at the back and the BBQ pork is good for taking home and making bbq pork friend rice. Check it out and you won't be disappointed
I like their Crispy Town and Grill City hot tables. A little expensive but as a treat once in a while it’s good. Groceries here a little more expensive than other places.

Cashier are either like dead people without any emotion when checking out the items, no greeting at all, even no basic eye contact, just put some self check machine, which will do better job!! Price tags are misleading, they mix regular and special items together to bait you and hope you won't check the receipt, what a shameless place to be there.... will never go back again, or the business is shrinking and quality of the grocery is going down a lot. If you want fresh grocery, go somewhere else!
Do not go here. my girlfriend and I were long time customers of this establishment but when we went in today we were followed around the store by the security guard who looked into my girlfriends bag multiple times. we are not thiefs and have never stolen from this place but he insisted on saying her water bottle was from the store. it was a flow water a product that they don’t even carry in this store. we both felt extremely violated and when we asked to speak with a manager the employee behind the cash kept telling us to pay. I won’t be returning to this store again.
I went with my baby, is it fake cart? Baby cannot sit in the cart because there's no place to put legs. In addition, the lady in the food court is extremky lame and slow. People was on the long que but they still didn't care, just tried to waste customer's time. Lastly, it's dirty place, they try to look clean but it's fake, cart were dirty, food court was dirty, would never go again.
Price: compare to other Asian store, 1-3 dollars more expensive

Prices are all marked up . 45$ for a bag of idly rice I understand it is due to ban . But near by store thiara was offering it for 22$ for same weight on same day same time . Just different brand . What in the world with this store always marked up prices than other stores

When asked about this, owner said supplier rate , margin, demand etc . I want to meet that expensive supplier who supplies only for this store at this rate . Store has to realize that it is okay to take profit but this is literally looting people's money

Bought a fresh u grade duck 2 days ago but found one wing was cut off. Very surprised. Never had this problem before. I couldn’t see the problem because that side was put at bottom purposely in the package. 2 weeks ago on July 2 I bought a silkie chicken from this store but found it was stinky when I took it out from fridge to cook on July 4. The chicken was in good package and was put in a cooler with ice pack when bringing it home so it's not my fault. I wrote an email to the store asked them to explain but never got any response. Very disappointed as we are regular customers of this store for many year as it’s close to my home. The service quality has been deteriorating recently. If they still treat customers this way, I will change to other stores though they are farther.

Price looks like costly here. But most of the south indian groceies we can get it here. Not suitable to buy a vegetables here its too costly. I bought Idhyam Gingelwy Oils, Aachi Masala, other India masalas
Seafood City, Mississuaga is our favourite place for pork BBQ, chicken skin and pork rinds. Though we are very close to Scarborough Branch, we still travel far just to satisfy our cravings. Foods we ordered here always tasted better than from the other branch. For example the chicken skin, I don’t know why it’s coated with something… like flour, which I didn’t like. From then on, I never went back there. So, on top of our faves we added grilled pompano fish, halo-halo and buko pandan drink. I ordered 2 halo-halo and we both didn’t like it. Jackfruit was hard too. I was also looking for fresh lumpia but nothing to be found. I don’t know when did they stop selling this good food that brings back goldilocks times. 🤗 I also missed their special garlic vinegar that you can just get for free if you need for your chicharons.
Bought halo halo at $9.50/cup

It was meh, plus I had to wait 10+ minutes since the stall had only one person staffing it.

They did apologize for the long wait.

One good thing I did like about the halo-halo was they used pinipig.
We can get all the necessary Indian groceries and vegetables and flowers at affordable price. Including my favorite Sundakkai, Vazhapoo(banana flower) and Vazhai thandu(banana stem).

I like the taste and quality of their meats. Also that's great that you can find fresh bread in this store just if they make the breads more crispy that would be great!
Among the Asian grocers in the area, Yuan Ming supermarket is a hidden gem that is often overlooked.

I myself rarely drive by because it's location is tricky to turn in, I'm glad I decided to stop by this time.

I often go here for quality meats and fruit.

Their new renovation is an amazing and much needed change. I'm glad the vibe here finally reflects the quality, content they have to sell. The store is beautiful and still has a bit of the Asian hoarding that appeals to treasure hunters like me.

My only complaint is the English is very limited and there is no hot food section. Though I'm optimistic because I can see they are opening a "mall-like" food court on the left wing.

Can't wait to shop here again!

Small suggestion, please place a board of fish names available each day
The Korean Grocery Store is always well stocked, and I love the lovely Korean cashiers they're all so nice, professional and excellent at bagging your items so that nothing leaks or breaks.

I forgot my debit card a few weeks back and one of the Korean woman cashier's was so genuine about keeping all of items that she had just rang through cool and in the freezer so nothing spoiled while I took 20 minutes to go and get my debit card which I had left at home. Thank you PAT!!
Would recommend this place for Indian groceries.. small store with limited options, but it's good.. I didn't try meat here..
Great Korean grocery store. Love their produce section as it's good quality and a good price. Meat section is also good, where I get my pork belly from. And don't forget their ready made meals. Tried most of what they offer and haven't been disappointed.
Indian groceries with reasonable ratés. Between the hustle and bustle no time wasting. You can get many things at one place. Near by the highway and main street....
The seafood city supermarket is located in the heartland centre. This is a Philippines supermarket catering to their community. The supermarket is super clean and well stocked. It has a food court that serves a variety of food items and a meat and extensive fresh seafood section. Prices aren’t cheap compared to other super markets.

Newly renovated. Bright, clean and spacious. Overall very well organized for an Asian supermarket. Perishables especially fruits and vegetables were fresher than before. I like the adjacent nursery and garden section with direct access from inside the supermarket. Ample parking is available and the supermarket is not as busy as the others in the area. Good place to grocery shop here.
I have been here only once after being referred by my friend. The main reason for my visit was to buy fish. They have lots of Indian & asian fish varieties like sankara, maththi, Pomfret, Kingfish and etc.. Sorry, I am sure I am missing some good varieties of fish. On top of it, they have prawn, crab, and squid. They have meats as well. Fish and meat looked so fresh. Also, they cleaned it very well, unlike oceans' fresh food market. They are respectful, too. They have lots of groceries. I bought Anil semiya, dry fish, some specific greens like vallarai keerai, modakaththan keerai and so on. I felt some items were pricy, but still, I liked it. So rating 5. I will visit frequently here on. It's a compact supermarket with lots of items stuffed in.
Very Cheap and wide range of collection! Quite close to Bust stop! Compact store but well stocked!

I come here for lunch and bit of grocery on days when I'm craving simple Chinese food. Their hot food section for lunch is terrific and inexpensive. $8.99 for 2 items plus rice or noodles with a free soup. Can't go wrong for that price. The servers are heavy handed and friendly. I can never finish the food in one sitting. They give a lot.
Nice place, with excellent service. clean and with tasty food

I got super excited seeing all the South Indian items and bought stuffs for 200 dollars. Fresh veggies were fine but dry items are all spoiled. Rice, urad dal and some other spices smelled so bad to the extent that I had to throw them to keep my house not smelling garbage. I will not recommend buying dry items from here

I am obsessed with Seafood City because of their amazing Filipino style BBQ! I will always make a visit to pick up their pork and chicken BBQ skewers. They're freshly grilled and just delicious. Besides that, although I do love their selection of Filipino and other asian snacks- the same products are more expensive at Seafood City compared to Oceans and T&T Supermarket.

The shelves are stocked well. However, as you walk into the store you are greeted with a blast of stale air. Understandably during winter months there is a concern for ventilation, but would be nice to have some air circulating through and out to prevent this.

Also the aisles are narrow. Again, understandable with the variety of products made available.

If it wasn’t for the stale air that made you want to get out of there as fast as possible I’d have given it his place an extra star.

It’s a great Asian supermarket and stocks a good variety of products. The prices are reasonable but the quality of the fresh products needs improvement. However, the meat section is an exception; the meat variety is great and always fresh. The in-house bakery is also one of the best if you like flat bread (barbari). The staff are not always friendly (except the meat section) and the place needs to be more organized and clean. There is one accessible parking in front of the supermarket.

Be very careful when you bill your products in this store. Though I was wrongly billed for 45 dollars. When went today for correction again faced several wrong calculations of the billing amount and paid extra 3 dollars today. Be extra careful, wrongly people are taking more money from us. First of all products are overly priced. Faced issue 3 times now. I will stop going to this store in future. Bad experience again today. Not recommending anyone
It has been renovated and very nice than before. You can find so many varieties of fruits and vegetables plus other Chinese food items. There are live fish, crabs, lobster, shell fish to select. Very clean.
A good store to buy indian goods
Slightly expensive than walmart but selection is great
specially loved the Sai paneer and the methi parathas kept right at the start of the frozen section is awesome
great selection of vegetables and good place to shop for deepawali

One of the 3 larger Asian markets in the area. It’s currently undergoing a renovation and layout has changed.

It had a decent offering in the past but looks like more variety is being carried as a result of the reno which isn’t a bad thing as it tries to regain some of the market share that was lost when Fresh Palace opened up.
The go-to for Korean and Asian groceries outside of going to Chinatown. A decent selection but a smaller fresh produce section than I've seen at other locations. Plenty of kimchi and specific Korean cuisine ingredients. Good quality Japanese supplies and cook ware. Signage for the 5 items or less cash is totally not English but they'll sort you out. Very large frozen foods section with other cooked foods and vendors outside the cash checkout. Parking is available, pricing is a higher price point.

Good place to find quick fix services and cheap Pakistani, India, Chinese and Arab specialized items. Cheap photo shop, barber, pet shop, Carpets, frames, tools, toys, mobile accessories, electronics, prayer mats, scarfs, Crockery, lots of ethnic clothing etc etc.

Cheapest place I know for getting watch batteries and pasport size photos.

Must visit once so you know exactly what you can get there and then can visit when needed.
The location is both clean and old. It occasionally has excellent produce, such as vegetables and fruits. I got some of the meat they sell, and it's delicious. The meat is also halal. They sell a variety of nuts. The store accepts cash, credit cards, debit cards, and maybe NFC payments.

Authentic Korean supermarket with a wonderful selection of hard to get Korean food and goods. Fantastic meat department with lots of shabu-shabu options. Huge aisle of Ramen. Good place to get all the Indian grocery n vegetables...
Clean, good price commodities., I find this grocery out of many Asian Groceries I'd been, I like this one, located in Chinese Center in Dundas Dixie Area of Mississauga, close to all good and sale items and services. Al Premium is just the right size of store, I found hard to find stuff and easy in and out, prices are fair and better, sale of goods are always there. Good choices of Chinese, Vietnamese, Philippine products, plus Korean, Japanese and Thailand. Fresh fruits and vegetables, good choices, meat shop and fresh fish plus more, good/fair price.
Good Tamil and South Indian grocery. They do have fishes and meat. Rare authentic items available. Will visit again. Lot of native greens (keeraigal) available .. Wood pressed sesame and groundnut oil available .. the cashier is very helpful ..
Recommend this store to get authentic Indian vegetables and it products

Place has unique brands and items. They don’t have tons of collections but some srilankan, some Indian collection. Narasus Udayam filter coffee wasn’t found anywhere but this place had it. I called before I went here and they checked, confirmed that they had the item. I really liked that they didn’t just say yes for the sake of answering. I did mention to them that their store had unique items and they were courteous.

The only problem I had with this place was, the place is really really tiny. Tiny means only one person can pass through the lane. You got to wait for the person to finish their shopping and then you can move to that lane. You cannot take your kids for sure. Also, I could not find everything so I had go to other Indian place for shopping.

Small business people, so I encourage people to give a try! Who knows you may find an item that you could not find in other stores!

I like this store for all my asian food cravings as they have a huge selection of different sauces, spices, noodles and etc. Also love buying fruits and vegetables in here for a very cheap price and good quality, other than that I stay away from meats and other fresh products.
Most of the time it’s somewhat clean, but staff is always pretty rude.
I finally came back here today and found it a lot more better with both service as well as cleaner than back then 2 years ago as such put them back as 3 star, but still requires lots of cleaning.

This was when these guys took over 2 years ago : ->> Use to be a reasonably clean and neat Korean style Supermarket, but has totally changed, maybe different management now. Service very ignorant as well as products are terribly messy now, compared to when it was. Moreover, expanding, seeing some construction going on dono what to say.

The service here is getting worse and worse. Charged me the normal price for a 40lb bag of rice that on sale. Found the error on the receipt later on, but the "customer service" won't believe the customer: stating I must purchased another brand instead of the one onsale. Had to bring the rice back to the store then got it corrected. Also charged me US Fuji price with Chinese Fuji apples. No apology, no word of sorry, nothing. There are errors in their system, and in their staff.
Remind everyone check your receipt carefully before you leave the store!
