Very helpful staff compared to the “other seafood store” at Shoppers World.

It was the first time buying at the seafood counter and the gentleman was helpful in my purchase. The staff, and customers were very friendly! You’ve just gained a customer from Brampton! Thanks for the great experience!

I've been here quite a lot, love most of the dishes and food products.
This is the only Seafood City Supermarkets I have been to as such cannot compare. Noticed most staff are friendly. However, we are here to learn more about Philippine products as well as cultural food and how it's used or made. Most of the groceries here are higher priced when compared with most of the Asian groceries around the area.
It's understandable that some staff feel miserable when inquired, but not to a point of cursing and ignoring a customer not answering an inquiry that just happened and acting busy. That's why these 3 stars appeared and I think I'm generous.
With the exception of one or two staff that are once in a while having such issues, will still give them the benefit of the doubt. Maybe having a bad day. Overall, great!!
