Weird separated parking lot for motorbike and car, need to go in via side entrance if you are using bike. the entrance and exit were at more rundown part of the mall unlike the one used by car. The mall itself is considered new but not really crowded and quite far away from downtown.

Crowded and filled with Singaporean visitors, this is a huge supermarket with options so plentiful that no one needs to head to another supermarket to shop for local products in Batam!
First time visit, price expensive for clothing. Only bought fresh care items & sweet. The more they know you from other country, the more they charge you
This is one of very well-known department stores at Batam. We can find many thing clothes, food, department store, electronic things such as laptops, pc, phones and many other things. Specially for pc, notebooks or phones we also can find the second handed one in logical price

A very quiet mall, business not too good. Quite slots of things to eat there but food taste wise not as good.
Awfully rude security which was a lady at the entrance would absolutely not let you in if you have water for whatever reason I’m not too sure literally got kicked out apparently. I mean there’s tons of stuff and groceries inside but if a small matter like carrying a bottle and you can’t go in, It’s pretty ridiculous. If you do want to shop there just be wary I guess.
Congratulations to the owners of this Top100. I think the expansion and upgrades have been well done so far. I can see potential for more improvement - great. I noticed in the supermarket more choice and selection of food, vegetables, and drink. Pretty good food outlets now opened in the new areas. I cannot think of a better Top100 in Batam. My only concern is parking for cars, it is sure to get more busy in future. Need to stop the motors from taking up space outside the building. Please consider trolley ramps for people who cannot park directly outside, and people with any disabilities, such as wheelchairs. Nevertheless, really good job!
Big mall but not much international brands inside. Good thing is there’s many shophouses outside the main mall, with a ton of massage places!
One of the easy shopping malls in batam. There's always parking available, few nice restaurants, drinks counters, ACE, Mr. DIY, Selma, miniso etc... Hypermart in the basement has been closed.
You may come here to do shopping and recreation for kids event the pools also you will see around here
The supermarket is closed and only a few eateries/fast food and starbucks on L1. Nothing interesting to shop, some household items shops. A very very quiet mall with many untenanted shops. Left in less than 20mins.
Clean and good air condition mall. The centre part of the mall have too many vendor store. Too many shop selling the same items.

There must be a reason why this mall in batam still survive?!?!... with many new malls coming n going n some not even know "is it coming up"... used to be full of shops the whole 2 level but recent years only the 1st level... push carts selling almost the same items... counterfeit products/ mobile accessories/ koropok... the store selling koropok, as claimed by my friend, by the entrance is the best by far but they not giving discounts even u buy a lot (about time we look for others store) 😉.... if u have no reason to go to DC mall, I find it there is no reason for u to be there too...

This is quite a new mall, internal layout is not that good. Too far and not easy to know the way to stores unless you frequent there often. For tourists, you need walk far to certain stores.
Lots of places to get food in Batam but DC Supermarket is my favorite. Great service, friendly staff, great selection of food and it remains fresh at home. That's the most important thing. I can check the fridge in a few days and still have the quality you expect! 😊

A great place to hangout. Wide range of shops in all categories. Lot of stalls for food and beverages. The mall is widespread with good parking and rest rooms in good condition.
Honestly it's a very boring shopping mall. It's large no doubt, and it has many floors and shops all around. It's also conveniently located right by all the spa shops along Nagoya Hill, so people do visit before or after they're done with their massages.

The supermarket provides various goods from food and beverages to household utensils. It also sells imported goods from Singapore and Malaysia. The service is good and fast. The pricelist is competitive. The ambiance is quite uncomfortable due to the hot temperature. I think additional air conditioners are necessary. The parking lot is spacious, yet no trolley access is available.
This isle between shelves is kinda narrow that you will always bump into other customers but people keep coming back to this branch of top 100 because it has the most complete selections of retail goods.
Diamond supermarket have many rare ingredients from many countries. Lately in 2022 many ingredients that usually uncommon here in Batam are surprisingly provided, such as gyoza, naruto maki, etc i don't think i can find these kind of ingredients in just any supermarket, so i really Recommended this place to buy an uncommon ingredients for cooking.

Old mall in Batam, use to be one of the tourists esp Singaporean favourite shopping centre, but now when there is so many new, n as big, shopping centre out there, this seem "left out"... There's a outdoor part that consist of cafes/ fast food/ bubble tea n an indoor part for counterfeit products/ "cheap" clothes shops/ one corner of electronics/ mobile stores (selling the same things)... N eateries on top... Hypermarket on the lower level...
Visited this place in 2017, recently return to Batam. Still very adorable place selling all products from shampoo to coffee powder.

Not very crowded. Some restaurant are very quiet though we come on weekend. Many stalls sell chocolate from Msia and Spore. There's a stall selling Kue Jungkong. Very nice. Should try.

The best place to find cheaper singaporean/malaysian chocolate, snacks, etc. it's good as a gifts for someone, or maybe just for yourself, recommended store in Batam.

This is one of the place that sell clothing items for all type. But at the ground level there a lot of Muslim women clothes. There are also computer and hp shops in this place.
A very recommended place to buy your monthly groceries. Many discount of good products were offered.

Well, Diamond Supermarket is a fresh supemarket in town from fruits and vegetables to meats. They also provide frozen food, pet foods, and so on.
Not much collection but still ok if u just want to buy a bit of oleh-oleh
Great Store, there's plenty of things you need in here and this store has good air conditioning system so customers feel comfortable to shop in here, and of course it's clean in here.
Supermarket with lots of imported goods! We bought some snacks here to be shared with family back home. You can found local snack, Malaysian snack (Beryls chocolate, Singaporean coffees, etc) and others here. They can also packed it up for you if you need to bring it to travel with you.
when you go to Batam you have to visit this super market. This store has so many varities of products. But mainly they sell foods and drinks. It has huge place and spacious parking spot. The price of the goods are not expensive as well. I went there to buy some chocolate and noodle and I just spent for under 100k rupiahs!! Must go to place.
Recommended to shop here since its more quite than other mall. Half of tenants are closed (probably due to covid). Thing that need to be improved is toilet. When I visited, the soap is not refilled.

Wanna get cheap clothes n accessories, house ware, and other stuff, go there you will find what you wants with reasonable price. One more thing, that you will find easier parking there with more space parking lot.

Love it. The biggest mall in Batam right now. You can find all items from cheap to expensive just at here.. we can find some middle high end stuff just at grand batam. Love it dont forget to eat at the food corner

I like this place soo much, I visit when I have spare time and money. You can find so many things with the lowest price, I mean everything. But sure, its not very clean. The photo that I attach is in "parkiran dalam avava".
This miniso branch located on 1st floor of MB2, right side from entrance. Even though it's not as large and complete as main one in Kepri Mall, it's more like another branch of miniso in Nagoya Hill. It's quite a steal since it's newly opened thus they offer up to 50% off discount this current time.
This place like an old shopping mall. Here, you will find mobile phone and acc shops, furniture shops, electronics shops. And the main place to visit here is TOP 100 Supermarket.

I think this is the bigest Top 100 deparment store in Batam. It is located in very strategic area. People can notice this area easily even though in hard traffic. The parking lot is quite big for cars but for motor cycles it only have narrow space beside the mall. There is wheel-chair access at the enterance but there is not available in the parking area. In the main building, you can find playing ground for children like ballon palace or other games. Its cost stated from 1k to 10k rupiah. However, you need to take care your children yourself because there is not guardians signed for this. Besides playing ground, there are a lot of vendors, restaurants in food area, and the super market. The price in the super market is very competitive and the variety covered your daily needs goods. It is recommeded to visit. I give 4 stars because the rest rooms are very clean and no mosque.
There is much more potential to this newest mall of Batam. Already like it here. Very good outdoor ambience. Come and see for yourself. There is plenty more business joining soon. Need to add more lift I think haha. They need a special lift for loading things etc. I dont think one is sufficient for the future. Ample parking space outdoor and also got indoor multilevel parking.
Pretty large and complete. It's good choice for monthly purchase since pricing is mostly lower than other Supermarket chain in Batam. Usually busy on the weekend.

It's pretty new so the mall isn't too crowded.. I think the mall still doesn't finish yet. But there are some stores open at that mall such as book store, cafe, and cinema. The mall still in progress.
Purchased a small ready to consume fresh milk box, but guess what? Such a big store, they don't even have a straw for it. Asked the staff, theirs' attitudes were really superb poor. C'mon, it's nearly 2020, the management should improve its employees service attitudes and more educated. Or else, I don't think you can survive in the current market. Get ready to wind up your business if you choose to maintain this kind of poor attitude employees.

New cancepr very Good, complete and nice place to buy some local gift or daily food/snack/stationary/houseware etc and the most importance is cheaper then other supermarket...the product it self coming from local batam/indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand I think.., I recommended this place to be visited for your hand gift when you coming to batam as TOP100 has many place to be visited in Batam (not only in batam center)
