The best choice in town for grocery
Supper clean and organize easy to find what your looking for.
Before that it was Idris before that it was Batchoun I remember those places from my childhood my grandmother would say Batchoun and Idris as if it's someone we know so this Spinneys nonsense began in mandatory Palestine they revived it in the Arab world and it's a total joke unless you sell alcohol and pork which they don't here in Saida I wouldn't even use the toilets there
The food Is not good I ordered grape leaves And it turned out rotten and also potatoes not cooked and the order is not even correct they forget the diet Pepsi also it is expensive
Unfortunately, some girls are incomplicted and have no experience selling food.
Paid a fortune for moldy fruits, and their store manager wasn’t helpful.
Don't order fruits and vegetables delivered to your house because they will pick all the rotten ones for you. And please don't ask for my number to contact me bla bla bla... damage has been done. It's too late.
The supermarket is very hot there is no AC running.
A good selection of items with some international items that are not regularly found in town. Prices are reasonable and the place is not bad. The veg selection is not that great but other basic items are easy to find. They do have a large pet section upstairs.
Our go to location in Beirut. It is not as big as some other locations but it is centrally located and easily accessible. In the heart of Hamra it has all the basics and some international items also. Pass by there and see.

Great experience, most products you need can be purchased here. But at peak hours this place is full of people.
Spinneys point system is a scam, you spend your life at collecting points and you end up winning nothing . However, staff are professional and it's a nice place for shopping. Deals section is excellent, you really find cheap and good quality products
Very bad service and very high prices
Great selection and friendly service during multiple visits made in April 2016. Good conversion rate offered on US dollars. I still recall with fondness all these years later the store's background music system playing "La Bohème" by Charles Aznavour - a musical genius whose songs absolutely should be played more frequently in public spaces!

Lovely supermarket and have a great selection of cheese and wines, alternative non dairy products and fresh Baguettes. So clean and accommodating.
The customer service desk in Hamra, lacks of customer service and I find them rude and lacking of social manners.
The staff walk in front you and never stop, forcing you to stop to allow them the way. The manager needs to address this customer service issues.otherwise the place is wonderful.

We usually buy our goods from Fakhani assuming they have a good quality but it seems they are deteriorating like everything! This is an image of eggs purchased from them and also we got olive oil that looks and tastes like everything other than olive oil. We will never purchase again and I hope no one gets poisoned from there. I know they don’t care now, but with this quality, a time will come when they will start looking for customers who left them due to quality and bad customer service
Good place to buy most of your daily essentials but it's more expensive than other places
I ordered online from toters, the problem is they dont update their prices, I ordered a palmolive hand wash for 43,000 and when the bill came it was 116,000. Plus many of the items online are missing.
Delivery is sent late despite ordering it more than 1 hour prior. Food is delivered cold. Rice and chicken is overcooked, bland and not tasty. Overpriced. Pretty disappointing
I ordered vegetables several times, often they are not fresh, I just received a kilogram of onions in very bad condition. I call them, and they tell me there is nothing they can do, that's how they get their vegetables. This store is a scam. The after sales service is very bad.

Went to Marqer yesterday for first time. They certainly have a good selection of goods. Place is cleanish, can be cleaner. Worst thing is their customer service. The guy at the cheese counter was rude and very unhelpful. The ground staff could kind regards be bothered and sat chatting with each other. The grocery guy was the only helpful and professional service person. At the counter I told the checkout lady how rude the staff were, she friend her face away and said “they must be having a bad day”. She was not apologetic and as rude as them. Will never go back nor recommend anyone in our family go back. Management seems to encourage this rude behavior. There are many alternative in Ras Beirut to this rude unprofessional behavior. Grocery shopping is about service. Good luck and let’s see how long you will last with this behavior.

Ordered Ice cream and came expired and melted. Call them back just to inform them but the manager was very insulting and started an investigation for a 3 dollars ice cream. The conversation was very humiliating and disgraceful. Last time ordering from this shop and will be telling all friends and family about the horrible incident just as a reminder of how important customer service is and how fast bad word of mouth travels. Thanks Marqet!

I buy from there every single day very clean fresh products not to miss there halloumi cheese and the kachkaval fakhani at lunch they have plat du jour big portion at very affordable price and they sell a wide variety of salads they have also fresh bread baked there

Almost 2 years ago they did a huge renovation and expanded. It is easier now to shop. They have a good range of dairy food, meat, and vegetables. The alcohol section is very limited. One of the things that should be improved is to make sure items do not get sold out from the shelves. Prices are competitive however cetain items are more expensive than supermarkets in the same area. You can park easily in front of it since they have a private parking and a person who helps in parking the car. Another good thing which is not available everywhere in Lebanon is having an access for people with special needs
Prices are higher than other supermarkets but has the best quality of cheese and labneh. Baguette are so delicious and fresh baked
You go for some groceries your wife requested and come back with half the store in your car. Everything looks so tasty and the welcome is unique.
Not big shop like spineys and carrefour but you can find your request with good price
They have american products and sell pets on the top floor. The deli and butcher is also good and consistent quality. I always get my Kafta raw from here! Also helpful staff.
Lots of good produce. As a visitor I was looking for a good all round supermarket. The shop does not appear presently when you simply search the area for supermarket. I found it when I went out for a stroll. Spinneys should try to get this site to appear on Google Maps as a supermarket rather than "Shopping Centre"

Nice, compact supermarket that has the basics and more. Parking available, and an elevator to access the lower level of the grocery store. A bit limited in variety because it’s a smaller Spinneys branch, but not bad for a last minute grocery run. Organic items available as well.
Small, but well stocked supermarket with quality imported products as well as local ones. The fresh vegetables and fruits are a bit limited but still decent for a last minute shopping trip. Good opening hours, and friendly and professional staff members.
They have a wide variety of items including a range of organic vegetables and products. Good service. I didn't give them five stars because I don't like the red meat they prepare.

Great supermarket with huge selection and friendly staff. Own oven where they make a range of plain and filled bread products. Meat selection is small but very good, milk product range is vast. Olives & Co are of the highest quality. We come again and again. :)
Extremely good service and this mini market offers nearly everything a big supermarket has including basic cleaning supplies, canned food, bakery items, olives and pickled items, fruit and vegetables, and more. All staff will approach you to see if they can help. Credit cards accepted. Parking is a bit tough but there’s valet (free) who will deal with your car if you need to pop in for a few minutes.
American style supermarket. Friendly helpfull staff. Great meat selection, probably best in town. Has Hard to find brands, good pet store upstairs, with American brands imported especially by shoppers. Downstairs they have a grill section with sandwitches and bakery items.

I think their employees are very nice to the customers and my Jedo and I go to Fakhani to buy popsicles and chocolate prince & yago then watch TV at home. It is a very well trained place. Love, Serena.
Well located In Malla area, the shop had all the groceries, fruits and vegetables, chicken and meat.
The only thing is that it gets really crowded inside and the staff keeps asking good you if you need any help which can be a bit overwhelming, and hectic. Although it is a good place to get in and out.

Very good quality of dairy products. It has a wide range of grocery items but not really a supermarket. Have a range of baked items and home made good with a good quality.

My favorite local supermarket in town. You can find everything you need and they always have freshly baked baguette 😋😋 as well as other pastries. Their mini pizza as as spinach fatayer (triangles/local entrée course) are among the best in town. A wide variety of olives as well as dairy products though i don't recommend buying any imported cheese such as brie or camembert as i always found them fade.
Lots of brands you don't find easily everywhere in Beirut... the pet store is definitely worth it!

Great place for your groceries if in Verdun or Ain El Tine. A good selection or daily needs but for weekly shopping and those specific brands or a greater selection their larger stores are a better choice.
Good variety and quality. Crowded most of the times and could use some organization. Prices are higher than supermarkets like spinnys and c4, but understandable due to its high operating costs.
Good Supermarket. Most of goods are cheaper than any other supermarket in the area. What i just didn't like, the vegetables are not always fresh & in good conditions like many supermarkets. The supermarket is growing and getting better year after year

Very well-organized supermarket. You can find a lot of stuff, and very good, clean, and varied types of food. More expensive than other supermarkets however. And their delivery takes forever to arrive.
I like this place. They have a good selection of foreign products that are otherwise hard to find in other stores. Could be a bit cleaner and organized but it's fine.
