My friend with 2 small kiss ordered Kentucky chicken and strips+fries and when she was about to get the order she was told they cannot make the order without more explanation. As a Romanian speaker I had to go and understand what was going on. The chicken was being fried and was taking about 15 min to get it ready. First of all,they should manage orders so they don't run out of items,second,they should clearly inform customer about the waiting time,third -they should not remove the order from the "prepare" screen.forth- the ketchup wasn't included,he had to go back and pay for it, considering they were made to wait 15-20 min,they should have offered it for free

If it weren't for the low prices, i'd stay far away from this place. Horrendous behavior from the old ladies that work there, they act like they own the place and give you the feeling that you intrude their shop. Pretty nasty reputation for a group as big as Carrefour. Shame

One of the most aesthetic shopping centers I've ever seen. It is easy to walk around and you can see their stores even from afar. Even if it is artificial, green and tree color are used very harmoniously and beautifully. The design of the toilet is very ambitious and it has become my favourite. I just had a little trouble finding the exit in the parking lot. Because there are so many signs around you and if you don't know Romanian, this is a puzzle for you.

If you're leaving in the area or just passing by it's a good option to do your groceries. They have a decent amount of options compared with the space that the store is using. I found realy good watermelons, apples.. fruits in general. The store is clean except the plastic carts that looked kind of not so clean but in general is a nice store

Nice alternative for fast food. I really enjoy the fries with beef. Serving is fast and staff friendly.
Decent for a quick stop. Although not a lot of products variety and somewhat high prices. Higher than the same network hypermarket. Some products close to expiry date. Fruits and vegetables are somewhat old. Could help if they would bring fresh products and improve the variety, since the prices will for sure not budge.

Excelent small grocery shop located downtown. It's only non-stop during the weekend. The people working there are very friendly even with a lot of congestion during weekend nights.
The best mall ❤ Big mall with a lot of shopping stores, big food court with plenty of restaurants, superb design with a lot of plants, nice bathrooms. Biiig terrace with great view at the outside park. Cinema City and Carrefour supermarket. Also, the neighborhood is great and you are not far from the center of Bucharest 😊

Not all the products have a displayed price. Cashier did not give all the change, "assumed" that if it's coins, we don't need it. Extremely high prices. Condescendent staff.

Without a doubt one of the best shopping malls in Bucharest, a good variety of shops, restaurants and entertainment. The design is absolutely tasteful, the only thing we found out is that in the playing area (the zeppelin looking one) there were some stairs going down to an viewing area and it smelled like pee, yes, gross, but other than that it was a good surprise and the location beside the lake is great as well as you can go outside for a walk after or before shopping.
Dezamagitor. Cand dai in jur de 250 de lei pe 3 bucatele de branza, ai niste asteptari. Am cumparat produsele din restaurant, pentru ca magazinul era inchis, si pot spune cu mana pe inima ca nu era nimic proaspat acolo, de la miros pana la gust o bataie de joc.

I tried to order on a cashier but instead I was sent to the automate mashine to make the order. Im not a common user and so I strugled but I made and order. I could not find everything I wanted. I order something else... few minutes after, the cashier with a person was already open. This is not concern with the customer.

This taco bell changed my life. I am now quitting my job and eating here everyday. Would be 5 stars but this was so good I cannot eat any other food anymore, everything else tastes bad. Looking forward to my next Taco Bell meal today.
5 lei booster sandwich and is exactly half of what it was a couple of months ago (when it was 3.5 lei). Payed 3 lei for a big menu and the coke was half empty. Crispies were extremely dry. No napkins. Got garlic mayo instead of normal mayo as we asked.

Except the one from Viitorului Street and maybe the one from Baneasa, the smaller ones are really poor in everything. Not so many good products, not very nice staff, not very clean, from time to time you see one price on the shelf and you pay another. In general, big prices for an average or even low grocery store. Just because they are everywhere, they think they don't need to keep a high standard anymore.
NOT NONSTOP! Tried to shop right now at 3:30AM. Woman working opened the door only to say it’s closed, no shopping. Wouldn’t answer when asked when does it reopen. Finally, she said it reopens at 7AM. That’s far from nonstop! So aggravating of them to falsely advertise on maps and at the store front when I made a long journey to get there.

This is the first time I order from Taco Bell. I have visited another franchise in UK a year ago, but the place was so depressing (in Brighton! The irony!) I have chosen to eat some place else. In the case of this restaurant, it is one of the busiest restaurants of the Mall. So I thought to myself, the locals know better.
The employees are quick. A lot quicker than the McDonald's staff. The food was nice to my taste, although I have chosen only the beef version. My favorite is the crunchy pack.

The stars are for the staff, they are ok and the shop is always well stored. It is airy and you can easily keep the social distancing. staff is wearing masks. If you need there is also an access ramp and you can find 2 pharmacies next to it and one health store.

I looked for bavaria beer, high and low, and, when i finally find it here, i see, in fact, that theres only bavaria with apples and 0.0 alcohol and the alcohol type of the beer doesnt exist in this place!!

My favourite Mega Image store in Bucharest. They have most of the Mega Image products and many special offers. Always have hot butter croissants, which is nice.
