Very bad taxi drivers in milan, id rather pay little more and dont get these drivers who are mean and have no respect to tourists they shout and complain about everything with us from bags even infront of our children who even got scared

AVOID! ABUSIVE AGGRESSIVE DRIVER WITH NO METER. Taxi 309 license plate GH920XR (picture attached). I took a taxi on 20th July 2024 from Milan Malpensa to Best Western Cardano hotel at 22:15. Once we reached the hotel, I asked the driver how much I had to pay and he quoted 25 EUR. I remarked that this was expensive and asked if the meter was running. After this, the driver got out of the car, violently opened my door, asked me to “get out,” opened the boot of the luggage and aggressive asked “In your brain how much you want to pay?” He tried to argue that there was a fixed rate but I said that there was never any meter running. After this he got aggressive and threatening. My wife was also with me. Once I said I would pay 15 EUR he asked for cash. I refused and offered credit card and then he argued some more before finally accepting the payment in credit card.

Very rude call center operator. I asked for some information about a booking, and I was addressed with an attitude of superiority like I was asking a silly question. It is not the first time that has happened. I won't use this service anymore.

Driver charged 160 instead of 110 as is the law. After emailing the company several times and involving the taxi commission of Milan city, they still refuse to correct the wrongdoing. They are the incarnation of the cliche “let’s rip off the foreigners” character. Never going to book with them again and I’ll also direct my company to avoid them in the future. Really bad experience

Contattare radiotaxi Milano è impossibile, la sera non rispondono mai e ti fanno perdere tempo in attesa inutilmente. Notte di capodanno, dopo aver prenotato un taxi, il tassista Imola 91 si rifiuta di portarci a casa, a 21 km di distanza, dicendo in modo molto sgarbato di essere stanco, di voler andare a casa e di non sapere neanche dove si trova la destinazione da noi richiesta. Questo non è il modo di lavorare.

Esperienza al quanto inusuale per un servizio del genere. Ne abbiamo presi diversi in due giorni e quasi sempre stessa solfa. Capiscono che non sei del posto e fanno strade per allungare la strada e nel frattempo cercano di abbindolarti a parole. Esperienza ancora più negativa quando alle 8 di sera eravamo in duomo e ci era stato assegnato E14 in 2 minuti, voi l'avete visto? Non penso proprioh....Centralino al quanto sbrigativo, ci hanno assegnato C41 che non è mai arrivato dopo svariati minuti siamo riusciti a contattare l'operatore che ci ha assegnato un altro taxi che è arrivato con ulteriore ritardo. 2 ore per chiamare un taxi in una città come Milano è inammissibile....Una vergogna.

Dopo 20 minuti di attesa, ho richiamato e tramite guida elettronica mi sono messo in contatto con il taxi che sarebbe dovuto arrivare in 8 minuti. Il taxista mi comunica che avevo preso la chiamata per errore. Il servizio radiotaxi non mi aveva ricontattato per avvisarmi dell'errore commesso dal taxi assegnatomi. Nell'era della digitalizzazione il radiotaxi non ha un sistema di SMS automatizzato per avvisare l'utente di questi disservi.

Our hotel arranged this taxi for us. I appreciated that the driver was 10 minutes early for our 6:00 a.m. pickup. He wasn't friendly, but it was early in the morning and my Italian is limited. The meter soared above the 110 Euro set fee, but he charged us 110 when we paid by card. We arrived safely and it was a fine enough ride.

Mai sentita così tanta maleducazione da parte di un centralino! Diverse volte per esigenze di terzi ho chiamato e mettono giù il telefono in faccia. Zero professionalità! Cambiate mestiere!!
Sul taxista non posso esprimere nessun giudizio poiché non ho usufruito io del servizio.

028585这家出租车🚕公司大家避雷了哈！下车的时候忘记拿行李里了，30想起来都时候我已经上了市内火车， 因为是在当地上的车，所以不知道这时哪个机构的taxi，几乎是马上就打电话给所有米兰的taxi客服了，其他机构都非常配合我寻找我的taxi的司机同时也给了我其他米兰机构的电话号码。直到排除了所有后只剩下这个02 8585的！！明明行李箱就在他们家车上，我电话打过去，要么怎么也打不通，或者没人接听，要么接通的电话一听我是找行李的，骂一句后直接挂断！再打过去时就推卸责任恶语相向“行李丢了所以呢？光我们什么事，找其他机构去”本来只要很简单的发信息给外出的司机问问看有没有谁丢了行李这么简单，几分钟就能解决的事情硬是脱了好几个小时才不情不愿以及其恶劣的态度联系了在外出任务的司机！！最离谱的还不是接通后直接挂断的，是有客服干脆假意帮你查信息把你电话号挂着半个小时故意浪费你时间和精力的！！就因为他们tm就差点错过了找回行李的最佳时机了！还好一直坚持不断的打电话不然就这不靠谱的taxi公司，行李都不知道要多久，未来🉐多麻烦才能找回来！！甚至都有可能找不回来！！
大差评！以后再也不敢找他家的出租车了！风险太大！！

Great way to get around. I used Uber which is connected to local taxi companies, and made it easy to get a cab any time of the day. Milano Taxi Ok was prompt and with great service.

Taxis in Milan are plentiful in tourist areas. However, not so easy to find one in the suburbs. And calling for one on the phone requires lots of patience (wait time) and luck! I found that Uber is now connected to Milano Taxi and is by far the best way to get a cab within a few minutes. Drivers are friendly, and service is great.

The drivers are well-trained and drive professionally. Vehicles are always readily available at major tourist spots, and they always have the correct change needed when paying in cash. Great experience.

I have called for a taxi at his company from Milan downtown to Malpensa airport. The lady spoke both Italian and English and informed me that the date and time was registered in the system for pick up and that the cost was standard at EURO 110. The taxi arrived on time we got outside of the apartment put the baggage inside and the taxi took as to the airport. There he demanded us to pay at EURO 144 as the taxi meter showed and finally we paid EURO 137 and got a paper note for receipt and not a legal receipt. When I have complained with email for refund to the company they informed me that I delayed 11 minutes to board on taxi and thus the taxi fee at EURO 110 was cancelled and I have to pay whatever the taxi driver has asked for and of course they have refused any refund. I was not notified on this before the ride while I should have, and also TaxiBlu replied that it cannot issue me a proper receipt for my account department because they are only Radio taxi and the drivers work as individuals and not as employees of the company that I have called to be served. Avoid using them, next time I will use Metro or other trusted companies with fixed rates!

Un mese fa circa una mia amica telefona e dice alla geniale operatrice di trovarsi all'incrocio tra Via Farini e via Valtellina... La fenomena risponde, stizzita, che è impossibile perché "sono due vie parallele e quindi sicuramente non possono incrociarsi"... Ora dico, già che se fai sto lavoro non conoscere due vie così importanti (tra l'altro, noto, molto vicine alla vostra sede) è grave, ma, al di là di questo, non ce l'avete una c4zz0 di cartina sotto gli occhi??? E poi un minimo di gentilezza non guasta, a maggior ragione se stai nel torto.

Ieri sera invece a telefonare è la mia ragazza, risponde un'operatrice di eguale levatura intellettuale (magari la stessa), che dopo poco le chiude la chiamata in faccia. Ci siamo "attaccati al tram" nel verso senso della parola, ma voi dovreste solo vergognarvi.

I tried to call A taxi for 6 people and a dog because people stole our purse with the car keys in it. In the phone I asked if the woman Spoke englisch but she said “NO” and she hang up. We had to walk half an hour to find an taxi suited for 6 people and we for back at the same company. The taxi ride was plesent.

Great service overall! Communication was easy using English and we booked roundtrip taxi service from Linate airport to Marina di Massa about 1 month before our flight. Driver was waiting at the airport with clear sign and ride was great both directions. I can highly recommend Cab Milano Taxi and I think they are great alternative for renting a car.

Awful service. ITS JUST IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A TAXI IN MILAN. They put you on hold and then they tell you there are no cars available. And of course Uber is not allowed to do any business in this country. Milan like Neaples.

Just be patient, taxis always come. A busy busstop.

No problem with english language, fair , good service

The taxi was great. Smooth driving and inside looks fancy. The price was decent, I only got paid 12.50 in a few kilometer ride. I don't know much about the taxi but all I want to say is that this is a decent taxi:)

The car, the driver, the arrival time, and the customer service were perfect. The online reservation platform is easy to use, the price of the service is standard, no overcharge or hidden fees. Our driver, Mr. Roberto was welcoming, well dressed, and demonstrated safe driving skills. He also spoke English, which was an extra relief for us. I will use Milan Taxi OK service again, and tell all my friends and colleagues as well. Thank you.

I travelled from the city centre to Linate Airport. They confirmed 40 Euros. I had to pay 50 Euros. Do not trust what they say. It’s a pity, because the car was nice and comfortable.
